My friends Medicare Advantage plan referred us to 3 Hearing Aid Specialists office to choose from. After looking at their web sites and comparing the information offered, I called Florida Hearing Care for an appointment for a hearing test and hearing aid programming appointment. Both of the office staff individuals I spoke with were courteous and helpful. They were genuinely interested in answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. When I had to change the time of the appointment at the last minute, I was treated with respect and she made me feel cared for. I am looking forward to the appointment next week and am hopeful that the actual hearing test and hearing aid programming session will be beneficial to my friend.

WARNING WARNING !!!! The worst service and products. On the market theyll take advantage of your needs to them its all about how much money they can get out of you. Buy charging you almost double on there product s which constantly are breaking down they do not give you the. Correct equipment that you should have Right from the beginning so you haft to keep coming back for service. WARNING !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

The new audiologist Dr. Rahaman is very patient focused and has a lot of experience with testing and hearing aids. Its been a while since i could ask a practitioner questions and get a knowledgeable answer

Very disappointed in this facility I have been going there for years I thought they were really good company until they sold me a new set of hearing aids with a remote control and Bluetooth well $7,800 later the Bluetooth never works have had it replaced at least three times still doesnt work I feel like I got ripped off for the kind of money I paid I should not ever have a problem for at least 3 years Ive had problems since day one with a set of hearing aids and remote control it seems like when you go there they try to act like theyre very concerned and sure it works in the office but as always when I leave an hour later nothing works again definitely would not recommend going there to anybody all they want to do is sell sell sell equipment doesnt work they say well lets send it in and see whats up meanwhile a week later you still waiting for the replacement or the original and have suffered all week without your Bluetooth and then when you get it back again the same stuff starts happening I have been through there 3 times and refuse to go back now looking for a new hearing aid company to help me

STOP sending me all the mail. I DO NOT need a Hearing aid...Save your money on postage!!!
