Great experience with Tri State! I replaced all my windows and siding with them. They replaced 11 windows in less than 3 hours, and I absolutely love them! The siding installers, Chris and Louis were fantastic. I am very hard to please and I am very happy with the job they did. Chris went above and beyond on multiple occasions and I cannot thank him enough. My house looks more beautiful than I ever imagined!

I am really happy with Tri-State Window Factory. The windows are smooth and feel rigid. The locking mechanisms are excellent. The people there at the factory are all responsive. The guy who measures was a very nice person. The crew that came here to install were very nice. The noise level from outside dropped as well. So glad I went with them. Also took only a week and a half from visit with Andreas to install.

We have dealt with TriState many times over the years, and have never been disappointed. This time, it was to replace our front and storm doors. Our salesman, Andrew, showed us many different options. He answered all our questions, but let us make our own final choices. He sent an expert fitter to mark our dimensions, then selected a terrific team, led by Carlos, to detach the old door and install the new one. They did a great job and were clean and respectful of the home. One of the best things about TriState is that it always stands by its products. Any issues, even long after installation, will always be promptly and cheerfully resolved. If you need doors or windows - call Andrew.

I dont normally write reviews, but the team at Tri-State Window Factory just did yet another fabulous install at our home (new storm door and window) and I had to share. Theyre meticulous throughout the whole process, from sales to measuring to installation, we have always had a pleasant experience with each team. We have done all our windows now at this point and a few doors too. Love it when friends and family comment on how nice they look and how well theyre built.Never had any hidden surprises or costs either. The cost breakdown is clearly written up every time which we appreciate. We are fortunate to have found Tri-State and will continue to use them as needed ... their warranty policy is also hard to beat, just got a few of their window screens re-screened too that were damaged from years of weathering and no hassles and no charge!

We had an outstanding experience purchasing 12 windows from Tri-State and Ken. From start to finish, I couldnt have asked for a better contractor as my windows were airtight and virtually soundproof and installed in within two weeks of signing the contract. The installers were great also, efficient, neat, respectful of our property and very skilled as we had some challenging windows. I highly recommend them as they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided a top notch product that have enhanced my home. After the installation, I noticed the window treatment was not put back correctly and called and spoke to one of the principles Andrew. The entire staff at Tri state windows have been nothing but exceptional for me on 3 separate occasions. They have replaced 4 different windows at my house, custom made to my exact order. The estimator and installers were on time and respectful. Very clean from start to finish. They also created a custom window for me in a hole in my bedroom wall that was where an AC unit was. I got central air and did not know how to close up the hole. They made a picture window custom to the size. Everything looks perfect. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone. They came in with much fairer pricing than other local window companies laces. Would five 6 stars if that were a thing.

Our go-to place for windows...and now sliding doors!What a pleasant experience overall. We had used Tri State years ago for window replacement. All of the windows have worked perfectly. We now wanted to replace another window and our sliding glass door.Our sales representative, Paul, was personable and knowledgeable. He explained all of our options. We selected a door with mini blinds between the glass, for privacy and sun glare.The installation was scheduled for following week. Workers arrived promptly and had the project completed in less than 4 hours.We did need to contact Tri State immediately after the installation, to adjust a stiff lock. The repair was promptly addressed and all now works perfectly. I highly recommend Tri State and will call on them for any future windows.

Worked with Ken from the Deer Park location. Absolute professional. My wife and I were replacing about half the windows in our newly purchased home and we had an idea of what we wanted but Ken helped us draw it out and pick out the perfect window setup. Everything was very professionally handled, quick and we got competitive pricing from the start. I have always had good experiences with this company, whether it be buying new windows or getting window parts.Most recently, I needed a new bathroom window due to unknown water damage from an old window during a bathroom renovation. Time was an issue. My husband originally looked to other places for a window, thinking they would be same day ready. All other places gave timeframes from 4-6 weeks for the window and didn’t exactly meet our “wants”. I went to tristate and explained our situation.... needed the window ASAP, wanted double hung (for small window), frosted glass. The salesman estimated two weeks but then walked me over to the building department to confirm, and the builder was able to promise LESS THAN 1 WEEK! The window was ready, as promised, that Saturday and there was no delay in our bathroom renovation due to this unexpected issue.The window was on the higher end of pricing but it definitely is a quality window, the measurements were perfect and we were able to install and replace the old window With a breeze. Definitely worth the couple of extra couple of dollars to get it quickly and know we are getting a quality window from a company that continues to support its products*.*On a side note, we bought this house with tristate windows installed in the windows upstairs. we had to replace the glass on one and they were able to look up the window and get the replacement for us even though we weren’t original purchasers and the window it was an install from over 15 years ago.I am confident in using this company and my recent experience was top notch. Very happy with there product and service! Had 27 windows, and 2 patio doors installed. Had many estimates and there quality seemed to be the best. Very happy I chose Tri State. The workman used dropped clothes and were very neat and clean. I can be quite a pain and they answered all my questions and were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again!

Pricing was double from what was quoted just a couple of months ago. They gave me a price based on window type and didn’t even know the dimensions. How is that possible? They just want to do installs, so if you are a do it yourselfer this isn’t the place for you.

I had my entire house of windows done with Tri State and I couldn’t be more happy. My house is so much warmer now. I did my research on many different company’s and Tri state has the lowest u factor. The lower the number the more efficient the window is. Also when they installed They were extremely clean and very informative being that I had so many questions. I would highly recommend !

I purchased 19 windows, the installers took 45 mins to protect the floor with plastic coverings and then began working. They installed all windows cleaned up inside and out and werent rushing to finish. The windows I ordered were 5400 series which I would recommend.

Amazing experience!! Wish I could give 1000 stars. They installed a mixture of casements and double hung windows in my entire house. My house is way warmer!! And also much more quiet hat’s mainly the reason I did the windows. I live near the airport and now I can barely hear the loud planes. After many estimates I decided to use Tri State. I had Siding installed on my entire home. Shake style in the front and the clapboard on the sides. I also had 16 windows and a patio door done. My wife and I recently had 22 windows replaced in our home with capping. From start to finish, from initial estimate to completion of the work Andreas, Chris and the team provided excellent service and installed a beautiful product. They answered any and all questions. We had the triple pane windows installed and they really helped keep heating costs down in our older home especially after this winter. Given how many windows were replaced they were very efficient and very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Ill start with the one thing I dont like. The slider window dont close all the way unless you hold the other window then slide it. Other than that Im extremely Pleased with their level of Customer service. They workers are knowledgeable and they really stand by their product. I had my windows installed 3 years ago. Im glad I went with Tristate instead of those people in the Commercials. Their prices are good and the quality is great!!! Did I mention they have great customer service?

I had nothing other than an exceptional experience. I purchased my windows in 1995 and my screen on one of the windows needed repair. I called to check to see if they would help and Andreas reassured me he would take care of it I brought the screen in and they made a new one while I waited. I brought it home and unfortunately it did not fit correctly. One phone call back to The factory and they had the factory manager, Juan, back to my house measuring the window to get the fit right. After all it has been 21 years of the window being installed . I was amazed of the service I received after all this time. They stand behind their product and that in itself would make me recommend them to anyone for all the products they sell! Its hard to find a company react this way after all these years! Great job gentlemen!

I ordered 4 custom windows in April 2013. Within a few days I had to change the dimensions on two of the windows and Tr State handled that issue without a problem. The windows were delivered exactly within the time frame initially quoted and the delivery was made at a time most convenient to me. After having these windows installed for about 4 months I can say that they are excellent quality and I have receivd numerous compliments from friends and family. The pricing was very competitive and Tri State is one of the few companies offering in the windows blinds which we got. They work perfectly and are guaranteed for a long time.

Tri-State was recommended by a family member who has always done a lot of his own home repair and installations. He told me of the great experience hed had with the salesman, the quality of the windows and how well the installation had gone, including the cleanup. My house had windows that were 25 years old or more and this has been a horrible winter to have had to deal with the cold pouring through them. I had the same salesman, Andrew, who he came out with samples of their windows and a head full of knowledge to share. I wound up replacing 18 windows, and also decided to change out the front and back doors. One of the things I was most impressed by, prior to the installation, was the level of communication at Tri-State. Everything Id discussed with Andrew was passed on to the people who followed at appointments after him for measuring - including the need for the front door to be able to clear the entryway floor - something that the original door wouldnt do. When the installers finally arrived several weeks later, I was pleased to learn that my doors, which I thought would be installed at a later date, were to be put in all on the same day. The crew was sizable and they went to work without delay. I was in and out of the house that day, trying to stay out of the way but still see how things were progressing. Any questions I had were courteously answered. It was a full day for the workmen, but at the end of it I was shown once again (as Andrew had first demonstrated with the sample hed brought) how the windows worked, handed keys for the doors, together with touch-up paint in case of scratches from accidents and then they were off. Looking at my house, youd never know it had been pulled apart and put back together that day! I was very pleased with the whole experience and most especially with my new windows and doors which have already proven to keep me comfortable in my home and look terrific.

I tried to order Marvin windows from Lowes. What a disaster! Then I tried to order them from the Marvin factory direct dealer in the NYC area: I couldnt get a call back, couldnt get a quote. Finally, I saw the Tri-State ad in the newspaper, and I went on-line to read the reviews. They were all positive.I liked that fact that this is a family-owned business, and that they have been around for 47 years. And the Energy Star ratings were higher than those for Marvin. I know at this point you must be thinking that Im an employee or relative, but Im not! Someone came out promptly to look at my home and give me a quote. Then a measuring guy came out, and two weeks later, I had my six windows installed.The installers were efficient and neat; they didnt leave a bit of debris inside or out. The spring on one window was broken, so the installer returned a few days later to replace it. The windows are attractive, and they work beautifully. Best of all, they were less expensive than the Marvin ones. This is the third time in my life that Ive purchased replacement windows, and I guess the third time is the charm. I enthusiastically recommend Tri-State.

I first contacted Tri-State Window Factory over the winter when I knew that I needed to repair my current bay window since it was sagging and the windows were no longer aligned properly. I sent them an email and received a call back the next day. Andreas and I discussed my issue and he explained that they would replace the window. I was hoping that I could just get the window repaired and thanked him for his time. He was very professional and let me know that it was no bother and if I changed my mind, I could always reach out to them.As we approached spring, and I had people share their opinions, I realized that repair was really not an option. I began seeking out estimates for the cost of a replacement. Renewal by Andersen was canvassing the neighborhood and I asked them to review. They gave me such an outrageous cost (more than 5x the cost of Tri-State). I then remembered my conversation with Andreas and reached out to them again via email. Just like the first time, I received a call back immediately during their business hours (keep in mind, I send my emails either late at night around 10pm or early morning around 6am). Andreas invited me to their showroom and he explained to me their process, showed me their windows, and gave me a complete tour of their factory where all the windows are made. I was very impressed with the quality of their products and how they do all the work; there is no middle man. I was also extremely impressed with the U-factor of their windows. Tri-State, by far, has the lowest U-factor than any other company that I had seen. As described on the energy-star sites, the lower the U-factor, the more efficient the glass. After having to stuff the gap of my windows with newspaper and foam for the winter, this is a huge factor. Andreas and I sat down to discuss numbers and the price was very reasonable, so I signed a contract. Now, could I have found the windows cheaper? Maybe, but I do not think so if all things are weighed equal. Also, if I did find cheaper, how much cheaper would it have actually been? Based on all the estimates, not a significant amount, and I felt Tri-States product was superior, so definitely worth it. I also feel that when you are doing business with a company, it is important that it feels right. That was the feeling that I got when dealing with Tri-State; they responded to all my inquiries immediately and I did not feel that I would get lost in their system.After all the measurements were taken, and my windows were custom built right at their factory, it was time for installation. The install crew showed up in the time frame that was given to me. They proceeded to remove the old window and install my new bay window. The crew was very respectful of my home and were extremely tidy. They made this entire process seem extremely easy. They were meticulous in their installation, making sure every detail was perfect. When the window was fully installed, the crew then started working on the roof. I was very confuses as to what they were doing since the window was installed and I did not understand the relevance. When they were done, they explained that there seemed to be some water damage on the old wood they removed. They wanted to make sure that there were no leaks that could impact the new window, so they reinforced the area around the window, gutters, and roof.When my family, friends, and co-workers saw the before and after photos, they could not get over the difference. The new window looks extremely elegant and adds such much character to my home. I could not be happier with the work that they did and Tri-State will be the first call I make when I need to replace more windows in the house.UPATE: Two years later I needed more work replacing my older windows.I was recognized immediately by Andreas even though it had been two years. I hired Tri-State to replace not only my sliding door but my back bay window. They did an amazing job yet again that I am having them replace all the other windows in my home.
