The introductory call from Legal Shred was returned quickly. The woman who assisted me was extremely pleasant and explained the process and billing accurately. The Legal Shred Truck came. It was a clean, neat and easy process done on site. Manual was a gentleman and took care of everything. Very kind and professional. I honestly felt better having this company destroy important documents which I did not want in the garbage and could be compromised. Great Job.

I was very happy with the services that they provided for our office. The process was fast, efficient, professional and although there was a little bit of a miscommunication about the cost, and packaging procedure-they did the right thing and got back to us immediately. We recently cleaned out our accounting department and were able to get rid of 10-15 Boxes of legal documents. I called Legal Shred based on a recommendation from a friend. they were very professional and came the same day. Calvin Ronald the shred technician was very helpful and professional. He called me ahead of time even when his previous shred service ended earlier and wanted to let me know that I can get my service done early. He monitored the shredding process and made sure that even a sheet of paper gets shredded. He was patient with me on some paperwork that I needed to sort out before I could make payment.I also want to give a positive review for Taran Nichols who worked in the office with quote and schedule. Great shredding service for old confidential papers that needed to be disposed of with an office closure. Nick was professional and efficient, and helped load up 3 large rolling bins full of papers and got it taken care of in no time.

I liked that they could come to my house. As promised, after I sent them online request, I got a call back in about an hour with the quote. During the C19, I had time to clean out a lot of stuff.I had a couple of boxes of bill I wanted to shred, reached out to Legal Shred and we set up an appointment.I arrived onsite, was directed to the back and was met by an employee (I forgot his name) and he weighed my paper. He gave me the price, i agreed and he asked if I wanted to watch it be shredded.I did. We went to the truck, he shredded it, I paid and I was out in 15 minutes.Easy Peezy!

A better experience than I expected. The price was right and worth every penny. The crew called 30 minutes before showing up, loaded up my business records with great care and professionalism and showed me my paper being shredded with live camera feeds inside the truck. I dont usually give reviews, but I felt it necessary to make an exception in this case. I utilized the services of this facility at least once a month to shed junk mail, credit card statements, etc. One full bankers box would cost me less than $10 (usually around $8). Well, the facility is now owned by Legal Shred and they attempted to charge me almost $40, for the same (previously) $8 box! Reportedly, this was due to newly implemented flat-rate minimum pricing. If you are a business owner or can otherwise fill a van with discarded documents, this may be the place for you. However, if you are looking for personal shredding services, I urge you to look elsewhere.
