I emailed Plumbing Solutions to install a new sink and faucet and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and the fact that theyd be able to send someone to my house the next day. Ive heard horror stories about trying to get plumbers/electricians/contractors to even return phone calls. They called when they were 15-20 mins away (which I always find super helpful), wore masks, answered all my questions, weren’t afraid of my barking dog, and I think completed the job pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I called Plumbing Solutions because my daughters 30 year old dryer needed to be removed but was hard piped (no flexible gas pipe)by the previous owner and we did not feel safe moving or disconnecting it ourselves. Plumbing Solutions was very responsive and made an appointment for the next day. Matt made sure the gas shutoff for the dryer worked properly and disconnected the dryer making sure it would be ready for the new dryer and flexible gas pipe. He also cleaned the old long dryer vent that went up the wall and across the ceiling to outside and replaced a portion of it. He checked the washer shutoff valves also and an outdoor spigot. We now feel confident that everything is up to code and safe. All in all this was a great experience and I highly recommend this company !

When I called to make an appointment for assessment of our leak and other issues, the process was simple, efficient and they could get to us within 5 business days. As promised, the plumber called before arriving and was professional throughout. Artie was punctual, friendly, honest and helpful. He was able to repair most of our issues in one visit and has plans to come back for a few things. He didn’t seem in a rush and was willing to look at our list of questions. Highly recommend this company and Artie.

There was a technical reason he couldn’t install the disposal model I had purchased (related to the height of the outflow from the disposal and the height the drain pipe entered the rear wall), which he explained quite clearly, and he explained what I needed to make sure the next one I bought would fit. He also spent time trying to see if he could safely adapt the one I had purchased, and also looked on line for replacements with me. Very helpful and I will hire again.

On original service call, all exterior spigots were replaced to prevent winter freeze-ups. Installed new shutoffs on water lines. That was in June 2021. It was a pricey job, but necessary, and I was satisfied. Now, most importantly, thinking we had a working relationship with Plumbing Solutions, we called them back for another job, a leaking shower. They responded very quickly. Artie K arrived the next day, looked at the faucet, then took out his computer to estimate the job. The computer said $695. This is a 3 year old Delta faucet, so I called the factory directly. I was assured that there was a simple fix for this common problem. Delta even sent me the parts for FREE to fix it. I was told that even a homeowner could do the repair and that there were YouTube videos showing and explaining the repair in detail. Naturally, for his quoted price, I didnt allow Artie K to touch the faucet. I called his office and requested a call back from Matt the boss to explain how the computer could come up with such a high price. Why the big discrepancy? I did not receive the courtesy of a call back or explanation. I then hired another plumber for a fraction of the price I was quoted by Plumbing Solutions. THE MORAL OF THIS STORY:Get a quote up front before allowing THEM to do any repairs.

Quick and easy repair of a slow drain- the plumber cleared the drain and repaired the tub stopper which had gotten loose and was obstructing the drain. Service was quick and effective and they left the bathroom clean.

Chris and Matt were great. We had a irremovable clog, i was able to schedule them at 10PM and they came out the next day before lunch to try and clear it. When that couldnt be done they were able to quickly replace a specialty toilet with one that was an exact replacement. Reasonably priced and great service including a call when they are on their way at the exact time they said they would be there.

Yakof is a skilled plumber and a very pleasant man. The sink he replaced dated from 1914 and so did the plumbing. He make it work.

We called plumbing solutions for a clogged toilet on the first floor. I did have to call twice, the second time 2 hours later than the first. I was told by the answering service to call again if they did not respond within a half hour. Someone did call right away and came shortly after the call. They were pleasant and efficient, and had unclogged the toilet within 10 minutes after arriving. They left after 15 minutes having charged $278, which seems unreasonably high for the amount of time and simple use of a snake for a few minutes. We were told that that was the charge listed in the book, regardless of the amount of time/work involved. We will not be calling them again for any service in the future.

They were very efficient, neat and in and out in under an hour. That being said, I felt they were very expensive. I supplied the toilet and the job took less than an hour and cost $489.00. I can’t think of many services that get that much for an hours worth of work.

He found the water shut off that another plumber was looking for for two days and fixed the shower head in half hour.

This was the only company to return my frantic calls Thursday. They were prompt, courteous, and explained what they were doing, The only reason I didn’t give five stars is my contractor had told me what part I needed replaced, and they did not bring that part and had to leave to buy it and come back which added a lot of time to the visit.

When I first contacted Matt Sullivan he said he was available. However, when I asked for an idea of what the repair may cost, he ghosted me. Given that he charges a service fee, I think it is reasonable to ask for a rough estimate (for a small job) before scheduling an appointment. It helps prevent future misunderstandings and to compare prices between plumbers. But Matt didn’t provide an estimate or explain why he couldn’t provide it. He was so offended by such a request that he preferred to ignore and lose a potential customer. Very unprofessional.

Plumbers from Plumbing Solutions have done several jobs at my house. Matt, Kevin, Artie and Chris have done work, and their work is excellent. The jobs have varied -- from plumbing a kitchen renovation and water heater replacement to heater maintenance. Artie replaced a faucet in an old bathroom sink. Somewhat challenging job as there was little space to maneuver, but he succeeded in getting the old faucet out and putting the new one in. Very courteous and punctual. Im very satisfied.
