Wow!!! I was very impressed! I have used Mundi for years for my business travel from and to airports. But this time, after a long trip with the family, I needed a car that would fit the family and all the bags. They upgraded and sent me a luxurious executive Mercedes Sprinter (much better than a stretch limo) with TV and bar. The kids and specially my wife loved. What a way to come back home! Definitely 5 STARS!

I truly appreciated the help with our luggage from Jay ~ he was at the carousel when we got there and then was helpful! Our hour-long ride was very pleasant, we were offered water, and I consider Jay to have operated professionally the entire time. Thanks Jay!

Today was my son’s drive thru graduation ceremony. Mundi and our driver Javier made the day absolutely perfect! The limo was exceptionally clean and on time, they put my son’s favorite soda and bottles of water in the limo for us, and Javier was a perfect gentleman helping my daughter and I in and out of the limo. This year has been a rough year for everyone and I am glad and grateful to have chosen Mundi for this special day! Not only was everything perfect but everyone at the graduation LOVED that we came in such a beautiful one of a kind limousine. We used Mundi for transport to and from the airport. I do not do reviews unless I am 100% satisfied. I am 200% satisfied! Chad and David were our drivers. Friendly, accommodating. Super clean vehicles.I left a bag in the vehicle and was assured they would get it back to me even though I offered to pick it up . To me that speaks volumes. Had a fantastic experience using Mundi Limousine while visiting Palm Beach Florida. Their Chauffeur arrived at our Hotel 20min before pickup time in a brand new 2021 immaculately clean Cadillac Escalade. The Chauffeur was very professional and accommodating, the ride to the Airport was wonderful with great conversation with our Chauffeur. Mundi transportation is amazing! Our chauffeur, Marcos, was very professional and I felt safe with him. The car was clean and sanitized and all precautions were adhered to. First time in Miami and Marcos gave us plenty of options for dining and night time fun. I have requested him for our trip back to the airport. Quality and superior service.

Most professional car service I have ever used. Reserved the S Class for a weekend trip in Miami. Driver was super professional, punctual and courteous and the car was impeccably clean. I was happy to see the driver wore a mask the entire time, had gloves on and there was sanitizing bottles in the vehicle. I will definitely be booking with them again in the near future.

Made a reservation, this place called me 3 times to tell me they were 10 minutes away. Only to never arrive and send me an Uber Lux. If I wanted a Uber Lux I would have ordered one. I’m now 2 hours late to my own event. Horrible service. Do not recommend. They’ll ruin your day!!!!!!!!

Our driver, Javiar was so professional. He was very easygoing and aimed to accommodate the group by his attitude and his promptness. I must admit driving a bus of 10 women celebrating a 90th birthday was probably louder and a bit more challenging than one would imagine, but he smiled and helped in anyway he could showing patience and calmness.The vehicle was perfect for several older ladies that have problems with steps and so very clean. I know my mom, the birthday girl, felt like a queen riding in a party bus for the first time in her life.I believe every family group should be able to travel in this way and leave the driving to a competent and kind person while you get to enjoy your family and friends.Thank yo to Javiar for a wonderful job.Ann H

I started using Mundi Limos service since my previous job. From that time to now I see always evolution on their services. Always new vehicles added, smelling great, the customer service is also something that really dazzles me. They are always attended to the details. Even small things like brad of water or soda that I mentioned once to the driver that I liked to drink, and from that time on. My beverage is always there waiting for me. How nice is that?!The cell charges that they offer are also a life savers.Regarding the drivers, they are polite, quite and professional. The vehicle is also not just new. But very well cleaned. I always joke with them asking if I am the first client of the day and they always reply that they treat all of us as the first time of the day client no matter what. Meaning the car will be impeccable all times.I wish I could give Mundi more than 5 stars because they are the best limousine company out there.

Ive used them for few years and always love the service. The cars are brand new and spotless, all drivers are nice, courteous and always have cold water, mints and cellphone chargers for me which is great since I am on the phone most of the time. I highly recommend their services. My favorite drivers in Miami and New York are John and Larry, in which I always request for me and my family. Congrats on the good work!

I know Fernando for 10 years, and the company is growing tremendously and their service is out of this world, VIP treatment. When they picked me up from Miami international airport on a luxury car the Chauffeur David gave me outstanding service and he seemed to know Miami Beach out the top of his head. I was also introduced to free mints, on-board tablet, WiFi and more. Their car were unbelievably clean, Brand new Mercedes S550 when i only paid for the price of a regular sedan. I was very satisfied with the complementary upgrade. Honestly one of the best 5 star limousine company out there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This company is way over priced. I received a quote to have a limo take us from our wedding venue for a 30 minute drive to our hotel on our wedding night and they quoted me $528.00! That pricing is outrageous! Luckily, I was able to find another company who quoted us $148.00 for the same thing. We have so many things coming up for our wedding including our bachelor & bachelorette parties which will obviously require a party bus of a limo, needless to say, we wont be giving them that business.UPDATE:Owner reached out offering me VIP services in exchange for an updated review. I attempted to take him up on his offer, and he offered to give me a discounted quote instead. He also said that the rate i was charged was so high because of prom season, he then emailed me stating that the rate is company policy year round. Lies, lies and more lies on top of price gouging. This is why consumers get upset.
