Suddath handled my relocation from Charlotte. NC to Fort Lauderdale. It was an amazing experience. They handled all the details for me. I went with thwir POD service. Eventhough my sofa was bigger, they still were able to handle it good. Got courtesy calls after, and they promptly reimbursed me for the very minor stuff that were scuffed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Darren and Keenan were great! Very efficient and outlined every detail of the moving process. They made sure everything was packed well and safe for transport. Pain-free experience. We used Suddath for two reasons. First reason was their great reviews and second, because they offered the best value. We opted for the soup to nuts service. We had them pack up, move and then store our belongings at their facility in Deerfield Beach. Everything went smoothly. They were on time, polite and handled our belongings as if they were their own. My whole experience was easy and efficient. Bonnie my contact in the office was so accommodating for me and I changed the delivery multiple times. They talk a good show but when they gave our home load to mayflower movers to make the over the road delivery in Iowa our damaged freight problems are still not resolved and it was fully insured

This is the second experience weve had with Suddath Relocation Systems and Ill say its two for two so theyre batting one thousand. Bonnie was our go to contact and she coordinated this project moving our furniture and artwork from Ft. Lauderdale to Pennsylvania. Always kept us in the loop (even over a holiday weekend) and was a true professional -- courteous and knowledgeable, smart and NICE!What impressed us the most was the utmost care they gave to every item we had shipped. The packing of the artwork was incredibly professional. With the exception of a timing glitch (hence the 4, not a 5) everything went off without a hitch. Everything is safe and sound...so thank you again Suddath!

Suddath Relocation offers friendly accurate customer service to people moving to a new home. As an Insurance agent, I have referred several of my customers to Suddath, and they have always done a great job. In particular, one of my customers moved from Michigan to Florida to purchase his new house and Suddath gave him more than a fair price for his cross country move. So he saved money and all of his belongings were put in his new house when he got there, with no damage and no extra price charged.

The best part of this mover is they keep in contact with you. they call you a day or two before, then that morning the driver calls you and gives you a time frame which they were right on. they help you with any issues you might have had packing an item. they rewrap any boxes they see werent taped as well as they should. they take your furniture and wrap it in blankets and then shrink wrap that so theres no coming apart. i would recommend this mover 100%

When my company faced a move to new offices 6 months ago after almost 13 years in the current location, I made the decision to work with Suddath - one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire process. Stephen Smith, the estimator, misquoted the estimate badly, by 7,000 pounds!!! I would have gave a 1 star review for this company. With that said, Michael, Jonathan, Gio, Jason (the guys who physically handled the move) were so amazing that I decided to give them a five star review.

This was my first time using Suddath van lines. I always get 2 quotes when doing a move. The salesman Steve Smith came out to prepare a quote for me. After he left my house I cancelled my appointment with Bekins as he was so nice and so professional that I saw no reason to get a second quote. On move day the movers showed up right on time. What really impressed me was that they took their time did not rush and were very careful in the handling of my furniture. Best company to use for moving, this was my second move with them, I did one out of state move and then another move here in FL. Bonnie and Tony De La Torre as the sales rep.

Movers damaged several items most expensive being a door in my 400k house then refused liability at last minute with some bs excuse it wasnt reported when it needed to be but here is $75 dollars as a show of good faith! PLEASE see you in court where not only will you be paying for my door you will be paying my legal expenses too. My attorney is $750.00 per our should have done the right thing to begin with and just paid for the $600 dollar door. Now it will cost them Thousands....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Paid to have them pack dishes and other breakables in dish packs. Also paid for extra insurance (100% coverage). Three broken dishes (family heirlooms). Claim for reimbursement denied. United is very dishonest.

Always responsive and professional. They moved me from TX to FL and again with in FL. We use them for our large departmental moves at work and to relocate staff moving to FL from another city if its part of their compensation package.
