I am at a loss for words!!!! I went on Saturday I walked in around 3:45 there were three people in front of me I could tell the young girls behind the counter wanted to get out of there. I was next and when I got up to the counter she asked if I had an fed-ex account? I replied no and I simply said I mailed from here before. And then she says wel if you mailed from here before then you would know that we close at 4? I said I will take my package and leave. I could not believe it I will go back when the owner is there she is so pleasant. I think that the owner should be aware of what is happening when they are not there.

Not a very big place but very fast and easy for when i need to drop off a legion of envelopes for work. staff is very nice and the pickup times for express come late in the day so i am able to drop my packages off later in the day after work

I needed to send important documents to family abroad, I’m just so impressed by how fast fedex can ship to India and I will be using this office more in the future.

Staff is friendly but if in a hurry, DHL Express point will be a better option for faster pick up.

Diamond in the ruff never knew they were there. They have everything i will go there more often.

Excellent FedEx Service! I always prefer this location for any FedEx shipments I need to send out over any other locations due to proximity near my home.

Fast and efficient

Very unknowledgeable staff led me to waste about 2 hours of my time, as well as driving all over the island, on a matter where time was of the essence. I called and asked a very specific question, which I was told they could deliver. I get there and ask again, the guy confirms a second time. As we are about to complete the transaction, he realizes it can not be done. Total incompetence. Don’t ever come to this store. As a small business owner, you are much better off using a UPS Store, FedEx Office, Staples, etc. At least they know how to get the job done.

I had arrived just past the time the truck left for an overnight mail order so she brought the letter to the main center for me so that it would make it on time. They were also very patient with me as I struggled to find the address of where I was mailing the letter to.I will most certainly be using them again for all of my shipping needs in the future.
