We contracted ASAP in 2017 after Hurricane Irma. Per their contract they would complete the work (mold remediation, restoration) and render payment from the insurance company. The work they did seemed quick, like their name suggests. Soon after we realized that the mold remediation was incomplete in a portion of the house and we contacted them immmediately to review and finish the job. We were visited by the Project Manager and were told they would complete the work.Once the owners wife (Daniela) got involved the process stopped; refusing to complete the mold remediation and demanding money for work completed AND not yet completed (against their contract), even declining their initial $10,000 check from the insurance and refusing to release us from the contract to have someone else complete the work. We had no choice but to retain legal counsel.Living in our home became unbearable over the past few months forcing my family out of the house. Our health has suffered due to the deliberate delay in mold remediation; numerous doctors visits, hospitalization, days lost at work, even veterinary visit since our dog is sick too.

Jay and Julio did a great job. They called before arriving and were prompt and went right to work and were very professional.
