Excellent post office. People here are very friendly and helpful. They work hard and do not have attitude issues.

This staff is always nice (good customer services) and work good under pressure. I say staff because it’s not just one, there are like four people so it’s a eficiente team. The manager gets stress out without any reason when he has good employees.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Very rude, especially when the can’t find the address and we inquire about a missing package. Also went to send something and the woman was very rude when the chip on my card was having difficulty. Never have seen such poor customer service in my life.

The best post office experience i have ever had. There was a lady Karina she was penomenal. I did my passport application she made sure was fully satifsied. Thank you

I do everything I can to avoid using this location. One worker in particular seems to take pleasure in embarrassing customers by treating their questions as idiotic. I was helped twice by this particular person and would not recommend waiting in long afternoon lines only to be talked down to.

The old bitty Margaret is a nasty old witch... She is disrespectful to costumers, & feels quite @ ease sticking her nose in ppls. business... Complaint of discrimination coming her way...& I dont mean by color...

This is my closest post office and of course Saturday is a busy day. I have never come here and had the staff be hustling. The line is always 10 people plus. And what I just witnessed 30 minutes before closing is one of the two tellers walking away to smoke. Seriously?!! There are 10 people in line and you take a smoke break?! Thirty minutes before you close?!The customer service here is awful! Too bad

Very helpful staff, very quick to respond to my issue. Update: one year later had an issue with a senders package and again, this post office went above and beyond to resolve it.

If you dont have to go there do not go. The service is terrible and disrespectful to the customers. I just stood there 30 minutes because one of the tellers just decided to leave without any explanation. The other Teller was so stressed that she did so many mistakes and the line was piling up.This is not my first bad experience in the post office. The teller that left behaved like this before.

I have lived in Dedham for over 60 years...I am lucky enough tohave the Dedham P.O. they are personal and very helpful toour family thru those years...especially the last 10 years withour temp c.o.a. which can be tricky...the Post Master, Greg Euestisalways takes the time to answer any questions that I might have.

Lazy employees. Held up my (4) packages for days because the one employee I dealt with didn’t want to look for them.

Horrible I have BEEN waiting for 2 months for my package and they are giving me the run around! Very disappointed! STILL waiting its 5/9/18.I give up!!!!

I constantly receive ripped mail (letters, flyers and magazines). I stopped by post office several times to bring my concern to USPS Supervisor but it did not help. I am very disappointed with mail delivery service in Dedham!
