Very happy with the servie I receive from Aqua Buddy, my pool always looks amazing. Its nice not having to do the work myself which I tried to do when we first got a pool. I would highly recommend a pool service to anyone with a pool and Aqua buddy is the company you want!

Weve used Aqua Buddy since we arrived in Florida last year and have been very happy with their service. They come when they say they will and they keep the pool clean. We had our pool resurfaced recently and they did a very good job with that. We had a problem with our timer not working when the job was done, and ultimately they made it right for us. You cant ask for more from a service company.

Price was reasonable and service was good. Pool is clean and inviting now that Aqua Buddy is taking care of it. I like the fact that their employees are uniformed and their trucks well kept, a far cry from my last pool guy. They also provide pool equipment repairs, which i like as i would rather deal with one company instead of 2 or 3.

If I could give no stars, I would. We have had this pool service for 4 years and they recently have become completely unreliable. Twice in the last 2 months I have made a special effort to confirm pool service because we were having a party or have a guest in town. The service was our normally scheduled service, but I wanted to be sure that they were coming (because lately they simply dont show up). And both times, after I called several times to confirm and they say yes, absolutely they will be coming, on time, as scheduled, they didnt show up. No phone call, no apology, nothing. Just no show. Terrible, terrible service. We are done with this service. Save yourself from frustration and find a different service.

I don’t know what to say about this company. I am not sure if they are going out of business or just want to be in business. I prepaid $100 for a promotion they advertised, that covered two months of service. Within the two months they only showed up twice. One of the times the guy did not have a cleaning brush on his truck to clean my pool. How are you a pool cleaning company and don’t have the basic tools to do the job! Also, 1 out of 2 of those services I had to call the company and request for someone to come because no one came the previous week. In pertaining the other no shows, I am curtained no one came because I threw 2 of my daughter socks in the pool so I would know if the pool was cleaned, the socks stayed in the pool until I removed them. When I did call and explained that my pool has not been cleaned in the past three weeks, the receptionist say she did not understand why it has not been cleaned because it is scheduled to be cleaned every Monday and that she is sorry for the inconvenience and someone will be out that same day to clean the pool. Well that day has come and gone and still no clean pool. The thing that bothers me the most is, I paid $100 and only received 2 services out of 8. Not even sure that if they will refund me for the services that I paid for but has not yet received and I have a dirty pool. I don’t know what to say about this company. it is very disappointing

We went through 3 other services before we found Aqua Buddy and they are fantastic. First ones to keep our large pool clear and beautiful all the time! Nice people too. :)

Thanks to AquaBuddy Pool Services my pool no longer looks like an extension of the Everglades. They came and took good care of it. Reliable and with good professional appearance! AAA+

I have Aqua Buddy as my pool servicing company. There services are great they have good customer service. Our pool is always crystal clear and clean. They test the water on every visit.

Took advantage of their special. Very disappointed, 1st visit the tech broke the filter housing assembly, didnt say anything (my repair $ 85.00). They didnt brush the pool, said they did, but didnt realize I have surveillance cameras. Gave them a second chance, Co. couldnt find the house I waited 1.5 hours for the tech to arrive, pointed out all the problem areas and what I wanted done. He checked chemicals, vacuumed the negative edge trough, but didnt brush the walls ....again ! Was there about 15 minutes.Where are the consciences Pool Service Companys.... P.S. Still waiting for refund, apparently cannot credit my credit card account, they have to cut a check !

What can I say? Over a two month period, I had to call 4 times to report that the tech never came for the entire week to clean the pool. I have surveillance cameras so I have proof that it was never cleaned. Horrible service.
