The only way to get promoted or a raise in this company is through nepotism and camaraderie. Some of the employees were unqualified for the position they held. I worked for them for almost 2 years until work slowed down and we were laid off. Good riddance. Never again.

No breaks, no recognition of hardwork, foreman rush employers to work harder and faster non stop without breaks. A lot of racism against hispanics and no respect. Basically they break OSHA rules daily by not giving breaks, no brothers keeper, no team work, not giving proper tools to employers, majority of employees dont use ear plugs, too much favortism. And if you cant work hard constantly without a break for 10 hour straight, they will find anything to fire the employee. Not a professional company at all period.

I had the misfortune of working for this company and I was appalled at the conditions we were expected to work in. You literally are a slave when you work for these people. The stuff the supervisors pull is downright criminal. If you arent part of the brotherhood you simply wont make it. Please do yourself a favor and seek employment elsewhere. The safety culture there was nonexistent. They literally demand you do everything that goes against best practices everywhere in the industry. It might sound fun at first, but wait until youre expected to be put in harms way or kick rocks and well find someone that will be willing to hurt themselves in the name of progress. These people need to be reviewed by OSHA. PLEASE DONT APPLY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR WELLBEING! THERES A REASON WHY THEY DONT GET CONTRACTS FROM THE BIG REFINERIES! ITS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS!

This company does not care at all for you! Don’t even have HR ! Got in trouble because I was resting after being for a long period of time inside a tank with temperatures over 95 degrees ! I was getting cramps, still didn’t care !
