I met with Blair and someone else on fri. They were on time and very professional. I havent received or signed any contract yet with them because I havent received anything from them. They say they are only 1 to 2 weeks behind which is great for me as long as they can commit to that time frame . We shall see.

The guys spent most of the day at my house and when they left everything was spotless. The gutters look great and the choice of colors really make them pop. I have to give this company 3 stars. They have been exceptional except for getting someone to come and do minor repairs. I have called over the past few weeks and they have not been able to give me a time to have someone do the repair work. Very frustrating.

The men who did our gutter install did a great job, but I am not pleased with the customer service. Not only did we wait a month, but the estimator Andy promised us a configuration for the front of our house that didnt include a long drainage gutter along the wall. It was the reason we chose this company. However, when the crew arrived, they told us that it wasnt possible and the plans called for the long drain. When I spoke to Andy on the phone, he lied and said he never promised me that configuration. We never received updated plans or a heads up that what we were getting wasnt what was promised. Lying to customers and surprising them with changes the day of installation just isnt right. When I sent a message to Tiffany, she didnt respond. If you go with this company, make sure what you sign up for is what you actually will get.

These guys are the best. You don’t realize how important gutters are. The water hitting the pavers non stop actually suck them. K&B came out and measured my 2 story house, gave me a price and I booked them to come install in 2 days. They did the job on time and on budget. There was a small piece of gutter that I told him not to do because I thought It wasn’t needed, and the installer put it up anyway for me because he said the job looked incomplete without it. Didn’t even charge me extra. Very detail oriented and they take extreme pride in their work. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.
