I first met Emil Fleysher in February 2020, as I was looking a Real Estate & Bankruptcy Attorney for a friend of mine who has zero legal literacy. This was a very difficult situation which appeared to be a lost & hopeless case.We had given up hope after loosing confidence in the prior legal team, which resulted in the property being posted for sale. After meeting Emil that day and talking to him I said to myself finally I am in my comfort zone. The reason I say this is because I had appointments for consultations with 3 other famous attorneys on that very same day. I did this as I was trying to select the best legal help, especially someone that I could trust, knowing the prior history of attorney mistrust. Emil was patient not in a rush to get me out the door as the others, he listened, he offered many solutions to the problem. I am Jamaican by birth just so you know (not racially speaking) when it comes to attorney selection Jamaicans are very skeptical/picky. We like to choose attorneys that possess the best problems solving skills, and show confidence in their actions that they can handle even the worst cases. After meeting all 4 attorneys that day I WAS SOLD ON EMIL. He made me feel so confident after our meeting, and I was very impressed with his level of knowledge. In our meeting Emil offered me suggestions as to how we could best approach this type of case. He gave very honest opitons, he also discuss with me a corrective action plan which would be implemented if the discuss plan failed.
