They were amazing, I made a mistake and they corrected it for me. Told me everything I needed to know, im young and I have never done this. They were so sweet and professional, making sure I was fully informed! Come here they are the best tbh
I’m so disappointed. I’ve been trying to schedule my appointment for my real ID. I was told to wait until August, even though I don’t need it until January. I went in today to get my new car tag and thought I would make an appointment. Today I was told I have to call back in October. REALLY?????? It’s only August 3rd. The lady helping me said I could go downtown, where I don’t need an appointment. I feel like they just dont want to do it. If that’s the case, just say so. I’ll drive 50 miles out of my way before I go back to this business.
With the how everything is going, these folks do an amazing job at customer service. They do great with there drivers license appointments! Do recommend!
They are a tag place and try to help you. Mornings tend to be the best time as they are less packed. Girls will work but cant bend the rules for everyone. Nobody likes to pay for tags and titles, but this place tries to make it pain-free.
Very friendly staff. I spoke to different people on the phone and in person. They were helpful, friendly and accommodating to myself, other customers and each other. Very refreshing. Ill go out of my way to visit this office.

Came today for a car tag, and got helped by a lady named Rachel. She was very patient and very informative! Got in and out with in 10 minutes.
First they make everyone stand outside in the cold due to covid so that’s not to big of a deal however the serve we encountered while standing outside the lady was very rude and talking to people crazy for no reason. I would not recommend this place at all.
I visited this past Saturday, then again on Tuesday and was VERY impressed with this office. Each employee I encountered was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Their response to Covid and efforts to keep everyone safe, while streamlining their process to assist the public is commendable.Great job DCTag
Unfortunately these workers were busy and made a mistake on my drivers license and I caught it on my way to a wedding. You would think they would have the customer service to take care of their mistake but since I couldnt get there within their 7 day mistake window they will take more money from me to fix their mistake. Pretty sad especially when there is no voicemail and a line around the block that is not kid friendly. Not impressed.
This place is amazing! Not a long wait time, could vary by day, but regardless super friendly staff! If I need to go to a tag agency again Im definitely coming back to this one!

Wish i could give 0 stars. If you close at 11:30 then the sign should say they close at 11:30. I’m only in the state once a month and I came at 11:30 and the lady would not let turn in an already signed and ready to go piece of paper. Will be trying to get in touch with a supervisor
The ladies here are very personable and even remember you if youre a repeat visitor. Very professional and willing to help you in strange situations with any vehicle tag related issues.
Very professional staff, knowledgeable on everything. they don’t do phone quotes but when i came in i understood why, they are accurate over the phone. came in on friday nov 1st, got in and out within 10 minutes. very fast and diligent! i would recommend this tag agency!

I went here today (2/3/2020). I didnt have any problems with renewing my tag. The workers were chatty & it was a bit too loud for 9am. Other than that, it was ok. I may be back.
Fast place, if you arent stuck behind people who dont plan ahead and have their documents and insurance ready. Have called in and always given accurate information and directions.Only once have I had a problem, they mistyped my address and I had to get a new license. Easy fix, extra 20$ sure, but wouldnt flip out over it.
Refuses to give phone quotes because their prices are higher than other tag agencies. And the people are rude and misinformed. HAD to go elsewhere just for a simple title transfer
This tag agency is great, Ive been going here for about 4 years now. Its where I got my first license, my first plate, multiple tags, registered to vote, and brought in absentee ballots. The staff are patient and polite, but you have to be patient and polite as well. No being on your phone, and have your documents ready. Following those rules, Ive never had any issue at all with them. Looking at all these negative reviews, I can only imagine what kind of attitudes the poor staff here has to face.

It’s rediculous how slow they are. Every time you walk in do not expect to leave sooner then an hour. My wife went in to renew her ID and name and address change and they printed it out with the same name. So we waited twice as long for them to fix the mistake. Don’t know why I came here when I knew something would go wrong. Don’t waste your time. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent not to mention way higher priced.
I dont know how there are so many negative reviews. Ive never had an issue with the staff here. As long as youre polite to them their polite right on back. Thats just day to day etiquette. Theyre helpful and try to do things in a quick and fair manner, careful not to skip over people waiting. Occasionally on a busy day there will be a long wait but thats with any tag agency. Love this place!

Very quick, BUT website doesnt mention a 2.5% credit card fee or the $8.28 ATM fee at their location. The 2.5% isnt a if you are only paying for a renewal, but when paying the excise tax, it adds up. They should reflect this on their website home page. It seems a check is the cheapest way to pay.
Go to get my name changed because I just got married. I get there and I dont have the right documents, ok cool I go home to grab the marriage license that they said I need. Go back get in line, fill out the paper work for the name change and I give the lady the marriage license. She looks it over a couple times front and back, unsure obviously, she says I cant take this because the seal is different. Its from Texas. I ask its notarized what is the problem, she said I know our state but I dont know all states, youre going to have to go to the DMV.So after 2 trips, I take all the documents they ask for just to be turned away because they dont know what a seal is supposed to look like. Dont waste your time here. They always make you come back then send you to the DMV.
I came in on a Monday to get my name change done on my license. When I received my license I realized my name had not been changed and showed the clerk at the desk. She then took the photo ID and called the state to void out my license.... they also accepted the photo copy of the documents for the name change I had brought in and everything was ok. I ended up waiting over an hour and finally said I had to leave because I had another appointment to make. I came back today with the same documentation and they didn’t allow me to get my ID because they needed the original document. That is fine, I just wish I would’ve known ahead of time instead of wasting my time two days coming here. One for no reason and the other for the information to change from the first time I was there.

Definitely the quickest tag agency Ive been to. Always been in and out in under twenty minutes. Came here several times for friends drivers licenses, tags, title. The people are very friendly and get you out of there very soon. I wish the DPS was like this. I recommend this tag agency to everyone.
Went to get a pike pass after ordering online for pick up, everyone was nice and I was in and out fast.But it could be cleaner

For all who complain, try living in a place with a real DMV. This is the most convenient place imaginable. I am stationed out of state and it takes me five minutes and an email to renew my tags. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.
Very very very unprofessional,they do this job everyday so when they speak to you they speak at such a rate that you have to ask them to repeat everything they say to you. I have been doing business with this tag agency for 10 plus years and never had a problem. as with any business i did there. Rules must be followed!!!! You must have all your paper work complete before going there or anywhere to complete business dealings. These reviews are not the tag agency i have been doing business with. dont blame a business for your own lack of organization.
Very unorganized and incompetent employees. My spouse sent them an important paper they needed in order to service us, and payed for overnight shipping. When we checked in, after getting a confirmation from UPS that is arrived, they said there was no one with the last name Edwards, the person who had signed for it. They looked for it and couldnt find it. Waste of time and money. The person we originally spoke to there gave us incorrect directions and information in the first place.If you can go somewhere else, I suggest going there, because the people here dont seem to know what theyre doing.
If I could rate it at zero Stars I would. This place is a f****** joke. They admit fault for a mistake they made but dont do anything to correct it, leaving me with a ticket for a tag that belongs to a completely different vehicle. They registered my vehicle to a tag that belonged to another vehicle already. Charged me over $120 on top of my renewal for my tags which was another $120. They make mistakes on purpose so you can come back in to get it fixed and pay them some more money. To the idiots that post these reviews saying that people didnt have their paperwork right or whatever, I did. Im a 30-year resident of Del City and I am moving out first chance I get just so I dont have to put anymore money in Del Citys pocket. How Del City Tag is still in business is beyond me.
Very disrespectful and unprofessional. If they hate the job that much, find a new one. No need to be rude to everyone that walks in. Have been there about 3 times, didnt want to be quick to judge. Maybe they were having a bad day. Nope, thats how they do business. I recommend going elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

Colossal waste of time.I went in for 3 Pikes Pass on a new account.Only one person at the register, 5 people behind the counter chatting about various things.It only took 3-4 minutes to be acknowledged as to being there.Handed the young lady my paperwork for the new account and was informed that the turnpike authority could not take new applications, as they had an issue with their Credit Card machine, and they would notify everyone when it came back up.No effort was made to contact them to see if the issue was resolved, no indication if this is a frequent thing, or if it may be resolved in 1 hour or 1 month.Walked out and called the turnpike authority.A very helpful person there told me that there had been an issue that morning, but it was cleared up early this morning,Had the tag agency bothered to check, I would have my passes already.Not only did they waste my time, they cost me money as I will have to take the turnpike a couple of times and pay a higher rate while the turnpike authority mails me my passes.
Sorry if you want to make your life miserable and your customers as well. Dont freaking work there, how are you going to make me go back in line (10 in line) when you ask me to go get my Vin number. I was on my lunch break and im sure everyone doesnt want to be in there cause it smells like musty donkeys in there. Im done here venting, i wasted 30 minutes of my lunch time at a horrible agency.P.S Jeff im sure it was quick cause there wasnt actually no one there, im sure all tag agencies can process paper the same way.
