Great service, the tow truck came super quick.

I use westway towing all the time at my shopping plaza because people leave abandoned cars there I just told a BMW away Wednesday

They were great as far as customer service got great tow truck driver very polite to me it was a little bit expensive but I hear they all are

First I call and they tell me where my vehicle is. Great. I show up to the location and they do not open for 30 more minutes (youd think person on the phone would have thought to say so).Opening time comes and goes and no one is there. Almost an hour late, the employee finally shows up. He only showed up to advise that the car was blocked in and he had no truck to move the surrounding vehicles.To top it off, we then had to leave and get cash to pay because the name on the credit card wasnt the name on cars registration.After all this, we paid and still had to wait almost another hour before the car was released.Car towed overnight, and then I couldnt even get it until 10am.Company is the worst.

Stay away from this people if you respect yourself. Worst service in 48 states.
