Not only outstanding jewelers, but outstanding individuals as well. My mom was a frequent client of the store. Suddenly, a week or so ago she passed away! I noticed the telephone number on her mobile phone and dialed it. It was USA jewels. The woman who answered the phone called out my mom’s name. I explained that my mom had suddenly passed. She was truly heartbroken. This wasn’t just a customer vendor relationship, but rather a friendship. The woman explained she and my mom had worked together on a number of pieces and she always enjoyed her company. I will never forget Her response To my mom’s passing and her concern for my well-being. Much love to all of them! When my sister went to pick up the piece of jewelry there was no charge. Great price great selection of loose diamonds. I went into USA Jewels looking for an engagement ring and I was offered a large selection of loose diamonds of all different price points. Dave and Deep were able to create a design my wife fell in love with and it was completed in less than 14 days. It was a little over our Budget so they even offered me 36 months of interest free financing. It was overall an amazing experience my wife is very happy we will be coming back for sure.

The owner and the staff are such very nice people. I had lots of work done to my custom jewelry and it came out better than when I originally bought it. The jeweler that is there now is amazing and knows what the heck hes doing. I took in my Corum and Rolex watch for servicing and got a better deal than going to the mall. Highly recommend them.

Had a really terrible experience with a custom designed engagement ring. Within 90 days, 6 diamonds fell out of the band. While the shop was great about fixing it, the overall quality of the ring was poor - especially with all the visible patches. The ring spent more time in the repair shop then on my finger! After four repair visits they refused to work on it again and asked that we select a totally different ring. Since we came to this shop specifically for the custom design, we asked for them to remake the original but were told they couldnt and had to select a different one from their catalog.At this point we requested a refund so we could purchase the custom ring from a different designer but were denied because their policy says no refunds on custom jewelry.. even if the one they create falls apart! The staff was as helpful as they could be but the owner was ill-tempered and unreasonable. After weeks of dispute we finally recovered a partial refund to use towards a replacement but the whole experience was arduous and poorly managed. In the end we lost almost 2k$ but found a designer that was able to create our custom design with no problems.

My mother used to work here and Id come here to work with her everyday. I learned the basics of business here! The staff was always nice from what I remember and they were always helpful. I dont know how it is like now, but I can say that either way... The shop makes you feel say home.
