The service, drivers and communication about schedule changes due to holidays has been great!

Greedy. I had auto pay, never missed a payment. I ended service after 6 months due to relocation, I was charged a $163 removal fee 5 weeks after I cancelled. They said it was in the contract.Its a large hidden fee. I dont recommend them.

Recommend find a different place for residential waste. they dont take appliances, any electronics, and charge 53 dollars per mattress. the lady at the office seemed shocked I wanted to bring my trash there. recommend plano groot or west chicago groot. they take everything and are pleasant to deal with

Choose another company, they were 3 hours late for my last pick up.I miss them while I was pulling trash down the driveway and tried to schedule a pick up while they were down the street and said it was gonna be $45 dollar for a pick up
