When I went into the Check n Go location I had no idea or or knew anything about payday loans or installment loans. The first thing that happened when I walked in I was greeted with a really big smile by Michelle and was welcomed into the store and she answered all of my questions and was very very informative of anything that I wanted to know and dealt with my thousand questions with a smile on her face. She kept a really fun and lighthearted atmosphere within the store where we filled it with a lot of laughter and giggling making this process so much easier. Michelle is the epitome of customer service and I appreciate checkn go for hiring the best type of employee that they can.

Because of that the manager acted like she knew everything. And couldnt figure out how. Said Ill need a 4th stub which will still show net higher than gross. Talk about crazy and horrible service.
