I cant say enough about Jeffs Transportation. We used them for our wedding transportation. Jeff was super responsive and easy to work with. We received a beautiful white stretch limo, bottles of champagne, water, and a comfortable, luxurious ride. I also cant say enough about our driver. I didnt even catch his name, but he was awesome. My wife was super nervous before our wedding, and her bridesmaids couldnt really calm her down, but the driver took the time to talk to her and get her in a good mindset. He stayed for our whole ceremony, which was long, and still had a smile on his face after and told us how beautiful it was, and told us we look like the perfect couple. He was just so friendly and nice, it made the experience perfect. The price was very affordable. For a 4-hour service, we were able to have the bride and bridesmaids picked up at a hotel, brought to the ceremony, and then have my wife and I brought to the venue after. The 4 hours cost included gratuity for the driver, which was one less thing to worry about day-of. Overall, a great experience.

Jeffs Transportation made our large group trip to Logan Airport a breeze! He was on time, very informative, and professional. The mini coach bus was immaculate and was the perfect size for our large group. When arriving back to Logan, he made pick up absolutely flawless. It was by far the easiest ride in and out of Boston that we have had. I highly recommend Jeffs, you wont regret it.

Terrible service for my 88 year old amputee father-in-law who was unable, even with the help of my brother-in-law, to get into the provided car to go to a wedding reception for my daughter. We had to order another car at the last minute making my daughter’s grandfather late to the reception and then Jeff’s service charged us a cancellation fee for not using the car they sent that we could not use. This was after discussing with the service when ordering the car that my father-in-law could not use an SUV type car as he can only slide over into a car and can’t lift himself up to a higher vehicle.
