Stopped in on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to inquire about prices and spoke with the Manager Duane. Very helpful and great energy, which was surprising considering it was a holiday weekend I thought for sure they would be miserable. Nope, he was right on the money with his customer service! I will be back this weekend to book with him!

Excellent experience. Uncle Bobs had the most competitive price. Typically if you find the cheapest prices the business lacks in other areas. Not Uncle Bobs. Everyone was very courteous and helpful with questions I had. The facility is super clean. I rented a storage space at Uncle Bobs while in process of moving and this was the easiest and least complex part of the move. It is nice when something comes together smoothly in the midst of chaos. I can thank Uncle Bobs for the experience, storage was one less thing to worry about.

This was our first time renting a space for storing our things while we are in between homes. We looked at other storage companies in the area before deciding on Uncle Bobs. Nothing came close to the clean facilities, secure building and large loading areas. Mike was very helpful explaining all of our options and the pricing. Being able to rent the van when needed was a big selling point too. So far we’ve been very happy here.

The store manager makes this location, exceptional. Sharp and most helpful. Sharrise and Michael make it extremely easy for me to do whatever I need done and nothing is ever the wrong time as was the usual problem with other storage companies

This is the worst storage place EVER!!!! They are overpriced for little storage units . I went to my storage unit and there was a lot of dead ticks around because I guess someone had them in their unit & the bombs killed them but they didn’t even clean them up & the manager Mike is rude & doesn’t even try to act empathetic towards his customers !!!

Sharise handled my space rental with the upmost respect and genuine concern of my property which will be stored at your location. I feel secure with my property remaining here for the months which I need it to be. I thank you for such an experienced employee.

Mom has had a place here for years. Its so much better than my identical Public Storage space, Im moving here.

Place is very well kept and has competitive pricing. Just wish they had a dumpster for throwing out items no longer wanted as some other storage places provide.Would give them 5 stars if they had a place to throw out no longer needed items in storage.

VERY PROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE AND AT THE OFFICE. MANAGER MICHAEL WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
