The guy who came out to give me a quote borrowed my $25 tape measure to measure some things and took off with it! I called them twice about it and they dont recall using it. Also, I asked for a breakdown of my quote to see the pricing per brick and also labor costs to compare to other quotes from other contractors and they never got back to me. Slow response to inquires, even when initially trying to setup a quote - it took 3 phone calls to finally get a response. In the end, their quotes was ridiculously high. They definitely give higher quotes to people living in nicer neighborhoods. Pretty shady people here. I would never do business with them. Dont waist your time.
