My truck broke down while I was towing a trailer. John towed the truck to the dealer and Andy stored the trailer until the truck was fixed. Great service, worked with my insurance, and very nice people. I highly recommend J&S

When my vehicle got a flat on my way to work, J&S got me back on the road and I was able to make it to work on Time! From start to Finish the customer service and professionalism was on point! Thanks to the employees for their quick service. I will definitely rely on them again if needed

I can not thank J&S Towing enough. My sons car broke down while driving back to NIU. As a parent not in close proximity, I was worried and definitely needed guidance. J&S helped get his car towed quickly and recommended a place for repairs. They helped ease my motherly worries and panic with their kindness. All while finding the car in a non specific location on the highway and towing it quickly. Seriously, cant thank them enough! I definitely recommend J&S Towing!

Car got towed and boom, suspension joints are broken. No care for property. This is ridiculous.

My car was towed from a lot that cancelled parking for the day not only did I have to pay for my car back still but I was told that if I wanted it immediately I would have to pay more than if I waited 5 hours to get it. All this on top of the fact that I wasnt even in the house for half an hour before coming back out to my car gone. Ive been more than disappointed with this companys performance during my few situations with them. all in all I would give this business zero stars if I could.(your employees reflect on your business!!!)

I wish I could give 0 stars. They towed my boyfriends car from my apartments parking lot early this morning. He had a guest parking pass in the windshield that expires on 10/12. He woke up this morning to leave for work and his car was gone. When he went to pick up his car today and asked why they towed him even though he had a visible parking pass they claimed they “had reasonable suspicion the pass was tampered with”. The pass was not tampered with I bought it from Hunter Star properties yesterday and it is valid for a week. He ended up getting his car back but what a huge inconvenience we both had to miss work meetings today because they towed his car for not actually looking at the date on the parking pass. We received no apologies and the staff was beyond rude. If this ever happens again I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau and the police. They are lucky no damage was done to the car.

I use to think they were good but for the simple fact that my car was towed at 3 am I got up to go get my car because it says they are open 24 hours and my daughter has a doctors appointment at 7 I called and explain that I needed my car and they said I need to come back at 8 am but claims they are open 24 hrs

J & S is awesomeCalled for a Tow to my mechanics shop and they were at my house in 10 minutes. The driver John was extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks again

This place works tirelessly to manipulate visitors and residents no need to call the police here for the injustice the will tell you they can take a complaint but its a civil matter

I was involved in the accident over the holiday weekend I called several companies in the area before choosing J&S recovery. A few of the companies didnt even answer the phone the other 2 companies I spoke with were very overpriced and rude on the phone. I spoke with this dispatcher I think his name was Adrian very polite very professional Not only was he able to get a truck out to us quickly the driver was very professional

These guys stole my car out of my parking lot it literally had a permit in it clear as day and when I showed them it they told me it was because my plate was expired......the dmv has been closed for 3 months because of a pandemic. The manager looked like a kid and the whole place reeked of jorts and dirt roads. I

I locked myself out of my car and was having a really poor night, I made contact and waited not that long for somebody to come and help me, short time and a few laughs later, my keys were returned to me out of my car. John did me right, highly recommend
