The cleared all the debris off the ground, wore masks and stayed 6 ft away when talking to me which made me feel safe. It was a big job and a lot of work and they worked hard, were polite and respectful and I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend Wally’s.

We used Wallys a couple years ago for exterior window cleaning and they did a beautiful job. Fast forward to fall of 2020. I called and scheduled another appointment for exterior cleaning. They came and did an awful, spotty job. I reached out to Chloe the office manager and she said she would address this issue with John. A couple days later John called and I explained the situation to him. He apologized and said he would come check out the issue. I assumed he did because I got an email from him stating they would be out on Dec. 8th of 2020 to clean them right. It also stated they would come again on May 3rd 2021 and clean them at no charge for our troubles. They showed up for neither appointment and I even confirmed these appointments as the email asked. I have since texted, called (right to VM) and sent another email to the address listed on the website. Still I have heard nothing. Not sure whats going on here and I hate to have hard feelings about anything but we will never use Wallys again nor give anymore recommendations for them.

Have a two story vinyl sided home that was way overdue for a cleaning. Had Wally’s do the job and now all the green moss, black spots from bird & bug droppings and overall gunk from overgrown trees and sidewalk is gone in less than 3 hours. The 2 man crew still came out even though it was raining, (not lightening), and covered all our outdoor electrical boxes, flowering plants and even moved a small table & chairs we forgot to move for them before they started cleaning. A third crew member (the boss?) showed up to inspect and after they discussed some stubborn spots, went back at it with extra cleaning at no additional charge.They did an AWESOME job, our house looks new again and smells so clean! Crew had me inspect their work to make sure I was pleased with the job before they removed any protective coverings, moved furniture back and packed up their equipment.We’re very happy with the job performed and the polite crew who did the work. Very professional, definitely recommend their services to anyone! Two thumbs up, 5 stars!

It took awhile to get ahold of Wallys..as they are very busy..but it is definitely worth the wait. My house looks brand new after they pressure washed it and then did all my windows, deck and patio. We had some issues with our gutters and the worker helped us figure out a solution that we are very pleased with. He listened, offered advice and was just a really nice person to deal with. I hired Wallys Professional Services to clean our windows and to power wash our siding at our home. They did an excellent job! Their timing was great. John was very professional and courteous. Great company that stands by their work and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend Wally’s and will be utilizing their services next spring. I have an enclosed white vinyl gazebo and it was getting pretty dirty which takes a few hours to scrub by hand. After the cleaning by wallys I will never scrub the gazebo by hand again. It took several hours to clean and it did not turn out as good as wallys. The job they did was amazing! I also had my siding cleaned and they did a good job there too. John was great to work with as was the staff I met. Highly recommended.

I have cleaned the house myself, and the gutters, and I can honestly say John outdid my 2 day process in one morning. Not only was I really pleased with the house, but when they moved the deck furniture and porch furniture back it was perfect. I really recommend the professional and skilled work. Oh, and I can attest the oxidation removal on the eves is worth the price. It makes them look like new.

From the initial phone call with John, the estimate we received after he came out to see what we needed, to the work he and Devon did on cleaning out our gutters, washing the siding of our house and the windows and screens, was definitely a five-star experience! Our house sparkles! They even did extra things that were not asked of them with no extra charge (cleaned the outside of our two storage containers, the brick pavers around the landscaping which were not attached to the house, our sidewalk and driveway). All around great! Not a whole lot to be said about gutter cleaning, they came quickly, worked fast, and left the yard as neat as it was before they came. Not the cheapest out there but they are the only ones who came when they said they would, and did the job as expected. That is worth the 10 or 15 bux that they may be higher than others in the area.

I knew that the gutter cleaning and aluminum siding cleaning on my old house would be challenging, and Im impressed with the care they took and the results they achieved. There were a few snags with the price quote and scheduling, but they addressed everything to my satisfaction. Will hire again!

John Lange at Wallys transformed our windows from hazy gray curtains to diamond crystals of light. From his meticulously detailed proposal to the careful cleaning of our windows, his service was professionally thorough and efficient. We had dreaded the long-overdue and oft-postponed moment to clean, but John and his crew undertook the job with a patient and deliberate pace that hardly disrupted our routine. He walked with us beforehand through the house to inventory each window and consulted with us explicitly about what we needed done. He moved furniture and air conditioners and televisions easily and carefully restored them to their original positions. Most important of all, his crew did an excellent job on our windows. He and one other person were cleaning my Windows and both were chewing tobacco and I saw John spit the tobacco onto my carpet and he denied he did it and the other broke one of my Windows!
