I have been getting my truck wash serviced for quite awhile now, employees and managers know me already, also am apart of the unlimited wash club too.I never had any issues here when it comes to getting detail work done, although I find it better to come at a time when it isnt slammed

Buyer BEWARE, this place is a rip-off. I have used them many times over the years. The quality of cleaning has gradually declined. This most recent visit has sealed the deal, I will not be returning.I brought one of my vehicles to be cleaned and when I returned home I noticed there was a little bit of grass on the floor board. I moved the floor mat and found that the carpet had not been vacuumed as the floor mat was never moved.Hoping this was just an accident I checked the rest of the vehicle and to my surprise none of the vehicles floor mats had been moved or vacuumed under.I also checked the rear of the suv and it had not been vacuumed.I returned to the car wash and ask for a refund. To my dismay the people were not at all surprised that this happened.I will say that they did give me a refund.As I left I let others know to check their vehicles. When they saw me talking to others they made it appoint to loudly apologize to me.Very disappointed.

I only come here for convenience not for the quality job they do not provide. The sign says they open at 8 am and it’s 8:06 am. A few minutes matters when I am going to work.

For the price not good hub caps dirty inside half done. Been going there for years the people who owned it before did a much better job at haf the price. Not going back.

Not very happy with them. They are getting very sloppy on customer service, especially their long term customers. Also have to keep reminding them to dry the water on my truck roof and bed cover.

I’m very disappointed in the service this business has accepted as normal to provide their customers. I waited an hour and a half. After my truck came trough the wash for it to be detailed inside. My truck sat for 20 min before being detailed. The top half of my dash was never touched. The passenger side of the dash was untouched. Radio console was untouched. Would expect more for $70 detail job after waiting hour and half. He also kept my receipt which I can’t seem to have provided for me by email. Sorry but I won’t be back.

I spent $140 to get my car cleaned and detailed. I told them bout the sand and dog hair. I got there to pick up my car and its still dirty and they sprayed my back window and left it on there. You can see the dirt on the side. And how dirty they left trunk and the glass. I didnt take pictures of all of the mistakes. But I paid extra to get al the sand and soggy hair out and they didnt touch the console between the seats. Very disappointed. My tires barely look like they did anything expect put shine on it.

After $99.98 and an hour wait I didn’t expect to go home and have to finish the job. To be fair the inside looked fantastic and I should have looked in the bed of the truck before I left but sadly for me I did not. I had a cooler that spilled rusty water in the bed and the residue wasn’t even touched by the wash. I called the manager and he said it should have been pressure washed but it wasn’t. So I got some Dawn soap a broom and the hose and did it myself. I just feel like for $100 I shouldn’t have had to.

Its good. Was filthy after a 50 dollar wash full service. Took it across street to the other one and they did better for 35.

Very busy for a Thursday afternoon. Fairly fast through the wash. Took forever for the wipe down and tires. Then the guy just walked off without saying the car was done.

Cars are handled with care... Never had an issue, even came a minute before closing for my 5 day guarantee wash and there was no hassle.

Pulled into line, no attendant. Ended up leaving to go to another provider

My shark antenna was broken off during the wash and the managers are not returning my calls. All I want is for them to try to find it in the wash bay. But no calls back I’ve called 4 times now no answering me back. Very poor customer service. Trudy Maggard.

The service was really bad. We left our car to get deep clean and when we picked it up looking like it had been really quickly towel swiped.

Not worth the prices they charge on their detailing packages.One week ago I decided to get my handicapped accessible van detailed. Went to this location and paid $250 for the top of the line detail. What a mistake!!! I could have done a better job being disabled. It barely looked like it had been cleaned. It took them maybe an hour to do it which was suspect at the time. You could tell it hadnt been hand waxed and the interior hadnt been cleaned nearly as well as they were supposed to. Fast forward to a couple weeks later and Im told that I cannot get the basic wash because my van is equipped with handicap equipment. Now they say that the brushes will get stuck on it. You cannot tell me that those brushes have a better chance of getting stuck on a professionally installed handicapped necessity than some of the drive yard installed truck guards and loose trim that are on some vehicles. Needless to say I will post this on every review page I can find. Go there if you think its worth it... I will not again!

This place charges way too much for doing absolutely nothiing, will never take my car back to this place I recommend Pearland Carwash .Paid 60 and they didnt vacuum or wipe the inside .

The vacuum and the wipe down inside the vehicle could be better but decent for the price.

They were ok.. not great.. honestly didnt like them when my husband use to take his truck there a few yrs agobbecause they just didnt do that thorough of a job.. lots of missed places inside and out but I went ahead and went there with my car... Outside was ok inside a couple of my matts were flipped over to backside (you can clearly tell which is top (cloth)and which is bottom(plastic)) but thats no big deal the problem for me was there were so many places that they didnt get.. my leather on my gear shift erea was barely wiped nor the creases..my emergency brake erea was not touched and the little cubby things in the doors were not touched..I wouldve said something had I not been in a hurry but I had already heard one lady complain as soon as I walked inside that they missed spots on the outside of her truck and the employee was kinda rude Im the manner she told the lady that the only way they could fix it was that she would have to wait for them to send her truck back through the wash.. I definitely didnt have time to wait for anyone to get all the spots they missed inside my car...price was good but I guess you get what you pay for...Im sure they arent the worst but not the greatest.. LolWish I hadnt deleted the pics I sent my hubby

I asked to speak with a manager the employee noticed that the back of tailgate had dirty on it. I ask the manager to rewash my truck. manager said we will fix it. They walked around my truck with a spray bottles and a towel cleaning the tailgate and the grill. My white truck was nasty. Yes I was trying to clean the door pockets and the ash tray they said no they got it. for $32.99 I will go somewhere else. Very unhappy customer.

I really feel this place has gone down hill. There aren’t many good car washes in the area and I honestly preferred to go to this place as the other one has inexperienced kids/teens who don’t know what they are doing until today. I had a new ceramic coat installed on my new truck that cost a grand. I paid to have it hand washed and brought my own special car wash and de-beader that I have to use. I clearly explained how it had to be done and the first part was done correctly. But as he applied the de-beader, he just sprayed and wiped it off which is not how it’s supposed to be done. I ran over and explained again how it’s supposed to be done and was clearly ignored. I even told the cashier it was being done wrong, her response was “oh sorry”. Needless to say, I won’t be back and I guess I will have to do this myself or find a business that will listen.

Signs posted “No person is allowed in this establishment without a mask, bandanna, cloth mask, or other facial covering”When I walked in WITH my mask, there were at least 5 other people in there without one! How is this looking out for, or protecting your customers? If you’re not protecting people who are paying for full service, or enforcing your own guidelines, then take down the signs!

I got the full service #2 and they didn’t wipe the door jams. In addition, they stand on the floor runner to clean the windshield and did bother to wipe off their shoe prints. I calledand the lady who answered said they don’t clean the door jams unless asked to. I’ll find somewhere else to go in the future.

Quick and calm service during the pandemic. Great at giving reccomdations and acts respectfully towards clients. Only reason its not 5 is due to its lack of seating. #2020

Had my black crown victora receive the ultimate detail wash for 260$ something. They added probably 5 or 6 new scratches, still had to brush my roof down with a micro fiber to get up some left over buffing material. Trunk detailing was included but I can tell they didnt even open the trunk. Everything else was done as best as possible I guess. Should have included an engine bay cleaning for the money honestly, especially if theyre gonna leave me with some new polished scratches. Also didnt get many of the older scratches out either but I will admit they are harder to see. Lady at the front desk and over the phone were very sweet and nice however.

Let’s just say HEB or any gas station car wash will do the same job but for less money.....

I will never take my car there again!! After they cleaned my car I noticed that they did not clean the top half of my seat. I went back to have them redo it and the man had an attitude and was very rough on my car. He splashed some type on cleaning solution all over the seats which onto the window and mirror of my car. He said I was good to go when I got home I notice the water marks left on my window will not go away. 😡

Not a good job vacuuming the interior of a van.

I drove up to the car wash line and was greeted by a sweet kid who explained the various service options to me. I was explaining that I needed a hand wash because my rear bumper was loose and Im in the process of having it repaired. At that time a man with a towel in his hand and a scowl on his face came over and put this foot on my bumper and bounced my car with me in it. It was soooooo rude!! There was no need for that personal violation.

I went there on 2/29/2020. This was a new truck purchased this year. I paid $23.00 for the wash, wax, and wheel cleaner. They run me through the car wash- no lights on any chemicals, and did not even wipe it off. The wheels were still dirty, so I had to take it home and clean them. The manager could have cared less. He said I was charged extra for the chemicals for cleaning my tires and walked away. I attached a picture of the great job. What a POS. Never going back to this place.

Paid for interior and exterior cleaning and most of the carpet was still dirty. Better save your money and just get the exterior done.Update 9/27/2021 two years later still disappointed. Paid for just the exterior 23.00 USD and it was still not all the way cleaned 😂 the grill was all dirty when I got home.

Poor service. For something that should be a stream lined process at both the Fairmont and the Deer Park location it takes an hour for the full service package. Watched my truck sit untouched for 40 minutes each time while workers talk and run around. Wont be a third time.

They did a great job cleaning, unfortunately the customer service was awful. I was waiting inside for my vehicle for over 1.5 hours. I know it takes time to do a great job, so I waited patiently. After an hour, I hadnt seen anyone working on my truck for awhile so I asked the person at the front desk about it. She said they will let you know when is done and was a bit snippy about it. So I waited a little longer. She was constantly on personal phone calls, so I stepped outside and asked one if the guys how long till it was done. They laughed and said it had been finished a long time ago. The manager gave me the keys and said that he radioed her and she announced it over the loud speaker. I told him nothing had been announced over a loud speaker the entire time I was there. Well, I told her it was done over the radio. I told him that I had even asked her about it and he acted frustrated with ME for not knowing it was done.

I took my truck to have just the outside washed and waxed.When it was done it looked like it was sprayed with water.I asked about the tires and wheels and was told it’s “automated’!After I get home I notice the truck has black grease on the sides which wasn’t there before.Should of avoided this place at all cost.So I just washed it myself.Tried explaining it to the manager but he could care less.Wont be returning here anymore, neither will I refer them.

Good service and no streaks on my front windshield. Streaks on a freshly wash window annoys me. I was very pleased and price reasonable.

My truck was spotless; AFTER I got home and did 15 minutes worth of wiping and scrubbing. The color matched plastic on the inside of the fenders was not even wiped, they still had road grime on them. The mirrors look like they hadnt even been touched still had dirt and water spots. The spokes on the wheels had water spots. And the roof in the rear window were not wiped down. But the interior was okay.Its more like a 20-20 wash, vehicles look great from 20 feet away going 20 miles an hour.I definitely did not get my $50 worth.

I used to recommend my friends to go here for excellent service but no more. They are more concerned about the service time rather than customer service. It really is a car wash and just that, in the sense that they put their car through their process and give it to you however it comes out, clean or not. Their detailing leaves much to be desired, should just call it cleaning because theres not much detail going into what they did.When you bring up the quality issues, management sweeps in and has a million excuses as to why they couldnt get your car clean. Apparently it just takes too much time to really get my car clean...and I own a Golf.Just pick another place, this one is not worth it.

Full service #2 is okay. Reasonably cheap ($22) and the exterior wash looked way better cleaned than the interior. My car was ready in less than 25 minutes so maybe thats why the interior looked like it did. I wouldnt call that package full service since my carpets still had little trash & dust inside anyways. Overall, I was pleased but not amazed by the car wash.

Quick, great service. We love running through there for a quick shine on the way out the door. Nothing like headed to an event And realizing the car is embarrassingly dirty. Running through here is quick, inexpensive, and thorough.

It is what it is... Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they dont. This time they missed several areas of my hood. That kinda stands out after $49.99 plus a tip.

Price went up by 5 dollars and service dropped by 10, used to be better wash and dry now its almost as plain as a unattended drive thru

I will never go back to this place. One employee broke my seat, I complained to Manager that day. He did try to help me push it back but we couldnt get it to work so I asked him,if theyre going to fix it. He saidthat he had to do a investigation and would call me back never did. I called back 2 days later and he was not there so I did talk to the assistant manager and she told me she will call me back never did at the end I had to get it fixed myself so please be careful when you take it to this place they do not take care of vehicles and where they should.

I have been going to this place for 5 year but the last 4 car wash I got on my truck were real bad I get the #1 full service . They only wipe dry half of the truck every time . Usually they do a great job. Not going back. I thing they forgot what makes them great.

Unfortunately this will be my last time to use their services. Asked for a couple of specific things and was told it was part of the package. Upon returning to pick up my car these things had not been done and when I politely asked about it I felt like I was met with a condescending response. I know what customer service is.. It is part of my professional life and happy to say my staff exceeds expectations, so I know its possible. I will use a different service in Deer Park. It is unfortunate.

Service is pretty good. The names of the packages can be a little misleading. Just dont expect to pay $22 anywhere and get your vehicle detailed and every speck of dirt cleaned. They have full detail packages for that. The reason for the 4 stars is because one time getting the dash and console package looked like the same service as the full #2

My car looked really good like new they did a great job

I have used these people before, so drove from Baytown to have my car cleaned. I had to have them re vacuum the drivers side, it looked like it had not been touched. They sent me on y way, should have checked the rest of the car, still have the same dirt in the very back as I had when I arrived. I will not be returning any time soon!

I normally dont like leaving these cause I believe that people make mistakes but I will not go to this place ever again. I bought my mother a brand new cooler for Christmas and some body from the car wash took it out of the back of my truck, not only that when they put my truck threw the wash they left one of my windows open soaking all of my back seat. My kids had to sit in the front seat. I Will NOT return.

I just picked up my truck from these people....I paid 139.00 for 3 services. 1.express wax, 2. Carpet shampoo,3. Seat cleaning. Do you know I have stick soda still in my drink holder, my dash and doors have the same dust/dirt as when I left it. When I called them theyre response was That was not included in what I paid for. Are freaking kidding me?! $139 cant get the inside of my truck wiped off? Ok ok so I did pay for a shampoo but yet i am picking up candies from around my seat that were spilled under my seat.. These people are a RIP off!!!! I usually go to a little place back on the other side of 146 I pay 25 and get a wash, tires(with a shine), armor all, vacuum and windows. Bad Business Here!

Paid 139.99 Bumper to Bumper car wash. I would imagine that includes your trunk. Nope my trunk was not even touched. It was not vacuumed and the inside dashboard had smears of where they wiped with with that protective oil. Believe me when I say I went home to redo my dashboard and doors with Armoroil towelettes. The seats look great. But too expensive to not be satisfied 😒

This carwash is consistently the most thorough wash Ive received. If theres ever anything they miss on my truck, Ive never had an issue getting it taken care of by asking them to go over it again. I hate ever having to go anywhere else.

Deer Park location. I find the people there curtious and honest. Sometimes it takes a bit of time going through the vacume area, but it seems this is due to them being thurough and or having to clean out a really dirty car. The detailers are excellent. I go here exclusively.

Workers do not care to do a good job. When asked to clean areas left dirty they complain and still do not do it right. I avoid this location because of the quality of workers.

Came here on a Saturday while on my lunch break and the guy helping me was rude and short. I explained this was my first time here and I didnt know how it worked but he could care less. He continued to be rude and short. Wont be back. Ill just wait til I get on my side of town where ppl arent rude and theyre also helpful.

This car wash had terrible service. They ran my car straight thru the car wash at like 5 mph. I had to say something and they put it through correctly. The vacuum and inside detail was horrible!!! My 5 year old would of done a better job. I do not recommend this car wash.

Long lines to get started, but the car was completed in less than 1/2 hour and looked pretty good. A range of payments so you can get as much or as little cleaning necessary.

THIEVES I was there about 2 weeks ago to get my car washed. I grabbed as much of my belongings as possible when I pulled up to the vacuum station. I get off the car and place all my stuff in the trunk. 1 of the items was a clear bag with money granted there were only $50. I get home get all my stuff off the bag is missing. The car wash is closed so I go the next day to report it and after a couple of days. I call the place and the manager said there is nothing I can do I asked all the employees and they all said they did not take it.

They do a good job for me. I recommend them for a quick car wash, and they do a good job on a wash and wax.
