Horrible! Also they are not based on DP. This isnt a Deerpark business. Needed a lift home after battery died and they broke my truck from bottom. Now they wont answer tue phone so I can place my complaint. The Employee just left and said he would refund bcs i noticed he made a dent.But after he left I got under and saw the extent and a refund wont be good enough. But they wont answer me.

My truck needed to be towed to the dealer and since there was a corrosive fluid accidently poured in the diesel tank I could not allow the key to be put in or it would by pumped to the rest of the fuel system causing extreme damage. So for the truck to be towed and put in neutral the driver got under my truck and released the transmission to neutral so in could be winched on the truck and he also took of my battery cables for me so the truck would not be started by accident at the dealer. The driver helped me in every way and had a great attitude. I forgot his name but he is a younger Hispanic guy. I chose this company for the great reviews and they certainly lived up to them. Iwill use them again if I ever need towing service
