TransStar did the transportation for our daughter and son’s weddings. They have transported us on multiple occasions to and from several concert venues. I can’t say enough about Justin and Mike and their exceptional business. I know we are all a little gun-shy about travel now during the pandemic but rest assured TransStar has you and your guests covered; the vehicles are pristine!!!! Justin and Mike run a top notch operation.

We recently used Transtar for our 5/1/21 wedding. We worked with Sue to book the transportation and she was great. She was so easy to work with and very responsive. When we had to postpone she made the change very seamless. We had a sprinter to drop us off at the church and it was clean and the driver was on time. We also had a 54 person shuttle that we had for the day. Richie was our driver and he was great. He made sure we had whatever we needed. Was on time and easy to talk to. Both drivers helped our day run smoothly.

I have used Trans Star several times in the past and they always deliver! Phenomenal response time, always punctual, and polite drivers. They are attentive, care about their customers and make the process easy.My family as well as their guide dog in training had a last minute flight to LGA and 2 hours before the flight landed I asked Justin Paul if Trans Star could possibly pick them up. WIthin less than a 10 minutes I had a car ready for the flight to land to pick up my family! Such a pleasure to deal with them, accommodated a service dog in the car, and they all arrived in a safe and timely manner. So grateful!Thank you Justin!

Great Service!! Art picked us up on time and got us to the cruise port in Bayonne NJ very timely. He was prompt and friendly. It was a very smooth ride and the vehicle was clean and large enough to accommodate my family along with luggage. Art picked us up from the cruise port when we returned. Again he was on time. Customer service was great and answered my questions quickly. Reserving our vehicle was easy as well. We will definitely use Trans Star again.

I unfortunately had to arrange for my 85 year old Uncle, who is hard of hearing, lives in Ozone Park, Queens to attend his best friends funeral in Coram, LI during this pandemic. Not only did Justin & John leave me assured that everything would go smoothly . . . the driver, Joe Belli, provided my Uncle with a mask which he wasnt able to get on his own, texted me to let me know he was on site for pick up (as most 85 yr olds dont have cell phones). Joe texted me to let me know they arrived, waited patiently for as long as my Uncle needed at grave site. Literally said Ill stay here all day if I have to. He safely returned my Uncle back to his home & personally called me to say I watched him go inside & lock the door. Thank you TRANS STAR EXECUTIVE WORLDWIDE!!!

It started off great with customer service - then 3 days before our reservation we were called and told they needed a valid credit card on file even though we were paying cash like originalliy discussed. If this is their policy - great but they should have conveyed that to me when I booked the limo. Unfortunately the hummer was dirty with stains on the ceiling, what looked like bleach on the doors and dirty sticky champagne glasses - some of which were plastic others were glass. Were now looking to do a vineyards tour and unfortunately will be using a different limo company. But the driver was great!

Professional courteous and clean service and vehicles. I use this company often for corporate transportation as well as personal trips in Manhattan and Long Island.

They were on time for every part of the wedding. The limo was exactly what they ordered and more so. They brought them where they wanted ...the limo is clean and they even gave them a second limo at the end of the evening to bring them to their honeymoon suite at a separate Hotel included in the package. Price very comparable to other companies but much better service was received

I have used Tran-Star for all of my company travels, and never had an issue. Always professional and never made a drive awkward. Last driver I had was Oneil and he was great - looking forward to having him again!

Great for my party bus and shuttle for my 12/7/18 wedding. They were on time and always pleasant and attentive. Very clean bus and shuttles. I highly recommend them. I also used them for my airport service for my bachlorette and they were on time and patient with all my crazy girls.

I would absolutely recommend Tran Star limos—Mary Connors is incredible pleasant and very responsive via email and telephone. She was really straightforward and I felt like she had my back. She didn’t hesitate to talk through options. On the day of my wedding we had a limo pick up the girls—it was 45 minutes early to my house. Tom pleasantly waited for all of to be ready. We also used a bus for our guests, a hummer limo for the boys and I even used them for a limo to the vineyards for my bachelorette party. All of the vehicles were clean and very punctual.

Let me say after pricing a few party bus rental on Long Island and nyc, Tran-Star had very reasonable prices. They were professional. Our driver Mr Afghani was outstanding. The text and email picture of driver and contact info before the ride. And bus was beautiful and clean.Thank you so much for making a great sweet sixteen for my daughter on 4/21.Mark

I had a early morning flight out of JFK...driver picked me up on time.....great service! Will definitely use them again.

This was the worst experience ... rented party bus for my sons wedding the driver was rude and the bus was not stocked with the beverages promised on contract . Lost keys and when called company was told they checked bus and there were no keys .. 2 days later after changing all our locks they call to say they have the keys which took two days to get back. Not even an apology....

I have used Tran-Star Exec a number of times over the past few months for pick up and bring us to the airport. They are always prompt, professional and courteous . My friend used them this past weekend to bring 20 of us to a 60th birthday party at the Ducks Stadium. I am so impressed with them that we plan to use them for my sons wedding this year.I would suggest trying them so that you will see how good they are !

Absolute worst company I have been to throughout my wedding planning process. They honestly dont even deserve 1 star. The service was unbelievably terrible and so are the vehicles. I am currently planning my entire wedding by myself so I met with literally dozens of vendors to find the best of the best and this company is by far the worst i have seen. When we (my Fiance and I) walked in to the office I could not believe how rude they were. The receptionist behind the glass saw us walk in and she did not care to turn to look at us. We stood there waiting for someone to attend us in the waiting room until a different sales person passed by and asked if we needed help. We told him we had a appointment and a girl ended up coming to basically just give us a folder with info. For my size bridal party (16 people) they told us they only had 1 vehicle available and it was a really bad looking old hummer. (my wedding is not until September of 2017 so we know they are not booked, they just only had 1 vehicle to offer). When we asked if we could see the vehicle our rep told us the vehicle was not on site. At this point because of the rudeness and lack of professionalism I was soo unhappy I didnt even care about seeing the vehicle because I lost interest in the company. No wonder there packages are soo cheap, they have crap cars and no selection. When we were leaving the lot we had to circle around the building and we noticed that the Hummer was in fact on site, it was in the garage. The dishonesty or laziness on their part was incredible. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have been to about 9 limo companies and this was for sure the worst. I want to also note, I am not one to usually complain because I know some companies have good days and bad days but, their attitudes seemed like it was normal to have this terrible quality of service. I have never felt the need to write a bad review for a company until this experience with Tran-Star. Just wanted to warn others to please stay away from them!

No stars - HORRIBLE!!! Called this company and set up an airport pickup for my daughter, cancelled this airport pickup maybe 5 minutes later. About 24 hours prior to original pick up I get an email confirming pickup. I called right away 8:30pm to say this was cancelled 5 minutes after it was set up last week. Jamal tells me, no problem it’s cancelled. I inquire about credit card charges he tells me no problem charge will come off. I call next morning to confirm this was actually cancelled and speak with Yvonne. She tells me yes no worries it has been cancelled as of night before. I ask why it wasn’t cancelled from day one, she does not have a good answer for me, just that she has no record of my call cancelling. In the mean time my daughter is in the air flying home expecting to be picked up from another company that we went with. Apparently Transtar still sent a driver to the airport for pick up, & contacted my daughter to let her know they arrived. My daughter got in their car & they drove her home. I called a freaked out on the service rep (I should know better reacting this way gets you no where) because they should have never sent a driver. I get a call back from Sonya telling me this order was cancelled, and all their drivers were accounted for that my daughter was not in a car with any of the drivers. That is the biggest BS ever!!!! Their driver was literally driving her home at that moment. This company is scamming people and it’s not right. So basically I had to pay for 2 car services that day. Payment to Transtar that shouldnt have been there to pick up. But because she did get in their car, I have to pay. And another payment to the car service that waited for my daughter at the airport. Next time I will take the time off from work and drive myself. I am very upset and disappointed with Transtar, whom were highly recommended. They not only lost a new client they lost the client that recommended them. TranStar should be ashamed for scamming people the way they did me.

We used Tran-Star for our wedding. Outstanding service, friendly and professional staff. Limobus was sparkling clean and our driver was early and catered to our needs! We look forward to using them for future car service needs.

They called 1 day before to say our private car was upgraded to a limo because we were now sharing with someone.... Then the day of the flight they did not show up when scheduled. We called and were told that the van broke down and was running late (thanks for the call) and should be to us 30 min late.
