Very unprofessional and they do a horrible job of making u feel safe. They drive too fast no matter the weather, they double book and have no respect for your time.

Very quick pick up! Did not follow my direction to get to my location. Caused us to be stuck at a train. Then proceeded to pick up another occupant, which took another 15mins. The other person never showed. Thank god! I mean who wants to be in a taxi with a total stranger and them having your location. Super unprofessional and unsafe!!! In conclusion a 7min ride turned into a 30min ride. Smh!

Called for a ride from 10th st Dekalb to Kishwaukee hospital. Told $15 round trip while on phone. Then once here told $15 each way.

Do not try an work for this guy he is a lier an will use u until he feels he dont need you and then fire you and also hires anyone before they are licensed do not trust and prices are to high I have just received threats from this guy very bad person an when i drove for him i had numerous people tell me that he is rude an racist and now he id harassing me through texts this guy an his company is a complete sham DO NOT TRUST...
