Tried to call 6 times during business hours, the phone just rings forever. They only answered on the last attempt, where they picked up and immediately hung up on me. If you can’t take calls, get an answering machine.

Came to buy an engagement ring and the woman was rude and snobby. She showed me one ring I wasn’t impressed so I asked about a few others. Then she asked about my price range and instantly made it all about money and trying to get me to open a credit card. All set I went to the Diamond Guild around the corner got a custom ring. They were so nice and helpful

Weve always come to this location and bought multiple items. My girlfriend bought me a chain for my birthday. I went in today to exchange it for a longer on as I am a bigger guy and need a few more links. I seen a piece I liked that would cost 5k total. So, I always get these discounts e-mailed to me for 20% off... etc... As a returning customer, I expected that Id be offered some sort of a discount. Even, DSW sends you a promo for your birthday. It isnt really about the money... just didnt feel like I was treated right as a returning customer. Happy Birthday to me though. Thanks Jared for knowing how to treat me when I always come to you when buying gifts.

There was one employee who was helpful. Everyone else pretty much ignored her knowing that she needed help with my situation. To make a long story short, there was no flexibility for a return/exchange on a gift. If you get a gift from someone and it doesnt fit, you are screwed.

They have a genuine passion for what they do and it shows in the care and attention they give their clients. They are true jewelers and not just sales associates. Theyre much deeper than that, and Jareds only carries the best and finest quality jewelry. Prices are more affordable than you may think and they have a few options for payment. I will always be a Jared client.

Took a long time for someone to help us, and when we were finally helped it was someone nice enough to come from another department. Although nice, they were not very knowledgeable about the display, which was fair. However when someone finally was free from the correct department, we were still pretty much ignored. They didnt seem interested in helping us.

If shopping for jewelry intimidates you, look for Donna Absi. Enough said.

Amazing service. Went in on a whim to browse wedding band selections for guy and gal, and had a lovely time with Susan. She helped me try on whichever band fancied me and even offered to clean my engagement ring bought somewhere else. Looking forward to the possibility of bringing my to-be-husband here and buying rings possibly or gifts in the future. Thank you!

If I could leave negative stars I would....I brought my engagement ring to Jareds to add the sizing beads and in the process they thinned out my band. It caused serious damage to the ring and broke so easily one day while doing laundry. I will NEVER trust them with any jewelry. Stay away!

I have gone to jareds for years now in Braintree and have had no issues. This jareds has popped up and has been the worst experience of my life when it comes to jewlers. I have spent alot of money at jareds. Today the manager tried to upsale me on a size fitting just to try to sell me a warranty plan on a ring. She said to get a ring sized was 80$ which is ridiculous and the wrong price. She said qoute you might as well get the warranty plan the rest sizing is 80$. I left in disgust and went to jareds in Braintree, they re sized the ring for 45$ and did not try to up sale me. I will never be back to this jareds ever again and DO NOT SUGGEST GOING TO THIS DUE TO DISHONESTY AND NEGLECT. The manager is absolutely disgusting.

Zales, Tiffany, Kay - In the end, Jared of Dedham is just like any other jewelry outlet.Had this review been purely for the engagement ring I purchased in March 2016, I would have given the Jared outlet of Dedham 4 or 5 stars. However, they have revealed themselves as being just like any other big name jeweler - looking to get as much money per visit from (even return) customers as possible. Last month, I came back to this location to purchase a watch for myself as well as a necklace for my sister to commemorate the birth of her first child. I was up-sold on a warranty for her necklace to break $500 and earn $200 in Jared rewards. It was not until I went to redeem the rewards today that I was informed of the fine print - that I would only have access to half of the rewards I earned for the purchase of a necklace I was looking to acquire for Valentines Day.Jared associates (or at least at this location) are just like those at any other jewelry outlet looking to meet their quota. Despite my great satisfaction with my initial purchase, it was unfortunate to learn that Jared associates truly do not care about the consumer. Even after I purchased my Bulovo watch, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for needing 2 attempts to correctly size my watch with the appropriate number of links to fit my wrist.It is highly unlikely that I will return to this location for anything other than the service/warranty plans that I have already paid for. I am disappointed with my overall experience and will be closing my account with this company immediately. Fool me once, shame on you.
