Purchase a desk since 09/05/2021 which is a Sunday and was told delivery will be 09/09/2021 Thursday. I got so much run around from Office Depot customer service... the only thing they could tell me is we can refund your money back. Really!. I took the chance to wait for the delivery which was expedited to be deliver on the 09/13/2021...today is 09/24/2021 and Im still waiting. When I check the status of the delivery, it stated setting up for redelivery. It was never delivered in the first place...Unbelievable. I spoke to someone at the Courier Express direct # and she was unable to help me because she doesnt have access until Monday. That dept. is already closed for the day even though they advertise 24 hours service. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Absolutely worst shipping provider! If you have a choice, AVOID AT ALL COST. Just received my Tuesday shipment of Marley Spoon Meal Kit on Saturday, they delivered a box of rotten food to my front door. This is now two weeks in a row they have not been able to get their act together and complete a shipment in a timely manner.

Terrible. They claim my package was attempted to be delivered one day, and it wasnt. Surveillance at the door and on the driveway determined that was a lie. Then the next day they claimed my package was delivered and signed by me, yet I never saw anyone, and again, nothing on surveillance. The cameras on the street even show a truck never even passed by at that time. I really dont understand why Staples uses this company. Theyre absolutely terrible and liars.

The dock workers are very rude and incompetent. The dock manager lost the BOL for a load we delivered there. He made very little effort to look for it, just got in his car and left. No apology or anything. Needless to say the broker emailed us a copy of the BOL. However their computer system conveniently was down not even a basic fax machine. So we ended up being late getting to our next shipper. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them. Brokers and dispatchers beware.

My box was out for delivery for 3 days. It was a meal kit box. The person who answers the phone isnt able to look at see where it is. When I got it everything was rotten. AVOID!!!!!!

If I could I would give this company zero starts but I cant not submit my review without adding a star which they do not deserve. This is the worst delivery company ever!!!!! I have been trying to receive an order for a week now and I still do not have it. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Staples uses them as a delivery service and they need to seriously consider using a different delivery service. When you have a business and you rely on your orders to arrive on time DO NOT rely on this company because you will never never receive your order!!!

I wish I could give these people a negative star rating.

Two weeks to receive our office supplies? two times back with the order for two stupid reasons. the first one he cant find the Hospital!!, and the second one for unsafe ?? really ?

I would choose no stars. Staples uses this company for delivery. I cant even get my order next day as promised.

The fact that these people are in business and have a contract as large as Staples, astounds me. HORRIBLE!
