They replaced starter on 2002 Honda CR-V awesome job awesome price and very friendly folks.

I recently tried them. They did an excellent job. They replaced hoses and a water pump. They found a problem my vehicle had had for a while, that other shop did not find. They fixed it. The truck runs great now. They are good people and did a great job for me. My neighbor pointed me to them and they have done a great job for him.

They have worked on my truck and lincoln several times. They are fair and are the best! Would not take my vehicles anywhere else!

A very good place to have your vehicle or truck worked on. They call you after they inspect your car what ever the problem is and let you know what needs to be done. Very nice and honest people look no more their the place to go too.

Took my truck in on a friday by monday they had looked at my truck and found what the problem was. Had me back in my truck by Tuesday afternoon. The price was also fair from my experience. They are friendly and honest too.

Well, I had a good experience here! My ABS light came on my Chevy 2500HD and a couple others due to a short in a sensor. It was replaced and out the door in two hours! Had I taken my truck to the dealer I would have been out of my truck for a week. The labor and replacement part was more than fair. The mechanic was pleasant.

Excellent service, provide quick turnaround with reasonable pricing. If you want it done right this is the shop to take it to! Highly recommend

If you want your car to sound/work more messed up then it was before.....then this is the perfect place to take your car......I been here multiple times with two different cars......and both of my cars are still not working right to this day......the worst shop I have experience.....they will tell you it one thing and it would be a total opposite thing......had to take my cars to another shop to tell me who ever worked on your car DOES NOT know what they are doing......and didnt even fixed the problem......and Im am typing this on the side of the road waiting to get towed home from just leaving there shop and I went three lights.....and my car sounds 5x worsted then when I dropped it off to them........if you wanna throw your money away come to McBroom never again will they touch my car......u couldnt pay me to come back

Took my car in for AC check - trying to blow cold air but mostly hot which means freon is low (obviously because we added freon and it blew cool a little then stopped) - so it could be a leak or something other. We paid the 49 some odd bucks to have them look at the car and find the source of the problem. Guess what they didnt find -- ill let you guess. ( THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM). They told us your low on freon we said yeah we know we are trying to find out why - they said of well it could be the front evaporator or the back evaporator or it could be a leak - there is a also a switch that stuck on heat.Bottom line i went to McBrooms Automotive today to freely hand out $40+ dollars to retain the same knowledge I already had.Very frustrated and very disappointing. I expect more from a local company - especially from a town that i grew up in and love dearly.I know it wont happen but i wish they would refund me my money for giving me the runaround and not even trying to find out what is going on.

Well they did the job on my car correctly but they ripped me the hell off big time!!! Should of went to a ghetto mechanic shop in Pasadena for a small job like this but I needed my car back. Plus the redneck mechanics are really rude and think you’re a idiot of knowing about automobiles

MC BROOM BLOCKED ME AND REMOVED MY REVIEW ON FACEBOOK.Towed truck in because it would not start.3 days later and it wont start again.Called to complain and they basically said oh well.They do not stand behind their work and couldnt care less.It should have started longer than 3 days.Not I have to take it somewhere else and start over but it will not be at Mc Broom.EDIT: Mc Broom blocked me and removed my bad review on Facebook.I TOWED MY TRUCK TO PEP BOYS AND HAD A PROPER DIAGNOSTIC AND IT TURNS OUT THE ALTERNATOR IS BAD.Pep Boys fixed did a complete diagnostic fixed my vhilcle in one day at a reasonable price.YOU WOULD THINK MC BROOM WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ALTERNATOR AND STARTER FIRST SINCE THE ISSUE WAS VEHICLE WILL NOT START.

My battery decided to choke, they replaced it, even waited while I down loaded my ins card on my phone. Thanks guys.
