Simply the best of the best! I brought my new car to Craft Detailing to have a Paint Correction Service performed on it because the dealership had so poorly buffed the paint that swirl marks and holograms were visible at every angle. You didnt even have to try to notice them! However, Craft Detailing did a fantastic job - the car looks beyond excellent and it is so glossy now. They were over the top friendly and flexible - I would highly recommend you go here for any detailing needs.

I found this location through Googling for local detailing shops. This shop had some great reviews and the comments were consistent. So I gave the shop a call and explained them my car issue. I started getting water spots on my paint job, windows, and wheels about 3 months ago. I don’t park near a sprinkler so my only guess was acid rain came along and then the hot days after that locked them in. I tried some DYI ideas that some friends of mine suggested as well as a car was location suggesting using CLR but alas the spots kept returning. The woman on the phone suggested I come in and the do a test spot on the car to see if their least aggressive product would do the trick. I came in and at last something finally worked!! Less than 2 hours later and $200 for the exterior detailing my car was saved! These people were so personable and friendly and life savers to say the least. I will be recommending this place to everyone, friends and family, and I most certainly will be back!! I did apply ceramic coating to my car with Craft detailing about a year ago, and I can’t thank them enough for how incredible the car looks!Because I live about an hour away from them, they gave me instructions on how to properly care for my vehicle paint, but I take it back every now and then to get a deeper clean that I’m usually unable to do myself.The staff is always very friendly, and the service provided is very professional. My car is in Showroom quality even after one year. Photos below to prove!

While the car came from the factory in pristine condition, Craft made it look even better. After a full paint correction and an OptiCoat treatment and an XPEL film treatment, my 911 will look showroom ready for years to come.They have always been so professional, accommodating and are so easy to work with. Got my mustang coated here. They did a great job. Not a single issue.Also had ppf installed on the front and again, no issues.Lia was great with scheduling and explaining all the details of the process.Pretty much my goto detailers from now on.

They have very high standards in the outcome of their efforts. The business is more than detail cleaning. Includes wraps and painting. My job was complex and very well done. I plan to use these for my Tesla Y cleaning in the future.

Craft Detailing is best detail shops in the country. Kevin has the a great shop with the best products and equipment. Their work is than what a dealership can provide to you. Carlos who use to detail for Ferrari has 20 years plus experience. He takes care of my cars. They have always exotics, classics, and one of a kinds. Craft Detailing also take part in supporting local charities and takes part in the local car scene. I would recommend them for any of detailing needs.

Being a customer service professional - and running my own business with a focus on customer service as well - the very first thing that stood out to me was their level of service. Not only are they nice and they are responsive, but they take the time to educate you and clearly have a passion for the Craft.I run a small fleet of fun-to-drive rental cars, and the first car I brought to them was a 2007 Miata I purchased that had been well-cared for overall, but was in desperate need of some paint correction and a thorough clean of the interior. Lia was excellent in walking me - a total detailing newbie - through the options of what they could do and what made the most sense given the age of the car, other imperfections and dents and scratches present, and cost of the options. The car had so many imperfections that I honestly was skeptical at the difference a full detail and paint correction would make, and I was blown away by the results. It turned out to be the perfect RESET the car needed before going off on rental journeys.The next car I brought to them was my 2019 Miata for full Opticoat Pro ceramic coating and PPF install for the front. Again, Lia and Co were great to work with, walked me through the options, and I enjoyed the visits to the shop before & after. Of course, the results are STUNNING. I cant get enough of looking at the car. Ive had a few questions and oh sh*t moments since then, and Lia has been very helpful and responsive in educating me and answering questions.5 stars, two thumbs way up. Looking forward to sending more cars their way from my fleet :)

Overall good people and and good service but if your car is not high end or photo worthy You are better off just doing it yourself especially how much it cost. I would give 3 stars as my car still has dirt in areas that a high pressure water would get out. But they were very nice. It could have been that it was a busy day but that’s no excuse. If more time was needed to work on the car that would have been fine if that meant a true ly detail and clean car. I may try them again as no one is perfect but if I have the time to do it myself I much rather do that. ( ps they did tell me to contact them if I have any concerns I have not nor will I as I don’t want to take more time off work as they only open Mon - Fri)
