I love everything about this place. The staff is AMAZING! Dr Liu is such a kind soul and you can really tell she cares about her patients and the health of their mouth! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted nice and professionally! The check in/out process is always smooth and fast. The dental assistants and hygienist really go the extra mile to make you feel calm, understood, and taken care of properly! Seriously could not recommend a better place!!

Ill start by saying, if you are doubting going to the dentist, come here. I went in because I had a piece break off one of my molars. I can honestly say that I was surprised how comfortable I was, despite having my tooth drilled on. The doctor had great bedside manner and constantly made sure I was not in pain. On top of that, she somehow kept the top portion of my tooth while repairing the damaged portion. This was far better than any of my other dentist experiences.

I am terrified of the dentist and they did everything right they were kind thoughtful gentle and caring while explaining everything. I easily relaxed. I definitely recommend them!

My family and I go to TexSmiles to get our teeth cleaned by Priscilla Palermo. She does amazing work and is very friendly! I had to get some fillings and a couple of crowns done. Dr. Liu and Dr. Reary did an excellent job taking care of me! They used a new technology to help make a more precise fit for my crowns. This technology is called ITero Scan. I highly recommend TexSmiles for all your dental needs!

I had put off dental visits for far too long.After changing insurance I had to look for a new dentist. I chose this location for no particular reason other than the fact that they were close and looked like they would fit my needs. Im really glad that i made this pick. The entire staff are the best that Ive dealt with in years. Knowing that I was looking at allot of needed work, I was really nervous to say the least. The entire staff always takes the time to answer all of your questions and calm your fears. To date, Im about mid way through a considerable amount of necessary procedures. Im very pleased with the work that has been done so far and look forward to the day when it will all be completed. This will be my dentist of choice going forward.Thanks again to the entire staff.

I had my teeth cleaned and a whitening treatment done here and I love this place. The staff is so nice and they actually care. It only took 20 min for the whitening and you can definitely tell a difference. Oh and there’s tv while you sit in the room!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. My teeth have been neglected and put on the back burner. With that said, I’ve had SO much anxiety about getting my tooth extracted. However, both dentists (husband and wife team) and everyone I dealt with took care of me. Everyone was so polite, kind, and professional. The dentists knew about my fears and did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable!! When I came in I was in so much pain and almost immediately after seeing the woman dentist, she numbed me. What an angel! Lol They worked me into the schedule and Made sure I was completely numb and didn’t feel anything!! Highly recommend this office, you won’t be disappointed. I definitely will be back!! This place is oddly located for a dentist office, but when you realize is doesnt matter because the staff here is so well trained and friendly, that after they fix you up, you have a choice to get some chicken or go workout. In all seriousness, I was terrified to get a toothed pulled, but after what they did to me, Im a patient for life. This place is worth your time to invest.

I never do reviews but this was a must. I was a little weary about going back to the dentist after having a bad experience at my previous dentist. But the team at Tex smiles made sure that I was as comfortable as I could’ve possibly been. I got to pick whatever show I wanted to watch on Netflix while they did the procedure. I had no pain after I got 3 fillings done. In fact, I fell asleep as they did my fillings because I was so relaxed. 10/10 for comfort and quality

I am very thankful for the staff at TexSmiles dental. Haley and Dr. Liu have done an especially remarkable job making me feel comfortable during procedures. It is evident that the staff here are well trained and value their patients.

Staff are friendly and are willing to help, however. I went to see Dr Liu about getting my cavities refilled and an additional one taken care of. I went to see her 3 times after that for pain that I was still having. They charged me without telling me for the 3rd visit. Liu couldnt think of what else to do, I feel from lack of experience. Since this place is still fairly new and all the employees are so young including the doctors. So I went to see someone else for a second opinion and come to find out I am in need a root canal done cause I have an irreversible pulpits. I already went over my insurance so this has just been a major disappointment. I say go to someone that has more experience under their belt who knows what is wrong and has an establishment thats been around longer.

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. My 12 year old has had difficulty with visiting dentist since 2 years old in the past. The visit was so comfortable with the dental hygienist Priscilla and then bonus with the Dr. Liu. They explain so much and went above and beyond making sure my daughter was comfortable. They answered any and all questions she had. Office staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Liu and Priscilla took amazing care of me and were considerate of my fears of teeth and needles. I had never been to a dentist my entire life and was nervous. They made me feel comfortable and treated me with compassion. They really put their patients as top priority in their care and treatment for them. I cannot say enough good things about this place and everyone that works there.

My fiancé had been going to this dentist for 20+ years and he never diagnosed a single cavity. We went here and Dr. Liu was AMAZING. She took pictures of every single cavity and showed me so I knew what she was seeing. I had many cavities he never told me about. I highly recommend texsmiles dental! There team is wonderful and made me feel at home.

I had a wisdom and molar extracted together.... Bottom right... Once I filled out the paperwork and was admitted to the back area since this was my 1st time visit....it went smoothly. I would recommend them plus their follow up is great! Texts and phone calls are welcomed and encouraged. Ive been needing a dentist for some time and I believe Ive now got a good one.

Highly disappointed with this service. They messed up a tooth after talking me into refilling it and then charged when I came back to have them fix THEIR mistake. Do not recommend.

I went in with extreme pain and was told I would need extensive work done to one of my molars and an extraction of a wisdom tooth. While going over costs I was made to feel as if - if I didn’t pay for all the suggested repairs and work - I didn’t care about my teeth- and I would continue to have problems, I decided I would only do the extraction for the time being because of the costs. The doctor and assistants were very attentive, the doctor was a bit rough while performing the procedure. I am aware a tooth extraction involves force but if a patient advises you they have pain because of a movement you are doing- maybe change positions? Well I didn’t have much to complain about till the follow up call occurred. I let them know I was in a lot of pain and I would appreciate a stronger medication be prescribed to take the pain away. The follow up nurse apologized and told me she would speak to the doctor and get me something prescribed right away - then would call me back. Well when she called back I was told I needed the extensive and costly repair to my molar to completely take away my pain and that was the reason the pain medication would not help and they would not be prescribing any additional medication. I am very disappointed with this place- it came highly recommended and I was told it was actually quite affordable, both assumptions were incorrect. While some of the staff is very kind and very accommodating the way the whole situation played out really left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place at this time. There definitely should be a better way to communicate to patients the need for procedures, the cost- and the consequences of not doing either recommendations.

I would say the Dentist is my least favorite place in the world but this place is the exception. I called for an emergency appointment and the receptionist went above and beyond to squeeze me in. The entire staff made the experience fantastic... Ms Linda completely put me at ease. I highly recommend!

Hands down best experience at the dentist ever. My daughter was afraid of getting work done and the whole staff was so patient with her, taking time to explain the process. For myself, I hate the needles but Dr. Liu is so gentle and makes the whole process as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend if you are looking for a personable, professional dentist for your whole family.

My first visit was today and I was very pleased. The reception was extremely friendly upon arrival and during check out. The Dental Hygienist was thorough but gentle. Excellent job. I met with Dr. Reary who put me at ease with the dental work Ill need. I did not have any dental work today but the office, hygienist and Dr. Reary himself convinced me that I have found my forever dentist office.

Very expensive! I took my business else where because I’ve had many root canals with my same dental insurance in the past 12 months and knew what to expect to pay! Nope, not here... they charged roughly $400 extra compared to other local dentist & it blew my mind! And then when I didn’t want to schedule it Blanca then seemed to become very rude and was just ready to get me out the door. Horrible experience and a huge waste of time. They don’t care about your oral health and are only after your money and scamming your dental insurance for most money possible.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and inviting . I had THE BEST overall Exam Experience with Pricila who was very caring, thorough and Efficient. She took more X-rays than I am used to having, however she explained what each x-ray was for and why they were taking more time with my exam since they want to make sure that they covered all aspects of a thorough comprehensive first exam .Pricilla is the Best Dental assistant I have had perform my exam and z- rays prior to actually seeing the Dentist .When the Dentist came to speak with me, he was briefed so well by Pricilla that he knew All of my history and targeted Ares of concerns . The Dentist was so very thorough and kind and explained each step of his “ plan “ for my dental plan . Again, one of the Best Experiences I have had with any Dentist ! After my appointment, I was lead to another room where the “ plan details “ of the projected work I needed / or was suggested to be done was reviewed with me, again very thoroughly by their plan specialist . I was not pressured to commit to the dental plan outlined in writing, I was asked if I had any questions or wanted to schedule any of the work, just to call them and set up an appointment!I HIGHLY recommend This TexSmiles office and Staff!I am returning to have my work plan done in phases .And I will recommend this office to all my friends and family that are looking for a great Dental office !!

This is one of the coolest places I’ve been in a while for dentistry. Dr. Liu is cool, kind, and is actually concerned with patient care and well-being. Her husband Dr. Reary is also super cool. Pricing is right on with dentists in the area as well. For me it’s all about the experience, and less about costs. They make it an amazing experience so I’ll pay what it takes!!!!!

Best dentist office experience I’ve had in a long time, maybe ever. The front desk was friendly. The Hygienist (Priscilla) that took me back and did my X-rays and other imaging was efficient and thorough and so considerate and sweet and I look forward to having her do my next cleaning!! In fact, the whole experience was efficient!! I told them I had to pick up my kid and needed to be done by a certain time and they had me out of there right when I needed to be. There was virtually no downtime, no sitting in the chair for an hour waiting on the doctor, which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. Dr. Reary was so nice and so professional. He seemed eager to collaborate with my orthodontist on some items related to some implants I will need and seemed to genuinely care about me getting the best result. A treatment plan wasn’t just thrown together after a mediocre exam. The exam was VERY thorough and he said he would review the images and speak with my ortho doc before presenting my final treatment plan. I feel confident I’ll get a good result here and would highly recommend this office!

I have severe anxiety at dentists until now. Ive been going to this dentist since they opened at this location and I cant recommend them enough. I will be going back for my dental needs. Good experience. I had no pain during the procedure of extraction. A little sore after a couple of days but not enough to take pain pills. All staff was very professional and seemed concerned to make my stay as painless as possible. I was very happy with the doctor that did the procedure..She explained my options where I could understand them and we were in agreement before anything was done.

So far a great experience and I am a huge scardy cat of dentists. Very nice staff and little pain. The doctors are so awesome and work with you on everything! No judgement either. They make you feel worthy. Fees are reasonable as well. I highly recommend them especially to scary cats like me.

I have no problems with going to the dentist, pain and drilling means nothing to me. It had actually been a while since seeing a dentist because I’m lazy so I chose TexSmiles since they were in network. So glad I chose them because Dr. Liu is amazing! Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. Not just because of the work she did but for the conversation and respect she gave me. I read somewhere that her easy-going nature and passion for treating people of all ages shows during every visit. Wow!! This place is phenomenal! I came in as a new patient for a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and cleaning, and TexSmiles blew me away! Patme, at the front desk, got me scheduled right away, Blanca got my insurance information squared away, and I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before I came in for my appointment. Priscilla and Amy took care of my cleaning and X-rays while I watched Netflix on a TV that was in the ceiling! I was able to meet both Dr. Liu and Dr. Reary, and they are truly exceptional and lovely humans! Both of them are so kind and patient, taking time to answers all of my questions and explain everything so well. They took time to talk to me about non-dental related things as well, and me feel comfortable and put me at ease. Nelly, Naelle, and Linda assisted the dentists and made sure I was well taken care of while getting my treatment done. I was able to have my cleaning, leave to go eat lunch, then come back to have treatment done...all in the same day! My mom came home raving about her new dentist. I was very skeptical about how good a dentist office could possibly be; until I stepped foot into Texsmiles and immediately felt at home… They have a real positive vibe, feng shui or whatever you want to call it. My mouth was a mess from years of sleep eating, dry mouth, and improper care... I can honestly say that my life changed for the better as soon as I stepped foot into their office and I walked out a new man. During my first visit, they made sure I knew the proper ways to brush and floss; believe it or not I never knew that I was supposed to brush my gums let alone floss in-between my gums and teeth. Both doctor Liu and doctor Reary are wonderful people and the rest of the staff are too. It is definitely a family atmosphere and it legit feels like a family movie night when I go in. I asked doctor Reary, whos idea it was to put a tv in the ceiling and he proudly told me that it was his wife doctor Liu who thought of it. The best part about finding this dentistry is that everyone notices how great my teeth are and thats all thanks to the grace of God for leading me to Texsmiles. You can tell right away that their number one priority is the health and well-being of the customer not about how much profit they are getting. Thanks for everything guys.

They are amazing!The lady that scheduled my appointment was amazing. Due to Covid-19 she was diligent in helping me get an appointment, not just an appointment but a Friday appointment.Turns out my hygienist was one I had years ago and with the Covid-19 limitations never once did I fret about my safety.My dentist just rounded out an amazing experience. This was my second visit with him and it just felt right.All in all a really great experience for a dentist. Got to be honest, dental visit are not high on my list but something I need to do 4 times a year and if ya gotta do it might as well have a team pulling for you that is this great!

Busy family of 5, we left our last dentist due to limited availability and canceled appointments. Unfortunately Texsmiles has become the exact same. Had to break up all of our appointments which is not a big deal but first available afternoon appointment was a month away. Scheduled anyways and they called and canceled today and gave me the option of tomorrow morning or next afternoon appointment available is 5 weeks out.

TexSmiles has an amazing staff. They took my emergency appointment and scheduled me in promptly. The Reception area was very clean. They had a short wait time, and the tech got my x-rays taken as gently as she could. Dr. Liu was very kind and helped me to be at ease about the process. She explained everything in detail and asked if I had questions at several stages of the process. They finished with clear care instructions and offered additional services which I’ll be taking them up on. Thanks for taking care and understanding the intense pain I was having. You made my rough day so much better. Definitely will recommend!!

No one likes going to the Dentist. But this was a great experience. The staff was wonderful as was the Doctor. Im having a lot of work done. Im not looking forward to it. But I know I will be well taken care of.

Justin made sure I was comfortable and worry free by constantly asking me if everything was good and if not, to raise my hand because I had never had a molar tooth pulled, so he knew I was very nervous. He explained the step by step procedure so I knew what was going on and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He then numbed my gums before procedure started and ensure anesthetic was ready for him to start procedure. Once numb he went to work and I felt no pain and procedure was complete in less that 30 minutes- start to finish. He explained in detail after care so that healing process was quick, which it was. I was sore for a couple days which is expected, but after the third day I was able to eat more solids foods- because I likes my food- meat and potatoes guy here. Went to follow up visit 6 days later to get stitches removed and I was almost 100% after that. Would definitely recommend him and his staff because they were friendly and helpful and considerate of my pain. Very satisfied with outcome and would definitely recommend his office....thanks Juston and teamWould definitely recommend him

As we come to the close of 2020 with Covid-19 how it has altered the way we go about life, the team at TEXSMILES DENTAL went above and beyond to make myself and my son welcomed and very safe. How grateful i am to share my experience with Dr. Pamela Liu and her friendly and very competence staff!! Dr. Pamela Liu inspires the utmost confidence by her smile and by her knowledge, skill, and professionalism!!! Dr. Pamela Liu and her awesome friendly staff went out of their way to help me arrange and schedule a appointment for my son to go to Orthodontist in morning to get the wire off his braces then to see Dr. Pamela Liu at TEXSMILES then back to Orthodontist to get the wire put back on his braces. Dr. Pamela Liu took the time to personally call me and explain the procedure my son needed as well as the same day emailed me a letter to take to Orthodontist explaining why the wire needed to come off my sons braces. I cant say enough about Dr. Pamela Liu as a Dentist and her staff! ! ! It was hands down amazing...Dr. Liu is amazing!

I came in as a new patient today. The process was quick and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Liu ran a few tests and ensured that I am comfortable and explained everything in detail. I loved how she built rapport with me and made me feel safe and assured. In addition, their office was very clean and organized. I appreciate that the whole process did not take long unlike to my old dental provider. I sincerely thank their staff and Dr. Liu for doing such a great job with me and looking forward to visit them for the upcoming years. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

Dr Liu has been Amazing! The office is very clean and the staff are always kind and professional. Dr Liu is very patient and takes time to explain everything and make sure you are pain free during treatment. During dental procedures she keeps you updated on the progress and what to expect afterwards. She also made sure to follow up with me after my procedure to make sure my recovery went well. One of my children also had a dental emergency and she was able to see him right away. Being in the medical field I have high expectations of care but she has far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Reary was very personable and was detailed with what I needed using the pictures he took after he examined my teeth. The staff is nice and attentive. The office is well designed technologically and has an inviting flow. I am definitely returning.

Absolutely amazing dentist and staff! I cant say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and service at TexSmiles. I have 3 children all under 7 years old and the visits here are so easy because of the staff. Their bedside manner with children is unlike Ive ever seen and Dr. Liu is wonderful with them. Their visits were pain free for them and stress free for me!

I was referred here by a friend, and I absolutely loved my first visit! The staff and doctor were all extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. Will be going back here!! Also thought it was really cool how they let you watch TV on the ceiling and even pick your own show while your dental work is going on! :)

Amazing experience! Today was my first day visiting TexSmiles Dental. Everything was simply great. The staff was very professional, the practice had state of the art equipment, and last but not least, Dr. Reary was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. Thankful to have him as my dentist!

Wow! I have been burned by dentists all over Texas. Finally! I have found a dentist that is up front, honest and will explain in detail what they see and even take photos to show you and explain what is going on, rather than making you just trust them. The front office staff is phenomenal! I was in and out of there with a plan of action in no time! Wonderful place to go! I will book appointments for the whole family now!

Everyone from the dentist to the hygienist and the office staff were very pleasant, professional and personable! They were great with my 6 year old son, made him feel comfortable not scared. They were very efficient. I went in for a cleaning, they found a cavity and were able to see me during that visit to fix it. Much appreciated from a full time working mom. Thank yall again!
