They literally dont know how to deliver to apartments. I have never had a successful delivery to my apartment. They people are nice tho
THE ONLY REASON for two stars is because of customer service I received from the persom at the customer center,, she deserves a raise and gets 5 stars in my book,, no the two stars is because of the colossal issues I have had getting this one part I ordered for my pc from ups... first it was stolen, by the driver who delivered it... Im 110% sure and have evidence to back it up and the second time on the replacement, ups delivered it 25 minutes away from me cause of a sticker slip up... and for their screw up I almost had to wait the weekend and be in limbo AGAIN over the same product.. if it were not for the customer service rep in the ups center I would of been super angry with the level of customer support I was receiving but she saved the day for ups lol kind of, but seriously she needs a raise
Terrible. Had my package delayed now, and on top of that I have to wait over the weekend to receive it. They set it up for pick-up when I paid money out my pocket to have it delivered. Didnt get a call back from the center even though I was told multiple times Id get one within the hour. When they eventually called me, the representative was rude and wasnt much help. I see no reason in why paying for shipping if I get my package a whole 4 days later.
Helpful staff. I have a new address that the driver didnt find. The ladies at the customer center gave me several packages and gave instructions to the driver for future deliveries.
They are very good and know their customers
More knowledgeable and customer oriented than you might think. They followed my packaged instructions and then some, even called to tell me where I could find my package when I had forgotten it was showing up that day.
Horrible customer service, I left package for pick up at the porche as they said I could do and they just leave the label and package on the floor I will never buy from any company that uses this company we have video camaras the guys throw the package dont even ring the door bell or anything what kind of service is that? I will use any company that dont use UPS I called customer service I think they are here in USA and the guy tells me they are in Guatemala are you kidding me, horrible.
Driver didnt attempt to deliver my papackage, lied and said I refuse my order, and had the nerve to cancel my shipment!!!
Easy to talk to people and they serviced me in a few seconds. Only bad part is you need to go within open times, which is a small window.
They were very helpful and very kind.

Facility is running most of the day, but pick up hours window is very small. Employee failed to mention this and I wasted an hour going out of my way to try and pick up a package... Now package will be sent back to the retailer and I have to wait until it gets back for them to re-ship it. Poor service...
