I think this salon is great and affordable. I always work with Kenyatta, she knows what she is doing and she is professional. I have never had a bad experience at super cuts. These reviews are shocking to me and I have been gong there for two years.

Was getting my hair cut and another woman walked in, which of course take their name and junk as always. But upon returning from that takes my stuff off and says Im all done. Didnt get the style I wanted, barley cut my hair and then asks for a tip. My second time here and when someone else rolls in they rush you out and dont put effort into your hair. I wont be going back.

I had a decent experience here--I recommend calling first before going in. I just wanted a simple cut and for $18, thats what I got. You get what you pay for so if youre looking for a specific style that is a little complicated, you probably want to go somewhere else.

Ive been 4 or 5 times; its affordable as a college student. Im a black woman with short hair and only trust black stylists with my hair and this is the only place I could find nearby with black stylists. Never got a bad cut, did notice once one side was uneven but it didnt really bother me. A lot of the stylists are nice and do a pretty nice job Ill continue to go here probably even if someone screws up a cut; Id just avoid that person, plus I like hats

Its true that there is one person that works there who is horribly rude. Yes, shes a tall drink of what-the-f-do-you-want for real. However, I continue to go there because the OTHER people are all very nice, and Kenyatta is a miracle-worker with the scissors. But why that one person still has a job? Its mysterious.

Went there today mid day and its a Saturday and got served immediately even had a seat for my pregnant girlfriend! She did an amazing job and in a matter of time!

This might be a solid place for a female to get a haircut, but certainly not men. They clearly don’t hire anyone with experience. They lady who gave me a “fade” had no idea what she was doing, she kept putting on the wrong sizes on the clippers, and I left with patches of hair around my head. Then I called Supercuts Corprate Office to try and get this resolved and I got an email two days later saying I could go back and they would fix my cut. This place is a joke go to International Babershop on Washington St if you want a solid cut, they fixed the damage Supercuts did with ease.

Kind of terrible... and not exactly cheap either. Took my 4 year old son to get his haircut here out of desperation on a Saturday. Walk-in no wait (thats the single star). I probably could have done better with a bowl and scissors myself at home.What was worse was that there was an older woman getting her hair dyed sitting next to him, and she was complaining that the dye was burning her neck. The solution the stylists came up with? Pour sugar packets on her neck...Needless to say, I wont be going back.

SEE KAYLA!I have been to all different supercuts and have had ok haircuts, but Kayla is the real deal. I have been to all different salons from high end to low and shes the best. She could easily go to Newbury st.! I rarely review but I had to for her!

I havent had a particularly pleasant week. Throughout the week, Ive been telling myself that its okay, Friday will come and Ill have a great day and I kept myself looking forward. On Friday, I decided to go here at 3:30. I asked for the person that I always ask for, but she was cutting someones hair. They told me that after that guy there was one more, and then it would be me. I agreed, because my hair has gotten very long and I know that she can cut it pretty well. Finally, after waiting for 1.5 hrs. of my Friday that I had been looking forward to so much, it was finally my turn. Suddenly, a person walks into the salon and says that he wants a haircut from that same person. He had made an appointment, but hadnt requested a specific hair-cutter. However, he was claiming that he had requested the person that I had been waiting for. They decided that he was the one who should get the haircut first. Although usually the wait is still kind of long, about 20-30 mins., this was astounding. I had to leave without getting a haircut because I had a prior engagement. My hair is still just as long, and possibly even grown a nanometer longer since I was there.

Great cuts and stylists...always a good cut and a positive experience. Affordable is a bonus!

Every haircut nightmare Ive ever had became a reality today. The buzzcut on the sides are nappy and disgusting, I asked for a little off the top and she cut too much, and the barber asked if I wanted her to fix up my sideburns when all she did was shave it so that there is a huge separation between my hair and my facial hair and it looks absolutely disgusting. I was forced to shave my facial hair when I got home, which pissed me off. I dont think I will ever set foot in a Supercuts again. Worst haircut Ive ever gotten by far and I blame myself because I should have known better than to come here.

Terrible. If you book a haircut they won’t wash and blow dry your hair.

Terrible service. The lady had a look on her face that simply read she did not want to be there. Too harsh with the clippers, not professional at all.

Horrible customer care. Avoid this place!!Took an appointment for a certain time, went there 5 minutes before that time. The two employees there were busy with other customers. Waited for 35 minutes without any acknowledgement from the two employees. Once one of them was done with one customer, she billed him and afterwards looks at me and says I am taking my break, XYZ(the other agent) will take me after her client which will take another 15-20 minutes.I said i took an appointment and have been waiting for around 30-40 minutes and asked as to why they couldnt mention that itll be a 1 hr wait when i walked in, she said, its my break time and walked away.I walked out. Supercuts, not sure if you care about customers (now ex-customers), but learn how to treat them better.

Walked in and was asked to take a seat and someone would be with me in a minute. 20 mins later I walked out without talking to anyone.

Weekdays you rarely wait, mostly good experiences here

I called and asked about the wait. I was told that I could sign in and if I got there in 15 min I could get a haircut. I rushed over and when I arrive I was told that the wait was at least 45 min because of walk ins.
