VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER ! Long time online shopper and I have I not experienced such shameful behavior from someone claiming to be a business. This guy lets me wait 7 days from date of order till shipping, when he is aware that he DOES NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK. Seller supplies a tracking number after 7 days and then lets me wait another 3 days until I notice the following on USPS tracking Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending. Then seller says he is out of stock and offers refund. What a SHAMEFUL way of doing commerce. He is without honor and has brought shame upon his family.
Pity I did not read the article in y-net about their unprofessional service as I would have never used them!! It is nearly 4 weeks and my parcel has still not arrived and I have had absolutely NO response to my queries!! No available phone number, cannot find where to connect to Chat that they advertise///////////////// USE USHOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
About the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
They marketed shipping times that they knew they can’t uphold - paid full price for a shipment that arrived after 2.5 months instead of 6 business days
