This is the store you need to check before ordering items online. They have everything, from TVs to mattresses to pots and pans. They have computers, grills, car stereos and so much more. Parking is interesting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

SCAMMERS! BEWARE! Deserves ZERO STARS!!Customer service is a joke and either wont answer or transfers you and hangs up on you! I placed an order online. I called to confirm and they said that I cancelled it. I did NOT. I continued to question them and they hung up on me. I tried to send the website a message and nobody replied. Almost two weeks later the order still says processing. The item was $799 and they still have my money! I ask to speak to a manager and he will be in tomorrow. Really? No manager on a Tuesday?? Will NEVER do business with this location ever again!!

Unless youre going in for mobile phones,, or large appliances, dont count on anyone approaching to help- even that is only for the commission. As for anything else, nothing is really worth the commission to bother helping with. Its all self service from there. I cant really think of any good reason to buy from brands mart except if youre too impatient to wait for an online delivery from Amazon.

After 2 weeks waiting for refrigerator delivery they confirmed yesterday and no show today after waiting all day . I called and found out now out of stock and no more available. They should have called and not Wasted my time. Poor customer service!!! Not a happy customer and taking my business elsewhere!

Do not shop here, if you get a warranty on any of your electronics when it is time for a replacement they will give you a used of refurbished electronics that does not work never shop here this is a scam your better off going to best buy brandsmart is a ponzi scheme

The worst customer service ever! It takes forever to reach someone who can actually help you and it’s minimal assistance at best. The in person experience is just as bad. No one communicates, they just shuffle you through the motion of a purchase or a return! I will go out if my way to NOT make any future purchases from Brandsmart!

Its a-OK. If you see a bargain, get it, but do not imagine that everything in store there will be cheap. I got a few cheap kitchen devices, but totally desisted of buying other items in my list because what you dont pay on something is balanced by paying a ton on other things.

We bought a brand new washing machine here and after it was delivered we discovered that it didn’t work. So we called them and they said we need to pay a restocking fee in order to return it or wait for them to come look at it, in a month. Samsung came already and told us what was wrong with it, but that isn’t good enough for them, we need to wait for them to come find out what is wrong with the product they sold us, or pay their restocking fee, which is 20 percent of the value. So I have been waiting a month to do my laundry and had to go to a laundromat because I refuse to pay their fee. This place is a rip off, don’t shop here!

Waited one week for delivery of a fridge and Brandsmart STOOD ME UP!! No communication no nothing!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY THROUGH BRANDSMART BECAUSE YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO GET SERVICE ON YOUR APPLIANCES. I purchased the upgraded Frigidaire kitchen appliances from Brandsmart at their Deerfield Beach store 2 years ago with the Warrantech warranty they offered. Now less than 2 years after the appliances were delivered, the microwave dies. It took Brandsmart, who actually services the warranty under the Warrantech warranty, a week to come to my house just to diagnose the problem. It is now going on 2 weeks since the parts were ordered and although I was promised by Brandsmart service that the parts would be in and the repair scheduled within 5 to 7 business days, it is now 8 business days since the parts were ordered and they have no idea when the parts will be in or when my microwave will be repaired. I have spent hours on the phone with Brandsmart service and Warrantech trying to get answers all to no avail. I also tried to cancel the warranty and get a refund since they do not repair your major kitchen appliances in a timely manner but again cannot get anyone on the phone who can help me.
