This is a really nice and clean place. Its not noisy. I love the jelly pedicures and the shoulder massage afterwards. Everyone there is very pleasant.It is best if you make an appointment or call first. Theyre very busy because they do good work.

Great service. Always get exactly what I came in for even if my nail requests are a bit odd. I’ve been going to this salon ever since they opened and it’s been nothing but great every single time. It has gotten a little busier since, but they treat me just the same.Would recommend making an appointment if you want to get in at the right time though!

Meh.. I got a manicure and a pedicure, and the nail technician that did my nails didnt do a good job. I had a broken nail on my toe and I asked her to clean the cuticle area around the broken part of my nail - she didnt. The rest of my toes look fine. As for the manicure, boy was it bad! The polish looked uneven with visible streaks. She also left a lot of dead skin around my cuticles. Long story short, I took off the nail polish on my fingernails the moment I got home. The massage and the scrub were good though.

The ladies were really nice. Even though I went during lunch time, they weren’t too busy and got me in and out pretty quick. I paid $45 for a ‘crystal’ pedicure. It came with some cool gel stuff at the beginning. Instead of hot water, it was heated gel and it felt really good. Next, she proceeded with the regular steps of a pedi. My girl had some excellent hands, as a MT i was very happy lol. I needed some a good massage. After she tamed my toes, I got a heel treatment, hot towel then hot stone massage. It was pretty basic, keep in mind it was only $45. But for the price i was definitely satisfied. I got yellow gel. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area and want something quick but relaxing.

I couldve done this at home.She didnt remove any dry skin on my toes. Tried to polish some oil on top of them, they still look dry & crushed up. Never have I left a pedicure, putting my sneakers back on. Mad I bought new sandals to wear out of the salon.Please make the drive to the Kroger plaza on Hairston and Redan & give Nail Land a try. I promise you miss Diane is waaayyy better

Wow that’s really good nail shop I have been, Kathleen she is very nice ! I try the top style pedicure the lavender is great! Longer massage She put me to sleep, I will comeback one month later ！

This is a very nice & relaxing nail salon. They offer drinks and give you a massage at the end of every service. Although, they are very INCONSISTENT especially when it comes to nails. Ting may be the only person that is consistent with her acrylics all of the others you never know if your nails are going to come out bad or nice. Today my nails were done by a guy and they came out horrible one nail is shorter than the rest and the polish is bad.

My new fav nail spot. Very good at their work. They specialize more in SNS nails but can do multiple designs! Stickers, ombré, glow, matte I mean they pretty much can do it all. Massages, waxes even the jelly pedicures!Make an appt because since they have opened they are getting busy. ( worth the wait though ). Here most of my styles since coming to them. Miss ting and miss may for nails and miss coco for pedicure are the best team.let me start by saying i walked in late while they where closing. they were so warm and welcoming.they take their time, they stayed late for me even after everyone else left. no rushing. clean and quality work. attention to detail. and the spa is so comfortableplease cone support them. these ladies deserve all the support.cant wait to go back.

Wonderful service. Walked in 1 hr before closing and they took us. My 3 yr old was very comfortable having her nails painted. Pedicure was perfect and reasonable price. We will return.

I am always satisfied 100% of the time, everytime I go here. A lot of people are skilled and many others could do my nails but the customer service here is A1 and is most of the reason why I love coming back here. Especially not being from ATL, they have the quality of service Ive been searching for. They pay attention to minor details and actually listen and attend to your likes and dislikes. When I go there, they already know what I came to do, lol. Love it here

Services at this place is not good and not at all timely.Even after an appointment, I was made to wait without any help for about 50 minutes.All they could say was sorry which obviously did not help me. I had to leave with my nails undone.

I don’t know what the nail salons are using now but all my nails popped off the next week after getting a full set. Maybe it was who did it but still that shouldn’t have happened. Don’t know if I ever will go there again. Service was great. They treat you well tho and have a nice ambience

Poor quality of customer service. They focus on themselves and not the customer. They are CONDESCENDING and OFFENDING.... Ive been here 3 times. The 1st time was awesome and I gave a 40% tip and sent others there too! The 2nd time seemed to be all new people and the service was much less quality customer service but I gave a 20% tip anyway because I liked the work. I went there today for the last time and I will never recommend them again to anyone. They were RUDE and CONDESCENDING. They close at 6pm and I entered at 4pm. I asked for 2 manicures and 1 pedicure. They told me no because I didnt have an appointment. They confirmed that appointments are not required. While they did have a full house, they were still accepting customers. So, I am still unclear as to why we could not be served. Instead, they chose to be offensive by being RUDE and CONDESCENDING!!! Bottom line, a bigger establishment with more stuff does not mean they have good consistent customer service that is deserving of your good hard working dollars. If professionalism and genuine good customer service is important to you, DONT use this company.

I believe Ms. Ting did my nails and she did a great job. She was professional and nice at the same time. I was so happy with the work she did. I also had a pedicure done and the gentleman did a great job as well. They both took care of me and I will be back. Already telling others to try this place out!

This place is amazing. It is new and clean. I received top notch service. I am so in love with my nails. NEVER have I been to a nail salon and gotten exactly what I wanted. I did not even come in with an idea of what I wanted. I showed the nail tech, Tom, a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped and then he said he can do the design as well. I was so hesitant to say yes but I did and I am so glad I did! I also received a pedicure as well. This was the best pedicure I have ever gotten at a nail salon. The massage, the hot stones, the attentiveness. This was a great nail salon experience. I am more than pleased. And will be coming back!

I have tried this place 4 different times because I like the shop, location, and the staff are friendly. The reason for 3 stars is for the fact that they take forever for everything. My last visit, I waited 30 mins in water (this is normal.) and at the start of my pedi I expressed that I needed acrylic on one toe as my nail had chipped. Toward the end of the service, she went to paint my nail and next thing I know the owner tells me that the tech doesnt know how to do acrylic and I can wait some time and get it done. Mind you, no one has started on my nails yet. (I wanted a simple manicure and Sns) I have now been here for an hour and 15 mins. This is a recurring experience for me and I have come on differnt days and at different times. Try them out for yourself because the nail techs are good at what they do, but expect to be here a long time. I however, will not be visiting again.

Rude and terrible customer service. Didn’t honor the times listed on the door and refused to offer services at 7pm.Response:I didn’t get the chance to tell anyone what I needed serviced. I was told repeatedly that you were closing before I said what I wanted. So please miss me with “honoring” what your nail technicians and customers need. Poor service.

The first time I went here I loved my nails, but the second (my last time) was a bad experience. 3 hours after my manicure the nail polish started to chip.

Not a good experience for me. I called before I came to make a appt for pedicure/full set. The guy who did my pedicure dug way too deep into my big toe while trying to get a ingrown out. It started bleeding a little and started to bruise the next day and it still sore today a week later. Then when it came time to do my nails the Lady had me wait for 40 minutes for Acyrlic. I watched ppl come in after me while I was waiting and be serviced. She could have had one of the technicians to assist me with my nails. Then a lady finally started my nails and a few minutes into her starting my nails they had me switch to a guy to do my nails. I was so frustrated and over the entire situation. I wasn’t be treated right and the guy who did my nails didn’t do them good. It was a quick rush job and didn’t look like the picture. I ended up having to pay to get my nails redone somewhere else. I don’t recommend.

I really like this place. It’s nice and clean and they do quality work. I only took away a star because they don’t immediately offer you something to drink although it’s one of the best things about the establishment.They also have a rewards program which is nice.

Had gel manicures and pedicures, very poor quality, after two days it started peeling off and pedicures was not gel.

Beautiful layout, clean, open concept, cheerful and professional staff! Service was above and beyond, definitely exceeded expectations!! We were offered beverages upon sitting in phenomenal massage chairs! Great polish selection! Leg massage was amazing, quality polish job and the neck massage at the end was a special treat!

This is by far the BEST place i’ve ever gone to get a pedicure. they’re fairly priced and it is so clean and nice in there! I had Jessica and she did a great job.. she was so sweet and nice. I’ve been looking for a place to religiously get my toes done, and now, I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone was so sweet! I had a couple of nail techs working on my nails(one did the acrylic and one did the designs I wanted) and they were so great! The attention to detail was insane!! And their prices are awesome!

This is definitely my new go to nail salon. The decor is beautiful and pricing is better than other places in the area. May did an amazing job on my nails & thanks to Kathleen I left with my feet feeling better than they have after any other pedicure I have had. Both ladies were very friendly and professional. I recommend you give this place a try; you can thank me later :-)

I’m new to the area and didn’t want to go to my usual spot. I tried this place for the first time and I’m super glad I did. I got the #4 for the pedicure and a full set with SNS. I wasn’t rushed but they move at a fast pace which I liked. The service was impeccable and the product looks great. I’ll be returning soon.

Ive visited on numerous occasions however today was the worst, though I had an appointment I was rushed through my service, I got there and I was immediately waited on however I was done with my service before those that was there before me, half of the services I paid for was not performed and I was rushed to seat a family, with an appointment as I did...I wanted to give up my 5 dollar off coupon as I dont think I will be returning, I understand the demand of trying to accommodate all clients however thus was the worst service and Ive visited since they opened, good customer service is not rushed and this was clearly poor customer service at best.

I was a bit hesitant to get my nails done during COVID, but salon eased my fears. The place is clean. There is a plexiglass divider between customers and the nail techs, and everyone wears masks.The pedicure was one of the best Ive ever had and they even let me stay in the massage chair to relax a bit more after my service.I highly recommend this place.

I can’t come back. My gel manicure started peeling two days after I got it (Monday got it, Wednesday started peeling). The gel job I received was also ridiculously spotty and bumpy. Not satisfied at all; but you get what you pay for. Gel removal & a gel mani for 23$ is cheap, which shows why the work I got is... cheap. Also seems like the owners are hovering over the nail techs to make sure they don’t talk too much which is.... scary and reminds me of human trafficking.

This is a new salon/spa in Decatur that offers manicures, pedicures, massage and waxing.The place is pristine.Walk-ins are accepted, but only if there are no appointments ahead of you.Totally Covid-19 compliant.You must wear a mask and sanitize your hands before you can enter.There are ten massage chairs and manicure stations, but only two or three people are allowed in at any time.All employees wear masks and/or face shields.The services are totally professional and very thorough.Prices are very reasonable.They take their time and make sure that you are satisfied with your experience.I’m a client for life.

The staff is really nice but they don’t listen sometimes. I went in for a gel mani and pedi with a nail design on both hands and feet. I said any design but no flowers or butterflies. And what did she give me, a flower design. It’s was not bad but I said no flowers. Plus the one who filed my nails did it very uneven that I had to file them myself when I got home. I know there is a language barrier but I didn’t pay $83 for a gel mani and pedi to go home and fix it myself.

When I walked it was very clean, I got my nails very fast and I really Impressed with the outcome,The overall environment was really nice it didn’t smell like acrylic ether ❤️
