We researched many companies before choosing AMP and their Optima program. They have resolved online issues we’ve dealt with for years! Anyone who says otherwise simply does not understand the value nor the hard work that this company has done to increase our digital footprint online. We have been using Optima for 5 months now and each person we have dealt with has been professional, has listened, and has put forth their knowledge and reputation to make sure our online information has been detailed and accurate.From the person who introduced the program to us, to the onboarding & verification team, to our account executive has demonstrated a caring and professionalism that is second to no other organization.We highly recommend Optima and AMP.

This company has totally put together my website, and has had my back all the way! They are currently working on a second site for my second brick and mortar. They are very willing, and constantly updating information on my site along with posting new pictures. This company deserves 0 stars! By far the absolute worst company, I’ve ever done business with. Their OPTIMA program is a total scam! Then to top it off, I’ve tried for over 5 months to cancel. My account was suppose to cancelled in April- I have email proof. However, I keep receiving a bill and now collection notices. Over the past 5 months:I’ve called, emailed, and wrote the company requesting to cancel. It’s RIDICULOUS!STAY AWAY from this incompetent company!

I love our Account Manager, Jenna Meyer! She has helped me every step of the way with my old business account and transitioning to my new business account. I have had a very similar experience as some of the other reviews for this company. This company is the most manipulative, shady, and unprofessional business I have dealt with. I received a call from this business (talked with Amelia) asking to create an ad for my dance program. I said that I would be INTERESTED but was never 100% as it was costly. I never gave them ANY form of payment or signed any contract. They sent me a proof via email. I responded a few days later saying I was no longer interested as financially it wasnt feasible at the time. Apparently that was too bad for me and that me chatting on the phone with them means I verbally signed a contract? Doesnt make ANY sense to me. I was manipulated by Amelia 100%. On top of that, since I didnt reply in 48 hours to their email with the ad proof, this means I am locked into this ad and now owe them money? I was totally taken advantage of and had no idea it was happening until it was too late. Horrible customer service and shady ethics!!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst and most unprofessional business Ive ever conversed with. Back track to last year, they came soliciting into my place of business asking if anyone would be interested in advertising in a local book. I mentioned that I was in real estate, but at that time was not sure if this was something I wanted to invest in. One of their sales people (it was probably his first day) said that he could send me an ad proof, but that there was no obligation and the ad could always be changed later. I once again said that I was not sure that this was something I wanted to do at that time. Fast forward, this company charged me for an ad (which I never saw, nor approved) for hundreds of dollars, and said that what I signed to see my proof that day was a contract. This is a deceptive practice and I dont appreciate being taken advantage of. Not only did they charge me something that I never once agreed to being published, I never even received a copy of the book that went out. I have no proof that this was actually published. I told them that I would pay half as to avoid future issues with this company, and to settle our differences, but no one ever responded to me. Now, a collection agency reached out to me! Horrible customer service, this people make money off conning business owners.

As a business that works with families with young children, the ability to see through my front door enhances my credibility and trustworthiness.Their photographer showed up on time, as promised, did a great job and produced high quality images for my Google business listing. I even shared the results with the marketing folks within my franchise and encouraged them to share with my other franchise partners around the country. The pictures were uploaded to my Google listing in less time than promised and I got to keep a set of images. They earned 5 Stars from me.

I love, love, love, this company! Oh my Gosh!!!! They were indeed a Godsend . I am a freshman restaurant owner who had no clue of all the things besides how to create good tasting vegan food, but it takes more than that, it takes a village. Jenna Meyers my Account Manager, treats me as if I am her only client, like a celebrity, lol. She and her team contact me at a convenient time that we both agreed too, since I am a Vegan Restaurant, my boots must be on the ground floor with my staff. They give me insightful ideas, ways to ensure I stay in contact and connected with my customers which is what I love and need, and they have helped me with Facebook too! Yup, Facebook. I met with a Optima rep and talked about setting up a online presence and they got me set up and running quickly. They did everything in a timely manner and did everything they said they were going to do. I often receive a call from them just to check in and see if everything is ok or if I need to make any updates. I received an almost instant result from my online presence. To say that it has paid for itself would be a understatement. If you are a small business and are in a area with population growth it is helpful to get in front of new customers in your area. I highly recommend these guys if you want to a trouble free experience.

Dont give them your money until they perform the work. If you schedule an appointment all payments will be immediately non-refundable. I do not recommend working with them

Text marketing has been such a great source of advertising for us. We can put out a text and watch our customers come through the door with their phone in the air telling us I got your text It is one form of advertising that you can physically see that it works.The reason I gave it 4 stars is that I wish there were more spaces for us to write our text messages.

We decided to not use there service after a year and they have called an harassed us on multiple occasions. The last Representative Katie Yakos called and told us our business would not succeed with out them. Very rude!

Text marketing is the way to go for quick fun messages to customers or clientele. Getting the word out for whatever your business may be in a simple to use format. You can even set up for future and/or repetitive texts. Super marketing and messaging tool!!!

I dont know why the negative reviews....they have done an excellent job for my business and have great customer service. They got my business (NuVision Flooring and Remodeling) on the cover of the Channahon home pages, got me live on Google, got a photographer out and did a virtual 360 degree tour of my business on Google, they set me up and manage a website for me. They manage Yelp for me. Anytime I need changes made I call Josh and he handles everything for me and is extremely good at his job and is very courteous. My rep Tracey Jones was a godsend and I am grateful for the day she came into my store. I couldnt have done it without you...Thank You

We have used American Marketing & Publishing as our Text Provider for several years now and we are very pleased with the results. Their rates are very economical and the response and service we receive from our Account Executive is incredible.

Text marketing is one of the weapons we use as a small business to not only compete but win the war in retailing. It has worked for us and the service and ease of use of the product is very good. I am a longterm user for our retail stores.

This is a HORRIBLE company. Whatever you do, don’t do business with them. They are unable to listen to customer requests. You will receive long, ridiculous emails that are completely irrelevant to the task at hand. Secondly, once you get sold on this nonsense be prepared for your sales rep to disappear off the face of the earth. You’ll be passed around from account rep to account rep. And when you tell them you no longer want their services because they’re actually driving your sales DOWN, you’ll be told you’re unprofessional.

We use CloseBy texting for our companys mobile text coupon program and cant say enough. I searched through a lot of companies to find the right fit for our retail groups and CloseBy was definitely the right choice for service and affordability. Our Account Manager, Megan, is quick to respond and is very knowledgeable on the features they provide.

This texting service is effective for our business, and easy to use. More and more Cantigny Park visitors continue to sign up for it. Its free for them, and we know they WANT to get our text messages because they sign up voluntarily. Our texting program is just one part of our marketing mix here at Cantigny Park but its growing! Cantigny Golf joined the program in 2018 and their text list also is expanding.
