I can confidently say aspen dental is the best place to have your dental care. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. I am usually scared of the dentist, but aspen made it so easy and comfortable. The doctor was super great and efficient also the dental assistant.

My first experience here at Aspen Dental in Dedham as I had a dental emergency and was on my way out of town for a family event. My dentist office was closed. Not only did they squeeze me in fifteen minutes after I called, but Dr. Medeiros went beyond the call of duty. He was kind, extremely accommodating and did excellent work and restored my smile. His staff was friendly and warm. I felt like I had been going there for years. Would highly recommend without hesitation!

Excellent visit! Julie was very efficient, taking x-rays. Audria and Dr Medeiros were very thorough with their exams. Everyone was professional and nice.

The positives was the friendly and helpful staff. Thet is where it ends. The negatives include the overall appearance and cleanliness of the office. The chairs in the X-ray room had Rios in then. The wall had speckle in it. The cubby rooms were small and close together and thus, did not ensure privacy (HIPPA compliant). The cabinets had white goo that was pasted on a few and the wall had specks of blood. The hygienist never placed the bib covering on me. Snd, I did not have much time with the dentist. Will not be going back for safety and professional concerns.

I started going to the Dedham Aspen Dental due to an emergency and have been a loyal customer ever since. They clearly explain everything that needs to be done (even when i dont want to hear it). The facility is clean and well managed. Everyone from the front desk, techs, hygienist and dentists are friendly professional and patient. Im so glad that I ditched my previous dentist and started going to Aspen.

I am here on a 12 week contract for work & I had a tooth that was really painful. I stopped in on a Thursday & they were able to get me in the next day for a new patient appointment. From the check-in to the time I checked out, EVERYONE & I mean everyone was so polite & helpful. The dental assistant as well as the Dentist himself were so informative. I appreciated that! Im in healthcare, but it helped to ease my anxiety when they explained things to me. I give my experience here 5 stars. My new place away from home!

In my first visit they did great I can’t wait to have all my treatment done

The office provided good dental service, and both the doctors and the assistants were professional and friendly. However, there were two major concerns that I would like to point out.Firstly, when I went for dental appointments, the office did not seem to be completely ready for Covid-19. Although there were questions and temperature check at check-in, neither the doctors nor the assistants were wearing proper protection gears. The assistant didnt wear eye protection, which didn’t seem to meet the regulations even under normal circumstances, not mentioning during the pandemic. I also doubted if there was proper sanitization for patients because I didn’t see the doctors or assistants wash/sanitize their hands before performing a dental service on me. Comparing to the private offices I had been to, it felt unsafe to receive treatment at this Aspen office during Covid.Secondly, the front desk overcharged me over $300 for services that I had clarified beforehand that I would not need. If I hadn’t looked at the bill closely and questioned it, I would have lost the money. Also, though they told me the money was refunded to me on-site, it wasn’t returned to me after 20 days of waiting. Only when I called did they tell me that they made a mistake and will submit the claim again, with an impatient, unapologetic attitude. This makes me question the professional standard and ethic of this office, and I think better staff training would be needed.

I can not say enough great things about this office. I have an extreme phobia of the dentist. I was a nervous wreck. Every single person- from the person who checked me in, to the lovely woman who took my X-rays, to the dental hygienist, amazing dentist, and fantastic office manager- did everything they could to put me at ease and assure me I am not the only one with the fear I have. The office manager was especially helpful and empathetic. I went from crying tears of anxiety and fear to ones of relief in her office from having a treatment plan in place, knowing they are ok utilizing nitrous oxide when needed, and all at a cost I can afford. If you are looking for a dental office that is not judgmental, is kind, understanding and unbelievably patient I 100% recommend Aspen Dental in Dedham. I have closer offices but will happily travel a little further to go to this office instead.

Recently went in for a routine check up and cleaning. I was in and out quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everyone working there was wearing masks at at times and frequently saw ataff performing proper hand hygen and changing gloves. Will def be going back.

I came from the Brockton branch where I didnt have a good experience. Because of that I wasnt even sure Dedham would take me but they did and the staff is so nice and caring. I had a wisdom tooth and a piece of a broken tooth pulled yesterday. I have never been put to sleep before and was scared that I was going to be in pain afterwards. The oral surgeon, Im pretty sure he said his name is David Lee was so kind when I told him that I was nervous. I dont remember the procedure, I felt nothing, when I came to I didnt realize they were done. It seemed like 5 minutes had passed and a half hour passed. I have felt no pain since then. Not even a little pressure. Im so impressed by the entire office, front desk, the dental assistant, the dentists and the oral surgeon. Im extremely greatful, such a good experience.

This was my first time at Aspen Dental and I am blown away by their service! I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I was referred here for oral surgery. Kayla, the receptionist, was kind and courteous. She answered all of my questions in a professional manner during the scheduling process. And there were a lot of questions! The checkin process and office made me feel comfortable. They limited the amount of people in the waiting area. My temperature was taken, everyone was wearing a mask and there was sanitizer available.As a new patient, I had to have 18 X-rays taken. These x-rays are accessible at all Aspen locations for 3 years so I don’t have so do this again any time soon . Everything about going to the dentist makes me anxious. I take medication prior to my visit. Zela, the X-ray technician, picked up on this. She took the X-rays as fast as possible and let me take breaths and breaks as needed.The dental team we great. They explained everything to me before and after they did it. It was fascinating to see all the different images and angles of my teeth.Dr. Medeiros had such a nice manner to him. He answered all my questions and eased my fears.Jessica helped me afterwards a with the paperwork, scheduling and finance options. She was amazing! We had a great rapport and were talking like old friends.I can’t wait to go back to have my wisdom teeth removed as strange as that sounds! The only thing that was slightly annoying is not being able to contact the Dedham location directly. All calls are routed and transferred from the main Aspen number.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. My son came to you in a lot of pain and you refused to pull his tooth. The only other option was a 4 thousand dollar root canal. On what planet do you think that was a good idea. I will post on every social media network I can find to shame you. You have not heard the last of this

I am not a fan of dentists at all. I dont know many people that are, but when I went to aspen for the 1st time just yesterday...I absolutely loved it. They made me feel as if I was the one and only patient,but also as if we were friends for a long time. My anxiety was not elevated at all and I had some great laughs with the staff. The dentist went over everything with me about what I would need done,and this being a second opinion to my original dentists office, I actually cried from happiness.(strange I know). Their affordable payment plans are amazing and I cannot wait for my next visit with this office

Went to aspen for my first visit and loved it here. They took there time to thoroughly check everything. I highly suggest going here! Everyone was super friendly.

They squeezed me in last minute on a Friday. I had to get a tooth extracted but it was still the best dental experience Ive ever had. Everybody in the office has a good sense of humor too. This isnt even the closest Aspen location to my house but theyre worth the drive.

I have had fear of going to the dentist for years and finally made an appointment after a tooth finally broke. From setting up the appointment, to x-ray (I was a total pain because of nerve pain in my jaw because my tooth was so bad), dental hygienist, dentist all the way to billing 5 stars. I STILL hate being in the chair but the entire staff was fantastic and very helpful!

I have been given only two options root canal treatment or pulling the tooth out. After extraction turns out the root was perfectly fine and the doctor didn’t even want to fill the tooth in the first place.( more effort needed I assume) Save your time and money and don’t go there!

I didnt feel that Aspen Dental was putting the safety of patients during the pandemic first. During my visit (for a simple check-up) I had four separate individuals put their fingers in my mouth, and was forced into close contact (within 6 feet) of at least three other employees. There were also at least five other patients visiting the small, poorly ventilated office building at the time I was there. I have heard from friends and family that their Dentists are taking many more precautions such as only scheduling appointments with ONE patient at a time, and limiting that patients close contact to only one or two employees with full protective equipment. COVID-19 is airborne! There should not be so many people in such a small space at one time. If I had known how many people would be in the building and in close contact with me during my visit, I would have chosen a different dentist.

I was a first time patient a few days ago and had a very positive experience! I was attended to quickly and Dr. Medeiros was super friendly and helpful answering my questions about Invisalign options.

My teeth are in bad shape and so I was ashamed of it. I was nervous going to the dentist. The staff there was so welcoming and kind. They made me feel comfortable and really wanted to help me get the smile I desire. The women who took my xrays, clean my teeth, assist the dentist and helped with the financial plan were awesome. The dentist came up with a dental plan and he explained my options and gave me his opinion which was so great. I ended up coming back to Aspen dental 2 more times that same day to start my dental plan. I was telling my husband that this was the best dental experience I have ever had.I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone; there is no judgement and they are patient with you.

It was a typical teeth cleaning except for all the COVID precautions. They werent onerous just tedious. You cant touch anything. They hold the doors for you. You answer questions outside on the sidewalk. There is no waiting room anymore. The hygienist was great and the cleaning was OK.

Very good visit this week at the Dedham Aspen Dental. i have always been happy with the people and satisfied with the dental work i have received at Aspen Dental.

The last horrible experience was a broken appliance in which they refused to warranty of the work and as well stand by if there is ever a problem, just come in and we will fix it, held me hostage for previous fraudulent billing to have emergency work done (gave in and paid all balances-because what else are you going to do?), the emergency service billing and payment was demanded at that time (prepay) and was promised that there would not be additional billing. In my mail today? A collection notice for additional charges for the emergency service performed. So to the liars and unreputable office management? I surrender and write this review while I make the final payment, a complaint to the insurance company (again who miraculously intervened on a few other issues), and the BBB. Enough is Enough! I would recommend Gentle Dental in Newton and to run as fast as you can AWAY from Aspen Dental in Dedham. Literally, RUN!

Outstanding care and staff! I called with a toothache and they got me in within an hour of the call. The process from appointment scheduling to check in through the consultation was handled promptly and in a friendly manner. The office was inviting and non intimidating. As a new patient this was very comforting. Now that my procedure is upcoming I can rest easy knowing a non interest payment plan is in place and the work I need can be done. Laura in the office sat with me to help me understand insurance and payment information which was very helpful and much appreciated.
