I have a zero turn. I have had it for 6 years. My head gasket was leaking and I had a flat tire. They picked up my mower and had it back to me in 4 days. They even dropped it off to my house before I paid for it. I of course called them and gave them my credit card number. You dont get that type of service anymore. The mower runs great and no more leaks. They even washed it for me. 5 stars all around. Thanks Guys.

Handicapped parking and building access. These peeps have most parts and offer a great repair shop for all your small engine needs. Parts are 1-3 days out if there not in stock. Very smart about the equipment they sell and service. Been going there over 30 years now

Very helpful and informative about equipment. Purchased snowblower 12 years ago, and will buy a replacement as soon as possible. Service is also great.

Over all these years, theyve fixed both my lawnmower and snowblower whenever an issue occurred. They came and picked up both and dropped them off when done. Whenever I need a new one, Ill go here.

My husband brings most of his lawn work here. He has been able to get the help he needs. If there is an issue, they will work with you.

Love this place. They dont have the part they can get it. You cant fix it, they can fix it. You want a new one they got it. Friendly and helpful. Been going here for over 29 years.

When a company fails to inform the customer that there is a surcharge for just looking at a warrantied item that is called a scam.Also the the inside of the building doesnt look nearly as nice as the pictures above.

What a great job!Hi, this is Marty Fay, the owner of the auto repair facility Motor Works. I’ve been a passionate automotive technician since 1970, and a shop owner since 1984. One of my areas of specialty is drivability work; making poor running engines run well. Apparently, I have been mistaken in thinking this qualifies me to work on my own yard equipment.Strapped for time this season, I sent my old Toro mower to DeKalb Lawn, needing maintenance and some small repairs. I have always bought all my equipment and parts there, but maintenance I performed myself. With the mower recently returned, I just finished mowing my lawn. “Holy smokes” is all I can say! I’m afraid to check my socks in case they have been blown clean off.The mower now feels like it is fresh off the showroom floor. It starts better, idles stronger, cuts with more ease, feels like the engine has more power, and is definitely quieter. Despite careful attention, my maintenance results do not match DeKalb Lawn’s.With their assistance, it looks like I am now out of the yard equipment maintenance business. And a good thing too. A 1949 MG-TD from the Chicagoland MGB Club just scheduled for restoration in addition to all our daily drivers. DeKalb Lawn, job well done gentlemen!

I would give zero stars if I could! Worst customer service ever. I was completely ignored, as were other customers. Ive taken several items here for repair through my work, and it always seems like its a hassle for them. They claim to be a repair shop, but they really dont want to fix anything, just sell you something new. Im done with this place forever. Go to Dekalb Implement Company at the corner of 64 and Annie Glidden instead.
