Laptop Repair Data is a scam. READ ALL REVIEWS. After a simple job on a smaller laptop, I engaged Alvarado to repair my 15 Macbook Pro, of which he said the work would be done in a week. Unfortunately the work needed on the Macbook Pro, was outside of his skill set, yet HE REFUSES TO REFUND THE MONEY PAID FOR SERVICES HE NEVER DID. I paid William Alvarado $800 to replace my screen on August 8, 2020. Alvarado claimed (but not verified) that there was a delay in receiving the screen. Finally, on August 26th, Alvarado claimed there was an issue with the brand new screen he received, and that he was unable to get a display. Then I didnt hear from him again until after I reached out four days later, where he says Im on top of it re: repairing the screen. I dont hear from Alvarado again until after my prompting 2 WEEKS LATER-where he claims a new screen is waiting at the UPS store, BUT hes on vacation and wont be able to pick it up, this is September 14th. Obviously, Im VERY FRUSTRATED, and am not sure if I want Alvarado to continue the work after a 5 week delay and Im trying to decide what to do. Instead of Alvarado acting responsibly and contacting me once he returned from vacation, I hear nothing until I once again inquire as to whats happening. It is now, September 24th. And this supposed computer repair person claims that the reason he has done NOTHING, not even reached out to me as a follow-up is because I was said I was trying to decide the best step forward after his vacation. Was there any follow-up? NO. He did not reach out to give me any kind of update, or to assure me that the work would finally be done. Instead, he blamed me for his own failure to do his job in a timely manner. This continued until October 4th, where I finally demanded a refund and a return of my laptop. As of October 8th, I received my laptop. But William Alvarado believes he does not owe me a refund of the $800 I paid, even though HE DID NONE OF THE WORK HE WAS PAID TO DO. I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau as well as seeking restitution. I deeply advise everyone, tell your friends, LAPTOP REPAIR DATA IS A FRAUD AND WILLIAM ALVARADO WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Brought in my son iPhone 6 so get the screen fixed. They are very affordable now his iPhone looks and works great & it took less than 20 minutes. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Went to get my Iphone 7 screen fixed there, took a day longer than when they said it would be done. Also, when it was Fixed the screen is a knockoff that doesnt work properly. Would not recommend.

I went to fix my iPhone SE in this store. I got it back with a faulty screen. So I paid 64$ for nothing. Moreover, this company does not want to solve the problem. Result an operation that costs me a total of 150 euros. I advise you to go to this store. I AM DISAPPOINTED.
