I called this company because I had water damage in my basement Madison ave construction came very highly recommended by one of my workers, I spoke with bill over the phone and he was very knowledgeable and sympethetic to my situation, he said he would send his. Lead technician to my house within the hour and have it started, while the tech was there he informed me of a mold situation that they were able to fix in a timely fashion! This company couldn’t have a better job, I will refer Madison ave construction to anyone I know who has any water damage problems in the future! Thank you Madison Avenue for the great work!

Bob and everybody we dealt with from this company were pure class and a pleasure to deal with in our experience using them. I had never filed a claim with an insurance company before and was clueless on how to go about it. When we had a flood in our bathroom that went into the wall and also flooded our basement, I got a strong recommendation to give Bob a call and in less then an hour, he was at my house with the people needed to make a temporary repair and get the bathroom usable again for my family, including my 2 sons whom have special needs, one phisical and one learning. We didnt have to do much after that as he guided us and worked with the insurance company and got some good guys in there to do the work and and got us the funds needed to re-do our bathroom and replace the items in our basement that were lose due to the water damage. The whole process was very satisfying and the end result was a brand new bathroom that my family and I loves and that got done while we stayed at a great pet friendly hotel that the insurance company covered. My wife and I are both currently out of work and he has such a big heart that he even offered us jobs after the completion of the job and after speaking with us. You will not be disappointed if you use this company. I never realized this before the whole experience but If you have any issues with youre home like things breaking or water or electrical issues or anything, I highly recommend you give this company and Bobby especially a call. He will be straight and honest with you from the get go and do whatever it takes to help you out and get the job done if at all possible, they will get it done. I absolutely recommend Bobby and Madison Ave Construction. I found myself in a really bad situation back in April in the middle of a national pandemic. Bobby ran here to help. He dealt with the insurance company allowing me to focus on my family. They temporarily got my bathroom functional. Bobby didnt pressure us to give him the remodeling job. I just couldnt go with anyone else after seeing how cooperative and precise he was. Everyone he sent here was professional and knowledgeable. He wad available anytime day or night.We were so happy with the bathroom that we hired Madison Ave for our new roof as well. We are forever customers!! All and all everything went smoothly and everyone conducted themselves professionally, office staff was great as well. Its never easy going through a hard time but after contacting Madison Avenue Construction I knew I was in good hands.
