I originally selected V.I.P. Cleaners based on price when I had to have 4 or 5 dress shirts pressed every week. That was over ten years ago, and theyve always done a fantastic job. Even though I dont go through quite that many shirts anymore, I still wont go anywhere else. Convenient hours, friendly staff (every time!), and speedy service keep me coming back.

Great prices. Professional and honest. The gentlemen that takes your order works 80 hours a week and knows everyone who walks in the door. He gives you an honest opinion of what your item needs. Besides clothes, they clean table clothes, comforters etc. If youre new to the area or you are just looking for a new cleaners, try them first.

I would definitely recommend this cleaners. The service was nice, and I was pleased they had same day service because I had a job fair the next day. Organized and professional.

Couldnt be happier with the service Ive gotten at VIP Cleaners in Dekalb. The staff is excellent; they even remember my name when Im dropping off items before work. Ive used them for mostly dress shirts and pants, but a sweater and jacket once too. Always did a great job. Prices seem on par with other dry cleaners. I will continue to use these guys.

My wife brought her wedding dress in to have cleaned and put into a storage box with a display window per a service they provide. The dress and display box came in another box to protect it and when she opened it the display box was torn and the dress was crooked. She returned with it to ask it be fixed and was told no by the owner because he would lose money and he wanted her to pay to have him fox it. That is the worst customer service I have ever experianced. Then to add insult to injury she opened the box to check for damage and found threads pulled and beads missing from the dress as well as the monogrammed patch her sister put on the inside for her on our wedding day pulled off. We will no longer use this business or recommend it to anyone we know. If you cant stand behind your work then you wont have our business.

They were professional and did an excellent job cleaning my girlfriends giant comforter. However, the tenet that separates them from almost all other professionals in the service industry or people in general is their empathetic business approach. They are truly nice people who suggest the approach that is best for you, regardless of their own personal financial interest. In my case they inspected the comforter before offering their opinion on which method; dry cleaning or regular washing, would be the best choice for me. He noticed a few loose strings and pointed them out, and instead of using them as selling point for their most expensive option, gave me his honest opinion which was that regular washing would be okay. He did not take advantage of my obvious naivity, but was genuine with me and treated me with respect. These are the kind of people we should support, and this is the kind of business that should prosper.-Empathize Often
