Great experience! Customer service is great and they provided lots of appointment availability that worked with my busy schedule!

Dont bother trying to make appointment with this place. You cant talk to anyone. You can only text or email. I texted on a Thursday and they sent me a reply with some questions on Friday morning. I replied to them shortly after their text and still no response. I even followed up with a reply on Monday to see if they had missed my text. Still waiting on a response???? What horrible customer service. Save your frustration and look elsewhere.

I brought my teen and saw someone for a couple months and it was really helpful. Highly recommend Jamie and Monique. Perhaps some of the other reviewers need more help?

If I could give 0 stars I would. First counselor was great but after 2 sessions she did a no call no show and quit her job. The 2nd one took 2 weeks to get an appointment with, then was 5 minutes late and left 10 minutes early and then the next appointment she did a no call no show. I’ve never been more unsatisfied especially in a time I needed professional help the most.

The most frustrating experience I have ever faced with therapy. They are the only place to accept insurance my daughter has, but refuse to provide her service because she apparently is too high risk?!?!First appointment, Rachel canceled very last minute for family situation. Second appointment, Rachel never logged into the session. Third appointment was done in person due to issues they are having with zoom and my daughter felt like she could talk open and honestly (as I told her to do), but now they are trying to mis-diagnose her with an eating disorder that doesnt exist (REAL doctor verified) and they are completely disregarding her reason for being there (social issues and troubles concentrating on school work or tasks at hand) because of a low point she had almost 6 months prior.This is the absolute last place that I would EVER recommend if you are in need. They only want to talk about their dogs and pretty flowers, instead of actually trying to help. At least this has been my experience.
