The process for leasing a short term apartment was easy. The apartment itself is clean as is the building. Communication is excellent. I had one minor issue (which was actually a non issue) and the maintenance crew responded immediately. For a short term or long term rental, I highly recommend Avalon Station 250. As a bonus, its very convenient to Boston, major highways and of course Legacy Place.

Avalon Station 250 is awesome! My wife and I lived there for a little over a year - and everything from the amenities, to the staff, our apartment, and the leasing process was exceptional. Brian and the team do everything possible to make sure all tenants are kept safe, informed, and satisfied with their living experience. As a member of the military, it has been a great relief knowing that I had nothing to worry about when it came to the leasing or moving process.The commute into Boston is painless, with either option of taking the T (~25 min from Dedham Corp Station) or driving by I-95 (~25 min to downtown). With Legacy Place right next to the apartment complex, shopping and dining out options are also quickly available.I would highly recommend living here before anywhere else in Dedham, or the greater Boston area for that matter. Nothing but good things to say about Avalon Station 250, the customer care team, and our interactions with neighbors.

Its a great community with fantastic access to Boston (walkable train station) and Legacy. The property management is fantastic. In particular, they deal with maintenance requests unbelievably fast -- in my experience, always same day or next day. Its a great place to live.

My family and I used to live at Avalon Station 250 for almost five years. Both of my children grew up here. The whole time we lived here Brian, Kyra, and the maintenance crew treated us like family. I must say, the amenities are a bonus. Our favorites were the peaceful pool and beautiful lounge. Thank you Avalon Station 250 for welcoming us with open arms. Although we are no longer there, you all will always be a part of our family.

Great experience moving from out-of-state to Avalon Station 250! We are very happy with our decision to live at Avalon Station 250 over other luxury apartments nearby. The leasing and facilities management teams have been superb. They were professional and easy to communicate with during our application process. Their online resident portal makes it easy to make payments, submit service requests, and view community/lease information.

Lived in this community for over a year now and can honestly say the maintenance crew here is super! Every time I put a request in small or large, the crew shows up not even less than 24 hours later. They stay until they get the job done. I wicked appreciate this crew here! We are so thankful for your hard work! It should not go unnoticed, you guys rock!

Avalon is a very clean and diversified community. The community is multicultural and a low key stay under the radar safe place to live. I love the location. I like the fact of living close to the highway. Makes my commute to work easier.

So pleased to have spent three years at Avalon Station 250 as we transitioned from our home in MetroWest Boston to our home on Cape Cod. Location could not be more convenient! The property is meticulously maintained and we can’t say enough about the amazing staff... always professional, efficient and responsive! Never living in this type of community, we were amazed at how quiet it was almost all the time. Really enjoyed our balcony and view of the pool....felt like we were living at a resort! While we have moved on, we will continue to recommend this property to friends and family.

After living at Avalon in Dedham for the past three years I can definitely recommend it. Great location. You can walk to Legacy Place and the Commuter Rail. You have quick access to Routes 1 and 128, and amenities such as a newly renovated lounge area, a large pool, an Amazon Hub, and fast and efficient snow removal during the winter are all appreciated. What’s impressed me the most though is how responsive the property and maintenance staff is with the handling of our individual needs in a very professional and timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about property manager Brian Min, he is very friendly and always available and plays a big role in making this residence a great place to live.

Great location between the Commuter Rail T stop and Legacy Place. Apartment is spacious, looks nice and has good appliances. Easy parking but there needs to be a little more guest parking. One star removed because the walls are definitely THIN. If you need quiet I wouldnt recommend living here. I regularly hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, kids running through the hallway is super loud, slamming doors, and some random unit likes to bump the bass on their music/movies which is pretty annoying. Luckily my upstairs neighbors stop walking around by 11PM every night. This doesnt seem to be an issue with particularly loud neighbors, but just SUPER thin walls. Its not a deal breaker for me, but I think its important to note that its definitely not well insulated for noise, and if you get a problematic neighbor it may be an issue. Otherwise, I dont have any complaints- nice unit nice location!

My parents rented an apartment at Avalon Station 250 starting May 15th. My mom is handicapped and we had a few different issues and concerns and everything we have needed, the manager, Brian Min, has been so incredibly attentive to. He goes above and beyond and I appreciate having him there!

I have rented an apartment here since July 2015. It is conveniently located off of Route 128/I-95. It is walking distance to mass transit into Boston and a short drive to the Route 128 Amtrak Station. It is also walking distance from great shopping and restaurants. The office staff is warm and friendly - Brian Min is terrific. I like the fact that he knows me by name, and its not because Ive been making complaints. I enjoy the convenience of Avalon receiving and holding my packages while I am out. Ive used their 800# for repairs (leaky faucet, broken towel rack, air conditioning issues) and the maintenance staff has been prompt, clean and courteous in responding to the problem and either doing the repair on the spot, or providing an accurate time frame for completion. I also like that the property is well maintained. In the time Ive lived here, theyve inspected and replaced utility meters, the hot water heater, the parking garage entry system and undertaken cosmetic work like painting the hallways and making hallway lighting upgrades. Its nice to pay rent and see the landlord putting money back into the property, unlike lots of other places. Avalon also does a great job of clearing snow and ice in the winter time so that I can get to work and not lose a days pay...overall its a great place to live.

Not much of one for writing reviews, but very pleased with Avalon Station 250. The train ride from the train station across the street into Boston is quick (20 minutes to Back Bay and 25 to South Station). Highway access is excellent. The kids love the pool and the ability to walk over to Legacy Place. The staff is very professional and friendly. In particular, Josh and Brian from the leasing office were extremely helpful when I was moving in, and the maintenance staff has addressed items as theyve arisen very efficiently and thoroughly. Good technology interface for maintenance requests, bill payment, etc.

A wonderful managed apartment community with onsite maintenance. Outdoor and Garage parking available. Studio, 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments. All of the units they have are in excellent shape and are well maintained. I have lived here for three years and love it! I highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of living at the Station 250 Avalon in Dedham for the past 14 months. During my time here, I have found the office team to be responsive and friendly (shout out to Brian), the grounds team keeping the property clean and up to date, and secure. The convenience of being located next to so many things in Legacy place is wonderful but the real perk for those commuting is the train stop right outside your door. I have never once heard the train from my apartment so the noise is not a factor. The 20-25 minute ride to and from Boston is undoubtedly the quickest and easiest way to and from work. If you commute like me and love to shop..also like me, this spot would be my personal recommendation.

Ive rented in NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco before moving to Avalon 250 in 2010, so Im an old-hand at apartment management companies. Im totally happy here and have no intention of moving. The office personnel greet me by name - despite the over 300 apartments here - and make me feel cared for. The building is well-maintained. The maintenance staff bend over backwards to make tenants happy. Its a wonderful place to live!

Ive lived in this community for about 2 years and Ive loved everyday of it. I am very impressed with the staffs friendliness and communication. I am even more impressed with my apartments features: stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, track lighting, counter tops, and cabinetry. I love how close it is to Legacy Place and the commuter rail. Management keeps the building looking nice and clean. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to lease at Avalon Station 250.

We had the good fortune of choosing Avalon Station 250 as our first home as newly arrived immigrants. It was the best thing that happened to us. The Station 250 team made of integration experience so much easier! From the complimentary pizza they had arranged for us on our move in date, to the train schedule they had printed out and many other little thoughtful gestures, we were at home in no time. The location is great. All the major shops are a walking distance (Legacy Mall, Whole Foods, CVS, Costco) which was great because we didn’t have a car at first. The neighborhood is safe and if you take the train, you couldn’t ask for a more convenient location.The maintenance team were always very quick to respond to issues and very friendly and professional. There was an active social committee that always arranged events like wine tasting and game nights. The management team, Brian, Kyra and co were excellent and professional. Always helpful. And there is always upgrades going on. Like the newly built Amazon Hub which ensures you securely get packages at your own convenience.The positive experience is why we settled for another Avalon community when we were looking for a bigger place. Avalon 250 was not just an apartment complex for us; it was home. We will miss it and the whole team very much. Thank you for making our integration to America a less daunting experience!

I would like to thank the maintenance staff for their prompt attention resolving our lack of hot water issue. Also I would like thank Chris of the office staff for following up and ensuring that the issue was corrected. in addition, Dory of the office staff was very helpful working on our paperwork and very professional in working with us on the facility orientation.

I stayed at Avalon 250 a little less than two years. The location is great; You can walk to Legacy Place. The apartments are well maintained and maintenance staff are available just about any time. Brian is the best complex manager youll ever meet. If hes not an excellent manager I dont know who else is.The whole area is smoke-free now, but there are some residents who will smoke in their patio. There are some residents who will not pick up pet waste after their pets. If you see any of these happening, let the management know.One thing I didnt like about the apartment was that the trash area was always a little dirty and smelly.Out of all the apartments that Ive lived in, this is definitely the place that I will miss the most.

Our family has lived in Avalon since 2015, we are very satisfy with the living experience. There management team is great, they always solve your problems ASAP, and the maintenance team too. Anyway, I would definitely recommended this community to others.

Absolutely love it at Avalon Station 250. I have been here since December 2012 and have no intention of moving. The staff is excellent - friendly, accommodating, professional. The facilities are wonderful and I love being able to just walk over to Legacy Place to shop or grab a meal or shop at Whole Foods. It is so convenient to jump on the commuter rail and be in downtown Boston in minutes - no traffic, no parking. All in all, I would highly recommend Avalon Station 250 to anyone looking for a quality housing option in a great location.

We have only been at Avalon Station 250 for a very short time but so far we are extremely pleased with our decision! The apartment and complex is spotless. The staff has been amazing.....efficient and responsive as we settled in. It is so quiet.....we cant believe it! We have also been very happy to meet other residents and hear many good things about Station Circle. It reinforces the fact that we have made a good choice.

Proximity to shopping and access to highways can’t be beat. Leasing office staff and company employees are a pleasure to work with. This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Maintenance responds to requests in 30 minutes or less and theyve let me borrow their ladder several times. When we moved in they even gave us treats for our puppy :)

We recently moved to Avalon Station 250 and we could not be happier here! The leasing process with Brian was efficient and enjoyable. He took his time to show us several different units and provided us with lots of information, but was not the least bit pushy - much appreciated!The amenities are lovely - very clean and well-kept. Weve also been very impressed by the friendly and prompt staff. Mitch did our initial walk through, and hes wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The staff at Avalon Station truly cares about making the complex your home. They are efficient with service requests and work tirelessly to meet our needs. We requested several items to make our apartment wheelchair accessible and they completed them quickly and without complaint. After our initial one year lease expired, we re-signed without hesitation. We have recommended the complex to many friends and are happy to call it home!

I have been living at this complex for several years. I dont often write reviews but feel I need to for this place. Having lived in many other apartments in the past, I must say that this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had renting.The location first off is hard to beat for the region. It has very convenient access to both the train station and highway and is super close to practically any store you need. It is literally right next all the shops at Legacy Place and very close to many other supermarkets and necessity stores.The staff is also top notch. Brian, Kyra, and Josh at the leasing office are all always so helpful and go out of their way for you. The guys on the maintenance team (Adam, Jose, Greg, Dee - I hope Im not forgetting anyone) are extremely prompt and professional. If something comes up, I often can get a response to a service request within the same day, sometimes even within a few hours.The place is often being updated and renovated without being too obtrusive, and the grounds are well kept which is a nice touch. It makes you feel like the place is well managed and being cared for.While prices for luxury apartments all seem to be on the rise these days, prices here seem competitive at least and well worth it.Overall its been a great experience here for me living here and highly recommend Avalon.

I have had a great experience at Avalon Station 250. Ive lived in 3 different units for a total of almost 3 years overall. The office staff is friendly and responsive and the maintenance team is prompt and effective. The location with proximity to Legacy Place, Rt 1, 128, I-95, and the expressway along with the commuter rail is awesome and very convenient. We also use the gym a lot and the pool during the summer... and the BBQ grills scattered around - all good! Really have enjoyed our time here.

The condominiums at Avalon was a great living experience and all of the rooms are in excellent condition. Only a walking distance away from Legacy Place and T stop. Would highly recommend to young professionals or families looking to rent in the area.

Been here for just less than a year. The community is nicely located: near shopping, supermarkets, movies, freeway and commuter train. A few minor issues with the apartment were quickly handled by maintenance either that day or the next. They stayed late to fix a hot water issue as well. Very kind and professional team in the front office as well.

I have lived at Avalon/Dedham for 2 1/2 years. During the time here, I have been impressed by the kind and consistent treatment by the office and maintenance staff. I particularly want to recognize Brian Min, the customer service representative. He has been thoughtful, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the residents. I have enjoyed his friendship and cannot praise his work ethic enough. He always greets me with a smile and asks if there is anything I need done or if everything is satisfactory. I recently had an emergency problem with the hot water tank located on my porch. On Monday morning I answered a knock on my door where the Maintenance Supervisor, Jose, and a few of his men had to check a leak being reported from my neighbor below. The door was so warped by condensation from the extreme heat as well as leakage, that they had to pry open the door. The walls inside the room were wet and showing signs of mold. Jose, took charge and called in his army of workers to take care of this emergency immediately. He gave me the bad news that I would be without (hot) water for a few days and discussed ways to make my situation as easy as he could. Great job.Immediately, the entire maintenance staff was in my apartment placing tarps covering my floors in my living space as well as on the porch. They carefully rolled carpets and moved items that could break while moving equipment in an out for these few days. The professionals that were hired worked tirelessly in 90 degree heat to perform these difficult tasks. This mass of work was completed and everything installed plus all my items moved back to their former place. My apartment was cleaned from any particles left behind and shows true professionalism from the entire maintenance staff.To make matters worse, having lived here over 5 years I decided to have my carpets cleaned on that Friday. So again the Maintenance Staff came in and helped moved items before and after the rug cleaning. I cannot say enough to thank each and every one on the Maintenance Staff as well as the Maintenance Supervisor, Jose for a job well done. I shall enjoy living here knowing that should a problem arise, this crew is here willing to help. A very satisfied tenant.Thank you.

We have lived here for over a year and love it!! The office staff are some of the friendliest people and always willing to help us when we are in a pinch (like when my husband forgot his grandfathers watch for our wedding and the staff made sure we got it in time). Maintenance is responsive and always fixes what we need fixed. Plus you cannot beat the proximity to Legacy Place and the commuter rail (only a three minute walk!!) You will not be disappointed with this complex!!!!

Great service by front office staff and great response time and service from maintenance staff. Property is well kept and frequently being updated. You can’t find a more convenient location to the commuter rail with the convenience of legacy place and access to 95/128 for these rates. Not necessarily cheap but worth the value you get.

Just renewed my lease for a second year. Quite happy here. The place is well kept up, my apartment is quiet, and the staff is great. And having a spot in the garage us wonderful when the now flies!

5 Stars for 5 Star living!!! Who wouldnt want to live walking distance to shops, restaurants and Whole Foods, commuter rail, and be close to Interstate 95? Not to mention the gym and pool for residents are a plus. The staff are super amazing. My luxury apartment is what I dreamed for! I love decorating it! I love it here! :-)

Ive been living at avalon 250 for 2 years now and I am enjoying my stay. Leasing office staff are very kind and helpful (specially Brian and Mitchell). I spend most of my day downtown so these guys are really making my life easier with their help and consideration, which I am very very grateful for.

The staff here are fabulous! Really helpful and care about people having a good experience. Over the past year or so the owners have upgraded the lighting in the apartments and hallways, new carpets in the hallways, and finally put some security around the indoor garage openings. I held back one star because, despite the recent upgrades (which are great) the property does show its age here and there. The rents seem on the high side with a few competitive options nearby.

I have lived at Avalon Station 250 for 3 years. The staff is always friendly and quickly responds to all questions or concerns. The location is very convenient with a commuter rail stop nearby, easy access to Rt. 128/95, and a short walk to Legacy Place, an outside mall with restaurants, stores and much more. I highly recommend this Avalon.

I love living here! Kyra Smith who is the Community Supervisor has been exceptionally helpful, kind and welcoming to my partner and I who moved into the building a few weeks ago. Each team member we have encountered at Avalon Station 250 has been great to work with.The building and grounds are well maintained. I viewed a handful of units when choosing which to lease and found each one to be bright, clean and beautiful. Prior to moving in, I read a few reviews that mentioned hallway noise or noise from dogs bothering them. I have found the entire building to be relatively quiet. The residents have all been super friendly. My dog has made a lot of new friends!I am already trying to convince my friends to move into the building. I cant say enough good things about the staff, building and overall move-in experience. This community is expertly managed and they do a terrific job of making residents feel welcome, supported, and respected.If youre on the fence, definitely go for it! My only regret is not moving in sooner :)

Staff are friendly and courteous. They quickly get to know you by name and go out of their way to make personal connections with you and your family. Maintenance requests get handled promptly and effectively the first time around, pretty much that same day. Renters seem to be from variety of backgrounds and age ranges, but are respectful of one another and privacy is easily kept. Staff organize social gatherings frequently throughout the year for those interested and community room is well appointed with comfortable sitting area, television room and pool table, along with fire pit outside. The grounds are well maintained with seasonal landscaping and prompt snow removal. Gym is open 24 hrs a day which was not the case at my last apartment complex. Pool hours could be extended, however. Cant beat location and getting out of parking lot entry is easier than anticipated, even during busy holiday season. Although not originally built as an Avalon community, units are in good shape and seem worth the rent when compared to similar places in the area.

The other day I had a guest whose car was towed away while visiting me 30 mins after he had come. There were no vacant spots at the visitor parking (not to mention there are no signs whatsoever there is a visitor parking in the first place), therefore he had to stop somewhere else. Cannot get any lower than that.... $170 fine to get your car back.

My husband and I moved to the Avalon last month after living in Boston for the past 21 years. We couldnt be happier. Both Dharry and Brian are awesome! They are pleasant, helpful and couldnt possibly be more accommodating. The complex itself is great. The apartments are spacious and well kept and ours was spotless when we moved in.The location cant be beat. Located behind Legacy Place and across the street from the Dedham Corporate commuter rail stop makes Avalon Station 250 the perfect home, especially for anyone who works in Boston. This was one the best move we could have made.

Great apartments at an amazing location and a very service oriented staff. Service requests are taken care off very promptly. Love living here.

They need to bring back free garage parking. Security is lax. They need to install more cameras. They also need to add more visitor parking like before. They took away free garage parking and decreased visitor parking spaces so they could make more money. The staff is friendly. However, they selectively enforce policies.

The office scores high for diversity but that is about the only positive. The walls are paper thin, it takes a long time to get service done, the office is often closed during business hours so it is difficult to retrieve your packages, if you forget your parking tag you get towed, there are fees for everything, tons of dogs barking in the building, rude office manager. Just stay away.

Even though it was a Sunday, maintenance responded quickly and with attention and creative problem-solving to deal with a mysterious beeping coming through my alarm system. Thanks!

Conveniences of city living, and ideal location for commuters! Avalon 250 is located right off of I-95, at the intersection of Route 1. The commuter rail stop (Franklin/Forge Park line) is right across the street and stops at Ruggles, Back Bay and South Station. The train can get you in/out of the city in about ~25-30 minutes (South Station). Legacy Place is located right next to Avalon Station 250 and has restaurants, shops, a movie theatre, a bowling alley and a Whole Foods.The apartments are fairly new and well maintained. The units are spacious and have balconies. The apartment complex has a pool and a gym, along with covered parking (for an additional fee). The staff are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone trying to leave the city to save money that still wants the conveniences of city living.

Weve lived here for a little over a year and really enjoy it. Maintenance is really responsive and the office staff are all really friendly. Location is great too-- walk to the train or jump on the highway. Uber in and out of Boston for a reasonable price.

We love it here. Right next to Legacy Place and the T into Boston. Any issues we have are handled quickly.

We had nothing but good experiences living at Avalon Station 250. To start, Kyra and Brian in the leasing office are amazing. They are always available for questions or concerns and are super responsive. Kyra is half the reason we extended our lease another year, she really is the greatest. Second, the location is fantastic, we had moved to Avalon after living in Boston for a while and being next to a busier shopping area made the transition a little less difficult for us. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and things to do. Just gets a little busy around Christmas time, but nothing too crazy. You are also right on top of the commuter rail (which is not too loud) which takes you to Ruggles in about 17 minutes. Third, the facilities are well maintained; the gym and pool are awesome amenities. Never really had trouble finding a machine at the gym unless it was like 10am on a rainy Saturday. Parking there is also super cheap, which coming from the city was a huge relief. Overall our experience here was really great and we likely would have stayed if we didnt purchase a home. Great employees, great maintenance team, great location, great amenities. And again, Kyra and Brian are the best and we were lucky to have them available while living there.

ACALON is good In my opinion

I moved into the Avalons earlier this year from the city, and has been my best decision so far after college! The Leasing office with Josh, Brian, Kyra and Mariah have been a massive help whenever I need them, and the grounds and facility is beautiful due the wonderful Maintenance from D, Adam, Jose and Greg. In all honesty, I love how friendly everyone is, how great having a pool and gym is, and how massive the rooms and how beautiful the kitchen is. 10/10 recommend!

We lived here for two years and really liked it. The place is well kept and the office and maintenance staff are great.

We found our way to Avalon after we lost our home due to an explosion. Fortunately, no one was hurt. But, after losing our home and all it held, we needed a new place to call home for awhile.We were looking for a beautiful apartment that would be comfortable and quiet and offer great amenities. After looking at several properties, Avalon was our choice.The team at Avalon welcomed us with open arms and helped us navigate the apartment leasing and move-in process (it was easy!). During our time at Avalon, the management and service team have always been very quick to respond to questions, concerns and suggestions. I cant say enough about the team at Avalon. Top notch.During the winter, the sidewalks and parking lots are cleared and salted right away. In the spring, the landscaping crew makes the grounds beautiful. And, in the summer, the swimming pool is a great addition to the perks of living at Avalon. Throughout the year, the onsite gym is a major plus. And, the quick walk to Dedhams Legacy Place shopping, movies and restaurant cant be beat.Our experience at Avalon has been great. When we signed on, our expectations were high. And, at each turn, Avalon has worked to meet (or, beat) those expectations.

I really enjoy my new apartment at Avalon Legacy Place. It is clean, convenient, comfortable and the staff, maintenance people and support is terrific.

This company is extremely unprofessional. No signs on the property and they tow your car even if registered and a tenant in their apartments. If they make a mistake you pay. Been to hundreds of properties in Boston. This is the only one that makes you guess where to park and a wrong guess costs you $150. Scummy way to treat residents! How about put up signs like normal businesses do! They towed me from a completely vacant row in the same row as guest parking! Tow driver said Yea it was like two spots away WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE WHEN THERE ARE NO SIGNS!!

Staff member Chris Reilly is professional with residents and delivers great customer service with passion and energy. Chris is great on his feet and gives every resident the attention they deserve with a great attitude.Personally, Chris has helped me several times living here. My experience has been enhanced because Chris goes out of his way to help me. He has shown great care and has stayed late to help me with some of my problems. For the past 5 years my kids and I have lived at Avalon in Dedham. The administrative staff especially Brian and Kyra have been exceptional. Not only do they create a community they are very responsive to residents needs. They have created a dog park, family game nights and BBQ’s. They responded to the increase in package deliveries by bringing a safe and efficient locker system conveniently located on site. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained and the few mainatenence items we needed tended to were done swiftly and throughly.I want to thank them for making us feel at home - they miraculously never forgot our names and knew which apartment we lived in the minute we walked in the door to their office. We will miss their friendly faces and humbly thank them for their kindness !

Great room, nice and clean, luxury feeling with sufficient natural lights. A little bit noise if your room is facing the railway side or close to air conditioning fans outside.

Use this as my commuter apartment. Nice quality apartment, garage parking, and close to shops and commuter rail (Franklin Line).
