Dirty building. Broken machines. And they refuse to contact me about the change machine that took $20 from me. Poor management. No attendant on-site in the middle of the day. So bad.Update:They did eventually reach out but I was already leaving town. Adding a star.

If you go in the night the attendant will not let u go back to your car 1 hour before close. She locks the doors on you and keeps you inside. She has done this to me 3 times. I wanted to go next door and get something to drink at the dollar store, she refused and said I will be locked out. One time I went with somebody and they needed change from their car and she did lock them out then argued about letting them in to get their laundry. The big washers are double the price of the Laundry Landing. And kids are always loud and running around this mat. Yes its asethetically nice but definitely not worth the price.

The night attendant is very rude. Hours on the door say theyre open until ten but she closes and locks the doors at nine for last load. Anyone inside the laundromat who tries to leave the building to go outside for any reason is approached and harassed by this rude gargoyle of a woman. The last time I was here I tried going to my car to watch Netflix (theres nowhere to sit) and she said I couldnt go out unless I was back in by 9pm, as she had to leave at 930, even though they close at 10.Tonight I rode with a friend who had a last minute load to do. Wed arrived around 8:30, she went back inside to dry at 9:00.Ive been waiting outside for thirty minutes for my friend to come outside. After reading several other poor reviews, Im pretty sure shes holding her hostage while her clothes dry.

Today is the worst day at this laundromat, it’s filthy, kids running around with the laundry baskets and the attendant seems to not care.....this is the worst I’ve seen. It’s disappointing because one wants to see a clean environment unfortunately the customers don’t seem to care and apparently neither does the employee for today. It’s 4:11 pm 7/12/2020. I’d rather come during the day when the employee seems to be more responsible and mature.4/28/2021Well things seem to getting worse at this establishment more often than not a lot of the machines are in non-working order. The management of this business is not responsible and it shows....Cars continue to park in front where there’s only loading/unloading....signs are even in place but that doesn’t matter. Nothing gets enforced !!! This place is showing it’s true colors. Mason Properties.....and he wants to put gambling & liquor in this establishment.....can’t even take care of what he has now....5/23/2021Went again today and is was a mess, filthy and change machines continue to be out of order?? Why have change machines if nothing is going to be in working order? Really do the the owner JM was more interested in keeping this establishment a nice place but I guess as long as he’s getting his $$ that’s all it seems to matter like his rental properties.7/28/2021Really like how it says UNLOAD/LOAD ONLY… Violators will be towed….that’s a joke!!! Nothing is enforced cars are lined up in front so people have to walk the laundry into the laundromat. It’s starting to look really nasty outside with all the trash .

Until 3 months ago I would have always given it 5 stars. Always clean, well lit, machines are clean, working and smell good.The last 3 times Ive been in here the floors and bathrooms are dirty and no attendant on site in the middle of the day (Its noon on a Thursday.)I go to the laundromat pretty often because I have 5 loads a week to do usually and like getting it done all at once.Havent minded the higher price because I knew it was a nicer place, but starting to rethink it

This has to be the best laundromat we’ve ever encountered. It was very clean. All the machines were new and stainless steel. The lady who was working there, Vicky, was super nice and helpful. You need to check out the bathrooms. Prettiest ones we’ve ever seen. We highly recommend this laundromat! I thought the price was reasonable. Large capacity washers and dryers. Oh, did I mention several televisions and free popcorn?

It is a good place, clean and staffed with nice people. A bit pricey for my tastes though.

Very clean. Nice machines. Dryers dry well. The lady who was working there the Saturday night I went, was so helpful, friendly, and she did not stop moving the whole time I was there. I was there maybe 3 hours and she cleaned the whole time. Ive been in DeKalb 20 years, used almost every laundromat around, and by far this one is the best! I sure do hope it stays that way.

This laundromat was the best in Dekalb until they raised the prices by $2-3. Now its not worth it. But nevertheless its always clean, the attendants are always friends, they have a large and clean bathroom and plenty of space. Even when its crowded you never have to fight for a machine but its extremely overpriced.

What I love about this place is the free popcorn it service absolutely awesome and holy cow Sacagawea coins its kind of rare that you can find Sacagawea coins at the laundromat I like the free popcorn

One of the nicest places to do your laundry at!! 11bucks for the giant washers so thats awesome. Free coffee and im told popcorn but the lady was pretty busy to make popcorn. But the massage chairs and games make it fun

Shiny new machines. Interesting decor.

I used to NOT dread going to do laundry since I started coming here. But, now, since one person no longer is working here the place is a mess! Detergent on the floor, on front of machines, machines not cleaned, floors filthy and I am afraid to even see what the bathroom looks like since the “front” is such a mess! Also 2:00 “attendant” left and sign says not back till 8:00. What if there is a problem? With a machine, etc., ?!?!? So may have to go elsewhere! Sorry that it got so bad when one person stopped working there. Totally unbelievable!!

This place is amazing free popcorn delicious and whats cool about this place Sacagawea coins I mean theyre hard to find I must say this laundromat is very impressive free popcorn 😍 I mean the Sacagawea coins are rare but now that I found a laundromat that has Sacagawea coins and other things so far nothing bad I like it

Nice and Clean, free WiFi, and the washer and dryers well maintenance... I would’ve given a 5 star, only complaint is they run out of coins and the attendant don’t have change. The owner has to do a better job with keeping the coin machine full!

**UPDATE - Nov. 12, 2017 **I decided to give this place a second chance. It has been several months since my first bad experience here. First off, they have a bill changing machine, put in one twenty and get four fives. Nice feature if it was working. Another machine that gives quarters was also out of service. I had a $20 and could only get $1 coins. Bad thing about this is that a wash is $3.50. How am I supposed to get quarters if their machines dont work.No one working there and a bunch of signs up that say they dont give change.I got fed up and walked out. Stay away from this place.Original Review....It may sound silly, but I was looking forward to trying the new laundromat; sadly, I am not impressed.1. Came into the laundromat and walked to the smaller machines. There are two rows of machines, as I entered one of the rows, an employee told me I couldnt go in that area, she was about to mop the floor. Excuse me? About to mop the floor? Not cautioning me on a possibly slippery floor, but telling me not to use it as it would be mopped soon. This would have been alright if she hadnt been exceptionally rude about it.2. I went to the other row of small machines and the same employee tried to tell me to use the larger machines. She didnt give a reason, just told me to use different machines. I asked if the small machines were working and she said yes.3. The machines are new and shiny, but never indicated when to add bleach. Theres a set of directions that indicate fill washer, add detergent, select cycle, add money, push start. When the add bleach light comes on, add bleach. Since this was my first trip to this laundromat, I stood in front of the machines to wait for the light to come on. The was cycle was 30 minutes, but the bleach light never came on. I told the same employee about it and she told me that I must not have been standing in front of the machine, I should have watched. Excuse me?!?! I was standing in front of the machine for all of those 30 minutes and the add bleach light never came on. I told her that and she started telling me that it should have come on at 28 minutes left. She then launched into why the light was important because all bleaches are different.4. Amazingly few places to sit down.5. The only good thing is one of the two change machines gives dollar coins. This is what earns the one star rating.Note to a new business, youre goal is to impress customers and have them return; not piss them off.

Im a fan! Its always clean, great staff and customer service. Plus the complimentary coffee is a huge plus for me!Of course Ive noticed the small machines, but they wash more than expected! Overall, great location!

Unfortunatly most laundromats I have come across are filthy and poorly operated. Here every surface gleems! Very well maintained. And the staff I encountered was helpful and friendly.

AND DONT EVEN GET MY STARTED ON THE OVER PRICED WASHERS! SMH!!! I GUESS THEY HAVE TO MAKE MONEY SOME HOW (BY RIPPING PPL OFF). GO IF YOU WANT TO GO BROKE JUST SAYING.

I love this laundromat the staff is great its always clean.I have only had one issue I went there at 8:19 a.m. on a Thursday they were supposed to be open and they werent no sign on the door or anything.

I have literally been standing outside since 8:40pm they advertise last wash at 9:00pm however they lock the doors prior so that people arent able to come in. Very disappointed because I rushed here after work to wash 1 quick load! There is a person inside because they have parked their car to block the door however they will not come to unlock it because I assume they wanted to go home early. Never coming here again! Also did not answer the phone I called multiple times.

I was disappointed by this laundry too. It is very expensive. $2.50 for a single loader, $3.50 for a double. Your next option is $5.50.The iron chairs are worse then not comfy, they are torture after 30 mins.While the place is large and clean, it is also greedy and unwelcoming.

Great laundrymat machines work great. Employess try their hardest to keep up with the place and they are helpful. They have free coffee and popcorn. They have a room that has massage chairs for adults only. Alot of tvs nice music. One thing i dont like are the iron chairs they have there. They are super uncomfortable.

The older lady that work there very rude I went around 8:45 instead of telling me before I being my 4loads that I wasnt going to be able to dry all my clothes because she have to leave at exactly 10 cause thats all the time the manager gave her she then start to put my clothes in bags putting them in the cart pushing them to the door rushing me out which I had a 4 & 5 year old with me over all worst experience ever will not be attending there again
