I had an appointment at 2 today to donate. First time (and last time) donating at this location. Received voice mail and email yesterday to confirm my appointment, which I did. When I arrived there was no signage for where to enter for donations, only delivery trucks. Walked around in the rain trying to find an entrance. Finally called them and was told my appointment had been canceled. Would recommend the Kraft Family/mobile which was much better organized. If there’s a critical need as they say then honor donors’ time!

Been donating blood for over 45 years and platelets fir over 5 years and this is by far the best donation center I’ve ever been to - from the greeter to the technicians to the lady who does the scheduling and answers all your questions, a great fun group who work great together as professionals with that personal touch you don’t often see now a days -

Best place Ive ever donated to.The people here are nice and spark up fun conversation. I give power-red donations. Alot of people come here to donate platelets. Been here 4 times this year.

I am an advocate for giving blood or platelets. The staff here is super great and they treat you really well. I am greeted by name because and theyre so frequently. They always make sure to take care of me before during and after giving platelets.

This is by far the worst place of employment. They tell the employees they dont sell there blood to research THEY ABSOLUTELY DO!!!!!!The trainers are berating and rude. And all the staff bring poison by talking about each other.If you have any experience your a threat. The supervisors are nice but have no clue how unprofessional everyone is. There is no human resources orientation or union information. Everything is a big secret because the turn around is so HIGH! A donor I know contacted me from a drive 3 weeks later stating she had a pre mature blood clot from her whole blood donations costing her 400 dollars complaining of arm pain and now has to be on blood thinners for 5-6 months. They train anyone with no phlebotomy experience!Do Not Donate to the RED CROSS donate to Hospitals they dont sell your blood !!!!!!!!!
