The customer service goes above and beyond. I believe the guys name was Michael (?) I was there on Friday, May 21 to return a textbook rental to Amazon. I was having a pretty rough morning and Michael completely changed my mood. I am so glad that a simple errand turned into a better day for me simply by receiving a decent human interaction. UPS should be proud to have individuals who are genuine and care about their job and customers like this guy does, not to mention that the process was so easy and I was on my way within seconds of arriving.

I lost my shipping receipt. I called this afternoon and one of the girls was very helpful and took the time to find my info so I could get the tracking number and when the package was delivered. Thank you very much for helping me fix my mistake. I look forward to doing business with you in the future and will recommend your store.

Convenient and local UPS store on Sycamore Road.This location has always been really efficient and helpful when it comes to my shipping needs. For me, it’s super helpful to use this location for Amazon Returns and in most cases, the customer doesn’t even need to include their own packing materials. This is because Amazon and UPS have a great arrangement that really benefits Amazon customers.

WOW! I was charged $2.11 to print one sheet of paper. $2.00 because they had to push the USB drive into the computer and $0.11 for the copy.

Stood in line for 10 minutes (with 6 people behind me and one worker) only to have my turn and find out they had no standard bubble mailers. I had just shipped 20 binders from the Genevas UPS store and that had plenty of mailers to get my shipment out. Worth the drive to Geneva.

I brought in a care package to send my husband in Mexico. The lady working went thru all the items with me and there was no problem. Then my package sits in customs for weeks. Finally they return it back to me. I was never told the exact reasons why it couldnt get to my husband and they never refunded my money! Almost 200 wasted. I will never use them again.

I only visit a few times a year. But today the staff deserves a raving review. I came in to get copies made and mail off a letter. A customer was terribly rude toward the manager and wanted him to fire an employee. This customer was nothing short of demonic! Hats off to the manager that was calm, cool, and collected. He is a shining example for his employees and humanity.

Went to pick up a package in my wife’s name. I told the person, the package is in my wife’s name first. He then stared at the confirmation email and my ID for five minutes, types something in the computer and then said we don’t allow people to do that” due to recent events” . He could’ve told me that before. He made up the policy. The email clearly stated that I needed an ID and the Tracking number which I had.

8/29/15 Went to ship out a return last night my son and I got there at 629 the two guys were amazing they helped me print out the label pack it up. They also mentioned they were under new management as of August. I saw the other reviews and felt obligated to share my experience. However, in the past I never had a problem I have always received good service.

Staff greeted me as soon I came into the store. The manager was very nice. The employees were friendly. I would recommend friends and family to this store.

Im usually one not to complain, but this is warranted. I do a decent amount of business on ebay in the summer, and I have been to this UPS store four times in the last month and a half. And TWICE it has been closed despite the hours (both the hours posted on their door and the hours posted online) saying it would be open. Both times were not near the opening or closing times either; one was about an hour after opening time was posted, but it was closed and gated inside. The other time I drove there and it was closed was in the exact middle of the hours that it was supposed to be open. Really annoying and a waste of gas and time.

I came in to drop off a package and a male worker was yelling and calling a female worker a bunch of swear words and inappropriate language. She told him to stop and he wouldnt and then he left. She looked distraught but she still managed to help me.Terrible.

Ive never had a problem here. Anything I need to send back the staff takes it, print me a reciept & Im in & out. No wait, no lines. Just how I like it. The staff are also very nice.

I have taken packages into this location 4 or 5 times. I always bring in packages with pre-paid labels. The employees at the location have never had a problem with this. On my most recent stop I was dropping off a total of 5 boxes. The owner, John McCartan, said that I was no longer allowed to bring packages into his store because he does not make any money on prepaid labels. Obviously it is my fault that I assumed a UPS Store would accept UPS packages, especially a UPS store that is listed as a drop off location! Well John, since handling packages is to much work for you I hope no one brings you any more packages, pre paid or not.Have a package to ship? Try the Post Office. It is often cheaper and they will pick up from your house for free.

I visited this location to ship something and purchase a book of stamps. After leaving I looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged $14.75 for the Stamps. Stamps are .55 each so I thought I was overcharged. When I called and spoke to an employee I was told that yes stamps are .55 everywhere else but that they charge .85. Just wanted to make people aware.
