Just picked up a auction item but super friendly and helped me get in and out quick!

Ive been in purchasing for 34 years. Ive called no less than 5 times over the past couple months related to a simple compressor part. As yet, Ive not received the promised return call from the same individual. If I dont receive a call within the next 24 hours, Ill move on. If you want the business, call the customer back. Not very good business practice as is.
