We were very happy with the service!!! The crew from JBP Carpets Care arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning our lounge carpet and 4-piece suite. He was polite and worked hard, and we were very pleased with the finished result.

Besides customer service,the team does an excellent job of cleaning. When they were finished, there was no toxic odor at all, and the carpets really looked like new. We have huge carpets, which are not the easiest to get clean, but they did the job much better than our previous carpet cleaners.
